11/07/2025: I came in to ask for chili pepper; the owner was a bit surprised and then said, "You know how to eat." We started chatting, and I discovered that Mr. Eugenio is a huge enthusiast and expert not only in spices, but in everything related to fine dining and drinking. An old-fashioned gentleman who runs a shop where you can find everything from spices to wine, top-quality products at an excellent price.

12/03/2026: I've been a regular customer for two years and always buy Nespresso-compatible Lollo capsules here because I've always been satisfied. The last pack of Lollo Argento was defective: the coffee came out in a drip, taking almost 40 seconds, while with other capsules my machine works normally. I returned to the store with the remaining capsules to ask for a simple check or replacement, even offering to try one on their machine, but the test was refused. I was told "it's my machine" without any checks. This is unacceptable for a regular customer. I hope they'll handle defective batches better in the future: in two years, it's only happened once, but I wasn't helped to resolve the issue, even though I'm a regular customer and always get supplies here. I'm updating my review to respond to the owner: Good morning, I'd just like to clarify a few things because there was probably a misunderstanding. I've been coming to this store for about two years, but I've usually been served by a blonde lady, so it's possible she's never seen me personally. In my recent purchases, I've often bought Lollo Argento capsules and have never had any brewing issues. Only with this pack did the coffee come out drip-feeding, while with other types of capsules, my machine works normally. That's why I simply asked for a check, even trying a capsule on a Nespresso machine, to determine if it was a defective batch. I didn't want to stir up controversy, just to share my experience.
