02/05/2026: The outdoor area is very nice, especially since it's very small and has limited seating... lots of people waiting, and the staff was very quick, friendly, and helpful... we waited quite a while before ordering, almost two hours, as there were 32 people ahead of us. But it was worth it. The cold cuts were fresh and delicious... the first courses were excellent and homemade... the same goes for the others. I'd say we'll be back if we have more time.

18/04/2026: They confirm your reservation via WhatsApp (made a month in advance), then the day before lunch they tell you that "the automatic messaging system made a mistake"! EIGHT people with a booked van and everything was cancelled! Phenomenal! Not even a phone call to apologize or to find us another date!!!

29/03/2026: Bad experience. They seated 13 of us at a table for a maximum of 10, squeezed between the wall and the table behind. The room was very chaotic with too many people. At 3 pm, they told us there had been a mix-up in the kitchen and the main courses we'd ordered were unavailable. The steak was also not exceptional, with too much fat.

29/01/2026: When you say "the pleasure of being pampered"... We'd been hearing about this restaurant for a long time, from relatives, friends, and friends of friends from all over Tuscany, so it was time to try it, and it was wonderful to find so much quality in one place, so much so that we didn't know where to begin. The staff: They were both professional and welcoming. Always impeccable, they explained the dishes they served, the local and international wines, and even the (excellent) olive oils produced in the area. The location: The restaurant offers more intimate tables, both inside and outside, as well as larger tables for dining with family and friends, even directly overlooking Piazza Giotto. The food: Refined and delicious mixed antipasti (I loved the eggplant), mouth-watering pici with guanciale, tender and flavorful Florentine steak, and mixed side dishes with superb beans. The dessert of cream puffs filled with mascarpone (with melted chocolate on top, if desired) left me speechless. A unique experience of classic yet refined Tuscan cuisine. I recommend it to everyone!

21/04/2026: The hotel has been renovated and is perfectly furnished, the restaurant's tortello is TOP, with a country atmosphere but with five-star services.

03/01/2026: Recently renovated, very tastefully. Spacious and clean rooms, bathroom with spacious shower, excellent location in a private park with a beautiful lake. Marina is very friendly and always smiling. The attached restaurant is also excellent, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

17/01/2026: We stopped by chance for Sunday lunch... fresh pasta made by them without gluten; I finally got to try the ravioli mugellani, and they were delicious!! The fried gluten-free fish was also special, plentiful and very tasty.
