28/08/2024: I cornetti sono squisiti, i cappuccini un po' meno. Il barista solo a servire tante persone. Nulla da eccepire in merito ai croissant ma non si possono pagare cifre esagerate per una colazione. Due croissant un muffin, caffè e due cappuccini più di venti euro

29/08/2024: Great building and outdoor area, we got a cozy family room with air conditioning, breakfast was great even if refills were slow when things ran out. Rooms were cleaned nicely and replenished with toilet paper and towels well. Lovely pool, even if it was worn. Both inside and out it is a little worn, should have been looked after a little better, because this really is a beautiful place. Nice people who work here, although some are a bit reserved and don't smile as much. WiFi only downstairs in the hall. A bit rugged and a long way down to the pool, so not very suitable for people with weak legs.

28/08/2024: This villa had beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and the interior was gorgeous as well. The restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast had so many great, fresh options! Having a pool was so key given how hot it was when we stayed. My biggest problem was that there was no AC at all and wifi didn’t work in the rooms and no service available as well, which was frustrating. My sister suffered heat stroke during the day and was unable to get any relief due to the heat in the room. This was very deceiving given the fact it advertises AC as available. Therefore, we opened our windows to try to let in fresh air but woke up covered in bug bites. The shower had mould in it and needs to be cleaned more throughly. We were met with a man who was apparently working the overnight shift; however, we were uncertain if he actually worked there because he was very unhelpful, off- putting and due to his lack of professional attire (baggy sweatpants and unkept shirt). We had to check out at 6am and he was smoking in the lobby and tried to charge me the full amount after I already paid prior to arriving instead of the remaining balance that was bolded at the bottom. He had no idea what he was doing; he couldn’t speak any English either, which made any communication very difficult. I loved the place outside of our room but not the room itself.

20/01/2024: A metà strada tra l’uscita di Incisa e The Mall e’ la sosta ideale per una pausa godereccia e veloce: abbiamo assaggiato l’hamburger, il panino di salsiccia e gli anelli di cipolla. Materie prime di alta qualità e prezzi onesti. Hanno una comoda saletta per sedersi, tanti salumi e formaggi, varie bibite comprese le birre e qualche dolce, il tutto condito da una grande cortesia.

27/08/2024: A good place to eat typical Tuscan dishes; the sliced ​​mushrooms were much appreciated. A beautiful place surrounded by greenery, just before the Vallombrosa Abbey coming from Saltino. They are always full so it is best to book well in advance.

19/07/2024: Sono Claudio Bernacchioni, clienti da più di 10 anni. Quasi ogni anno porto la mia ditta Fibel Group a cena il mese di luglio e siamo mediamente una trentina di persone , in più io personalmente faccio altre cene e mi servo dell’asporto. La settimana 28 ho telefonato per prenotare la cena aziendale per il giorno 18.07.2024 alle ore 20:45 parlando con il titolare del ristorante per fissare un menù completo di antipasto, due primi, due secondi, un sorbetto, acqua , vino e caffè con prezzo concordato di 50€ a persona; essendo 29+ 1 bambino di 3 anni avremmo dovuto spendere al massimo 1500€ invece dei 1740€ che hanno chiesto. Ha pagato il mio socio e questa mattina venerdì 19.07.2024 mi ha riferito. Sono rimasto meravigliato e mi sono un po’ innervosito, ho fatto telefonare dalla segretaria e lui ha risposto dicendo che ha portato un menù completo quindi meno di 60€ non poteva fare, nonostante nessuno avesse ordinato niente. La sua è stata una scorrettezza tale gli abbiamo riferito che se non ci restituisce la differenza non torneremo più. Lui è felice così . Spero che tanti clienti non andranno più, è stato scorretto, per telefono dice un prezzo e poi è un altro.

06/07/2024: posto piacevole, semplice, rapido. menu varie con tanto pesce. Cucina non eccelsa, nella media. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

12/08/2024: OK, more than a chalet it's a kiosk. You go to get a first course or a sandwich, then you go to eat it at the tables under the trees that make up the splendid Vallombrosa forest. Bread, cheese & ham are really great. And also the cantucci taken as dessert. A little red and the stop is really good. Never mind if there's a bit of mess between the tables and it seems like they aren't cleaned very often... in the end it's the result that counts: and you go to Vallombrosa to enjoy the fresh food too ;-)
