02/04/2024: Wonderful staff, the junior suite was dreamlike, you felt transported to another era.
Stunning villa and gardens, breathtaking view, abundant breakfast with kind and welcoming waiters.
The rooms are not very soundproofed but rightly the villa being very old must remain so and therefore it is not a defect.
Very good wine they produce. At the lunch and magnificent spaces of the Villa. In 40 minutes you arrive in Florence.

20/01/2024: A metà strada tra l’uscita di Incisa e The Mall e’ la sosta ideale per una pausa godereccia e veloce: abbiamo assaggiato l’hamburger, il panino di salsiccia e gli anelli di cipolla. Materie prime di alta qualità e prezzi onesti. Hanno una comoda saletta per sedersi, tanti salumi e formaggi, varie bibite comprese le birre e qualche dolce, il tutto condito da una grande cortesia.
12/01/2024: personale simpatico, servizio adeguato, ambiente caratteristico e gradevole.

02/03/2024: Pessimo!!! In coppia ci hanno messo con tavolo rimediato in mezzo ad un compleanno di bambini, ed abbiamo prenotato la mattina per la sera. Dopo 30 minuti in mezzo a decibel assurdi non si è visto nessuno e ce ne siamo andati!!! Posto assurdo, caotico e poco serio
25/02/2024: Assolutamente pessimo per il servizio:
Arrivati alle 19:30, fatta la comanda un minuto dopo, alle 8:30 non avevano portato la pizza. Ci siamo lamentati e ci hanno detto che era colpa dei clienti per l'asporto.
Bene: un esercizio che fa attendere i tavoli che pagano anche il servizio e poi da precedenza all'asporto non merita di essere aperto, almeno secondo me.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

02/01/2024: Arrivo per una cena di famiglia, l'unico che sapeva della prenotazione era il cuoco, o presunto tale, con una divisa sporca. Il personale di sala, sembravano passati li per caso, e preoccupati di apparecchiare se non trovavano la prenotazione.
Nella sala prenotata non funzionava il riscaldamento... puoi è intervenuto non so chi, ma per il bagno guasto il tecnico di riferimento è il cuoco........ Cibo di scarsa qualità, crespelle acide e arrosto di carne più che frollata. SI VORREBBE UNA ISPEZIONE DELLA ASL!!!!!

06/01/2024: I recently dined at this restaurant in this shopping outlet on my study abroad trip hoping for a great tasty meal. When I walked in the door I thought I was in for a great experience, and the food smelled great but honestly I’ve never been so misled in my life. I must say, it was an absolute letdown. I was expecting great tasty burger after my shopping spree, but oh boy was I wrong. The burger came out stone cold as if they forgot to cook it. The service was slow, the food orders were all wrong, and the prices were ridiculous for the what we received. I think it’s safe to say this solely ruined my day. The quality of the food was something that compares to a one star restaurant. I expected an authentic Italian culinary experience, but sadly, this establishment fell short. I won't be returning anytime soon.

01/10/2023: I'm sorry, but we're not there, you can't make a bar like this. Dirty tables, dirty glasses, beer bottle caps taken from the fridge with some animal guano on them... truly an insult to the people who frequent this beautiful park
19/08/2023: Totally terrible value for money. Poor quality food, very small portions and really high prices.
Plastic tables completely dirty and abandoned to themselves.
