22/02/2026: They say you eat well everywhere in Tuscany...but that's not the case. Here, the aromas are captivating, the place simple but friendly. Homemade food of excellent quality. Porcini mushrooms and truffles presented with pecorino flan. A delicacy. What can I say? Simplicity and love for what you do always win!

26/01/2026: Excessive price for the place and for the food eaten, supplement for the gluten-free first course of 2 euros and for the dessert 2.5 euros (never paid for desserts in any restaurant I've been to)

19/03/2026: A huge, well-appointed space to while away the time. It's so spacious and stocked with products it feels like a duty-free store. There's even a McDonald's. Worthy of mention is the fact that the bathrooms are on the ground floor and not only accessible by stairs, a courtesy appreciated by those with disabilities and mobility issues. There are also plenty of them, and they're clean. It should be said, however, that there's a shortage of staff, and the young woman serving customers, who is excellent and very kind, is clearly struggling because she has to do everything alone... more respectful staff management and the number of customers would certainly be commendable.

17/03/2026: Chef express part very good however Mc Donald's personnel rude for groups and tours. I ask to the her (most probably she is an official) " I have a group , is it.possible around 10 of.them to eat something here? She directly told me : No , no The tour.leaders can not aet free here:)) I told here "I did not ask free eat something, I asked that is there any problem my group eat somerhing here with their money. By the way chef axpress.part perssomnels are very polite. Thank you

04/09/2025: I'd known the place for years but had never stopped in. Even though it wasn't on our agenda, we stopped in for a quick bite. We quickly learned it was under new management, managed by Albanians only a few months ago. The products looked inviting at first glance, and the schiacciata dough and pizza slices were good. We ordered two schiacciatas and three pizza slices, a small bottle of water, and a coffee for about €30. Definitely too much. The prices were high, and would have been justified if there had been table service, but instead they hand you a canteen-style tray and you go find a place to sit. I don't think I'll go back.

21/12/2025: Two people at the bar who don't understand Italian, a rude blonde cashier who doesn't know the difference between a Franciacorta and a Prosecco, a Spritz made with a fake Aperol liqueur, a cutting board without even toothpicks, and can you eat the cheese and olives with your hands? If people don't want to work, they should stay home.

15/12/2025: Given the number of visitors to The Mall, it's unthinkable to have an insane line for a sandwich. I think they should rethink the layout of the cafeteria to allow for faster self-service.

06/09/2025: Truly beautiful place, both inside and out, with tables among the trees and a wooden Versò. Today, September 6, 2025, I returned after two years. I had lunch with artisanal tagliatelle, thicker, topped with fresh porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. For the main course, fresh fried porcini mushrooms, a real treat. I'm very satisfied.

31/08/2025: The pizza isn't good at all. It's more like an extension of chewing gum than a pizza.

30/10/2025: It does not reflect the 4 star service at all! Maybe 2 stars if it deserves it. Our room, musty, plaster fell from the ceiling onto the bed linen! The sockets were sparking and hissing. The breakfast was a disaster, dry bread (I don't mean toast), if you went down after 7:30 they didn't refill you with fruit or drinks. The bacon was so dry, cut into hair-thin pieces and fried that you simply couldn't chew it. The pool and its surroundings are very neglected, simply unenjoyable. For this much money, this is a waste, I don't recommend it to anyone until it undergoes a proper renovation! Max 1 star, the hairdryer was also wrapped in electrical tape, the floor carpet was full of huge blood stains. It was brutally dirty even without that... let's not even talk about the musty smell....
