05/01/2026: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My partner and I discovered this wonderful osteria by pure chance. During our trip, we stopped in a parking lot looking for a place to have dinner and found Osteria de' Giusti in front of us. We asked if they offered takeout (they do), but in the end we decided to stay there. It couldn't have been a better choice; starting with the fact that they immediately welcomed us with a plate of dry schiacciata, very flavorful. As for appetizers, we ordered a Tuscan antipasto, fresh and flavorful cured meats accompanied by crostini with various pates, also phenomenal. We continued with a grilled dish for two; all the meat on the plate melted in your mouth and was cooked perfectly. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, attentive to detail and the needs of us customers, not just humans but also our four-legged friends, which is no small feat. There's plenty of space, with two indoor dining rooms and an air-conditioned outdoor one. Despite the large crowds, it never feels crowded. The bathroom on the first floor was very clean, and the price perfectly reflects the service provided. As travelers, we've added it to our list of places to stop for a good meal. We also haven't ruled out staying overnight on future trips, as they offer guesthouses.

04/01/2026: After visiting the mall, I discovered this restaurant while searching online for places to eat. What can I say? Everything was perfect, very welcoming, the food was excellent, the service was fast, and the prices were affordable. The waiter was very kind and helpful, and gave us the best recommendations. Definitely worth a try! It's a shame it's so far away, otherwise I would have gone all the time!

28/12/2025: A typical local farmhouse with a beautiful veranda overlooking the valley. Excellent food. The truffle tortelli and truffle tagliata are special. Kudos to the service staff, who are always attentive and discreet... I'll definitely be back.

13/01/2026: An evening with friends for pizza and more, a place with plenty of tables, and a friendly, attentive staff. Excellent, mouthwatering potato chips, delicious fresh fried artichokes, lobster gnocchi I thought were excellent, the blue crab gnocchi were a must-try, and the linguine with clams and bottarga. The pizza was not bad, huge, and the chocolate and orange cake with flaked almonds was also excellent. Still white wine and coffee were also included. I must say the service was prompt and the price was excellent, a good balance between quality and price. We had a great time.

16/11/2025: Really good food. Typical Tuscan cuisine, and in autumn there are many variations of mushrooms and truffles, all of which are truly top-quality. The gnocchi and the various types of tagliata were delicious, and the pistachio dessert was also delicious. The place was very clean and well-kept. The staff was attentive and friendly.

21/09/2025: Very lovely place- kind owner and beautiful location and the estate. There was a very good vibe about the place. We had a room with a garden view which was very nice. Cleaning is superb, and the options at breakfast are plenty(maybe missing some veggies and fruit). Cappuccino could be better. Wifi everywhere. The grounds are beautiful , although could use some maintenance

15/12/2025: I've never had a restaurant send a cancellation message at 3 PM on a Saturday for the same evening. I was planning a birthday party and had to find a restaurant with free seats to accommodate... and it wasn't easy. I would recommend hiring more staff to avoid these inconveniences.
