04/01/2025: I confirm the positive reviews. The food is good, the menu is varied but of excellent quality. The kitchen manages to manage the request perfectly by making all the guests eat together. The pizza is thin and digestible, the vegetables too. All traditional dishes. The service is kind and quick.

04/01/2025: Embarrassing, there are 5 of us and we ask for a cheese appetizer to share while waiting for the first course, and the lady assertively insists that at least 2 are needed, we refuse but she insists again and brings the second course anyway, and then adds on her own initiative even a truffle flan. In the end we dispute the price saying that he brought us things that were not ordered. The lady smiles, stammers something and doesn't even give us 30 cents off, which could have been a nice gesture given that thanks to her 'initiative' we paid 25/30 euros more. Luckily we told her we were there for work and had a limited budget, having booked to get the discount with The Fork (regularly applied). But that's not all: some prices, by consulting the receipt, have been increased compared to the written menu. The covers, from 2.30, suddenly become 2.50 each, the starter goes from 11.50 to 12.50, gnocchi from 12.50 to 13.50, etc... Unfortunately we don't realize it immediately, and when we go back the place is already closed. Never again.

03/01/2025: Avoid!! Food was okay - nothing spectacular but no complaints. However, the host aggressively pushed us to leave reviews, making me feel quite uncomfortable (giving us their private WiFi to post, repeatedly checking to see if we posted…) She also pushed us to order more than what we wanted. We ended up paying $57.50 EUR for 2 pastas and 1 octopus salad (which was pushed onto us), which is quite overpriced for the area. Left this place with a bitter taste in my mouth.

16/12/2024: They never disappoint.....excellent food and hospitality

08/12/2024: 10.20pm on Saturday evening, with 1 degree outside, we were the last table in the room, they opened all the windows for us to get up. Very surly and arrogant staff out of place. Eaten normally, the bill is decidedly salty. We will never go back again and strongly advise against it.

24/12/2024: We waited 10 minutes at the table before anyone asked us for a drink and 45 minutes to get 4 pizzas, which were a little dry and honestly, with little tomato. Bad experience..

21/12/2024: La commessa, nel momento in cui mi sono avvicinato al bancone per comprare un biglietto del bus che aveva la fermata davanti all’uscita, mi ha detto di non averlo, e fin qua ci posso passare sopra, per consolarmi ho deciso comprare un pacchetto di Terea pagandole con il Bancomat. Lei mi dice di non potermi far pagare con il Pos, nonostante esso fosse davanti a me. Ritengo questo atteggiamento profondamente scorretto nei confronti del cliente. Sconsiglio questo bar a chiunque ci passi davanti. Mi scuso per lo sfogo, ma lo ritengo estremamente necessario. Vorrei dare 0/5 ma purtroppo il limite è 1/5.

As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel welcome - the team is extremely friendly, attentive and knows how to make guests feel special. The menu impresses with a great selection of regional specialties that are freshly prepared and with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the balance between traditional Tuscan cuisine and creative elements that make every dish an experience. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely good. In addition to the food, the ambience also contributes to the feel-good factor: with a view of the idyllic lakes and the quiet location, it is the perfect place to escape from everyday life. Whether for a romantic dinner, a family celebration or just a cozy meal with friends - the Laghi della Tranquillità is always an excellent choice. I can fully recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning on my next visit to Reggello!

27/12/2024: Beautiful and good Tuscan tavern where you can taste typical dishes. We ate tagliatelle with meat sauce, Tuscan soup and a cut with artichokes and baked potatoes. Everything excellent! Perfect service!

06/09/2024: We had dinner here and it was sensational!! The typical Tuscan food was excellent, the service was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and felt a very positive atmosphere. The view of the pool and the Tuscan landscape rounded off the evening. Highly recommended!
