07/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant for dinner for the second time. The first time I went with some friends for my birthday. I brought my family here for dinner because I remembered the food was good. I was impressed by the steak that you could cut with a fork because it was so tender. The restaurant is located near the Incisa-Reggello highway exit, making it very popular for both lunch and dinner. I recommend booking in advance, and the food is another plus. The restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, both inside and out. It has ample parking, although in my case I had to park at the nearby hotel. In front of the restaurant entrance is a cooled and heated veranda for those who want to eat outside, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The entrance features a counter flanked by climate-controlled wine cellars and display cases; it's immediately clear that they also serve quality wines, grappas, and champagnes. To the right and left are two large rooms with several tables. The decor is simple but elegant, and everything is well-maintained. Having booked, I didn't have to wait for a table, which one of the waitresses showed us to. The staff is very friendly and polite, and table service was quick, considering it was full. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take even a photo of the food, but I can assure you that every dish is beautifully presented, everything is good and of high quality, and the portions are generous. Nothing was left over, which is proof that everything was very good. I had a Tuscan appetizer, the half-steak with my dad (1.1 kg of Irish steak), good, very tender. I expected it to be a little more flavorful, but the flavor also varies depending on how the animals are fed, so it's natural that it had a delicate flavor. Furthermore, it's not very salty, so you can adjust the salt according to the customer's taste. And then I helped finish the mixed grill my brother had: ribs, pork steak, sausage, everything was good, and even the meat was tender... The wine I ordered is one I'd been looking for for a long time, so I was happy to find it. They have all kinds of wines, but I think they're all of a certain quality, even very expensive ones, even the house one, which is offered at a reasonable price. The price is higher than average, and it's definitely a higher quality than the classic house wines. They also know how to stock their wine, given the fridges at the entrance and the labels they stock; it's definitely something they take great care of. For wine, ask for the wine list or ask the waiters for recommendations, but be sure to ask for the price. I was a bit surprised when I saw the price, and knowing the price of wine, I expected to pay a little less... but that's part of eating at places where you pay for the quality of the food, drink, and service. Recommended for those who don't mind spending and want to eat well.

14/09/2025: An absolutely amazing and delightful experience! If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan villa in a fantastic location, this is the place to stay. The owner and manager are truly wonderful- so accommodating and welcoming, we felt right at home. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return.

14/09/2025: Our stay at Villa Rigacci was simply perfect. The location is excellent – about an hour to an hour and a half from many major sites, and only 30 minutes from Chianti and the Monticello forest. The hotel itself looks exactly like what you imagine when dreaming of a beautiful Tuscan experience. charming, authentic, and inviting. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel restaurant was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip in Italy. What truly made the difference was the staff – always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. At checkout, we were even surprised to see they didn’t charge us for a night we missed due to a delayed flight, without us even asking. A perfect experience – thank you!

29/08/2025: The restaurant is in a magical place. The food was delicious, but something was missing. The atmosphere upon arrival was strange, as if they were still closed.. the tables were not ready and we were probably not welcome there at around 17:45 (while according to the official opening hours it should have been open). However, after a while the service got bolder and in the end it was more pleasant.

28/08/2025: A large selection of excellent pizzas and local desserts. I think they're also open during siesta, but be warned: they're closed on Tuesdays.

23/09/2025: A very good quality pizza, fresh porcini mushrooms. A little too quiet due to the large crowd, but for a good pizza, it's worth putting up with.

19/09/2025: I booked a table for 8:45 PM and we waited 30 minutes in the hallway with the dog before we got it. The pizzas would be good, but 50% of the time they'll arrive with charred sides. The porcini mushroom pizza was terrible; they used mushrooms preserved in oil. We ordered the porcini mushrooms, and the fried version was nothing to write home about, but it had no flavor. The same thing happened with the tagliatelle; the porcini mushrooms tasted of butter and parsley, but no mushroom flavor. In my opinion, you can't charge €10 for porcini mushrooms if you then use mushrooms that taste like nothing. My wife didn't like the cold cuts either; they were too hard and dry; the croutons were okay. Table service is €5. The price is a bit high for the quality of the food.
