08/10/2025: We were there for a retirement, and I have to say the food was truly excellent, and the service was good. The only downside was the noise in the room because there were 20 of us and the room was small.

20/10/2025: An appetizer neither good nor bad, with an atypical Tuscan crostini and good cold cuts. The pizza 🍕 has a quality dough. It's unknown whether Tonarelli has ever been there with Puma, Bindone, and Meandrus.

12/10/2025: A pleasant surprise! Excellent food, a variety of dishes, fish, meat, sandwiches, and pizza. The beef stew is exquisite! A special mention for the young woman who looked after us throughout the evening. It's a shame we didn't ask her name! Kind, friendly, professional, and sweet, which never hurts. A restaurant where you immediately sense the care and attention they give to their customers. I'll be back.

25/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My girlfriend and I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—there were no children around, making it the perfect place to truly relax. The on-site restaurant was outstanding; the food was the best I have ever tasted in Italy. The waitress and the two chefs were incredibly kind and attentive. Their wine selection was extensive, and you could even purchase bottles to take home, along with their excellent olive oil. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. The pool was spotless and inviting. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, which wasn’t a major issue but would have been a nice addition, and the limited number of pillows. Despite these small points, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

06/11/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria, or maybe not... actually, I went specifically to try their pizzas, which everyone had been talking about for a while. This historic establishment, run by Andrea Bongi, celebrates its seventieth anniversary this year and a few days ago earned two stars in the Gambero Rosso Pizzeria d'Italia 2026 guide. It also received a mention among the excellent pizzerias in the 50 Top Pizza Italia 2025 guide. I chose a Casentinese with fiordilatte from Campania, porcini mushrooms, and Grigio del Casentino prosciutto. My husband chose a Donato with bardiccio, caramelized onion, and Tuscan pecorino. Although white pizzas aren't my favorite, it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The dough was like a cloud, super light and easy to digest, and the ingredients were excellent. I can't wait to go back, because if the white pizza had this effect on me, who knows how much I'll love the red ones! Well done, really.

27/10/2025: A real discovery! We spent two wonderful evenings. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, always with a smile, by Maurizio Giuliana, the other lady (who didn't tell us her name but has an 18-year-old son), and the truly expert chef. Speaking of the food: everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. In particular, the Florentine steak is unforgettable. You can see the passion in every detail. Congratulations, we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Although you won't easily forget us for the pleasant confusion we shared, we made a promise to return and hope we will. 16/09/2025: This is maybe even the best restaurant i have ever been to. Quality is 10/10, food + desert the best around Florence. Truffle pasta, steak, peach desert and semifreddo have really been amazing and i really can't recommend this place enough. 12/11/2025: I dined at this delightful osteria on Saturday evening. I sat down next to a large, burning fireplace in a warm, welcoming room, just like the owner. The local cuisine was top-notch, carefully prepared and delicious. A wide selection of wines was also available. It was remarkable. 12/10/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria for years and really appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the unsurpassed kindness of the staff. I do have a point, though. After the summer, I returned and found the pita bread significantly smaller and the pizza dough different. I used to appreciate the fact that it had a Neapolitan-style crust, so it wasn't too thin; now it's thin and crustless. I hope it's just a temporary change in their internal organization, because for me, it's my go-to.

11/10/2025: We sat down at 8pm, ate 2 crostini at 8:20pm, and then had an exodus of more than 40 minutes of waiting for the pizzas....

08/10/2025: Not exactly the best. Distracted staff turns their backs on customers for long periods of time to chat among themselves. The attitude is informal, even too informal. Order-in is optional. Dirty cups and glasses litter the customer area.

26/08/2025: We went here today for a quick lunch and I have to say we had a great time. The crouton was delicious, the salad was fresh and equally delicious, and the penne was excellent. The staff were very kind, highly recommended. Congratulations!
