17/03/2026: A classic spot if you're a regular diner, and a must-try!
At peak hours, the place is incredibly crowded, and you have to wait in line (which moves extremely quickly) to order. When it's your turn, you'll find yourself in front of the incredibly well-stocked schiacciata, pizza, and dessert counter, offering schiacciata in every combination of shapes and quantities of ingredients. If all the choices aren't enough, you can also create your own schiacciata.
The food is excellent and the prices are truly rock-bottom; it's hard to find a similar level of quality anywhere else.
12/03/2026: I'd like to give Consuma a top rating: whether it's for a fun trip with family or friends, or a Tuscan tradition, the Consuma protocol remains clear: well-being and first-rate produce. Great work by all the staff, and as they say in my part of the world, "Take care like the Conzuma!"

10/03/2026: I found it by chance. I was in Pontassieve for a medical appointment, and this place, a charming trattoria, was the closest to my destination. It was packed, and they managed to find us a table for two. Fast service and excellent food! Reasonably priced, we'll be back with friends!
20/01/2026: Very friendly, super competitive prices, quick service.
It's a bit risky to find a seat right away, but it's a sign that the place is well-liked.

06/01/2026: Found this restaurant by chance. Yesterday, January 5, 2026, we ate at Francesco's. We arrived at 2:30 pm, and despite the time, they welcomed us and served us with such kindness. 12/04/2026: It's absurd to wait in line for two hours for a schiacciata. The staff is inadequate and understaffed for the weekend workload. The schiacciata was delicious, the location was fabulous, but it's impossible to wait that long.
12/04/2026: The schiacciata was good, but I don't see anything normal about waiting in line for a simple schiacciata for three hours. Increase staffing on holidays. Thanks.

This year, we came altogether as big family (more than 20 persons).
Great service, very customer-focused, kind and polite staff, wonderful place.
Food and wine excellent. Extra menu options for kids. Vegetarian options possible. Some fresh vegetables on the plates would be fantastic.
Water and coffee were included in our reservation, which is an attractive deal.
WiFi did not work for any of us, although there was full connection.
We left happy, satisfied and enlighted by the extraordinarily friendly service of Greta and Claudia.
We are looking forward to our next visit hopefully next year.

18/03/2026: I usually come to this restaurant for fish. Personally, I think it's the best in the area. The mixed antipasto is noteworthy. The wine list is well-structured. Last time, I also tried an excellent rum paired with dark chocolate.

07/07/2025: I love La Torre bread. Since I tried it, I haven't bought anything else. It seems more expensive than the regular bread we find in supermarkets, but that's not the case, and the quality is far superior and, most importantly, organic.

04/09/2025: Returning from vacation on August 24th, we stopped by this takeout pizzeria by chance. Spectacular pizza and knowledgeable, welcoming staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 stars aren't enough! We look forward to seeing you on Lake Maggiore, hoping you'll open a pizzeria here too!
