08/03/2026: We're not from Empoli. We stopped by chance for a coffee break, while my dad used the restroom. The restroom was impeccably clean; my dad even complimented them on their cleanliness. The staff kindly replied, "Thank you so much, sir. We're pleased: we take great care of it." The coffee was divine, and the young man who served it was very attentive and courteous with all the customers. The cups and counter were spotless. It was a pleasant discovery. When we pass through Empoli again, we'll definitely stop by again. ❤️

09/07/2026: The pizza is really good. I gave 3 stars to the service only because there's no table service. You have to do everything yourself, even picking up the pizzas. When they're ready, they let you know with a buzzer, so you get up and go get them. Lots of different pizzas.

30/07/2026: Truly an excellent experience! We followed the waiter's advice and ordered a fish platter: a perfect choice! The fish was incredibly fresh, well-cooked, and truly delicious. The cuoppi di sfizi were also exceptional, rich in flavor and carefully prepared. Special praise goes to the waiter who looked after us throughout the dinner. Rarely do you meet someone so attentive, discreet, empathetic, and kind. He advised us with great professionalism, making us feel welcomed without ever being intrusive. His kindness and the way he interacted with customers made the evening even more enjoyable. Compliments to the entire staff for the quality of the food and service. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

17/07/2026: Once upon a time, they were called trattorias, but today they seem to have disappeared. Luckily, every now and then, places like this pop up along the way. At Sante's, both the first and second courses are excellent, but the large rotating spit immediately made me crave chicken... truly excellent.

04/04/2026: Everything was terrible. The place hasn't been cleaned since they opened, a 25-minute wait, and tasteless burgers made with poor-quality meat. It's a shame the staff is very friendly, otherwise it was perfect.

30/05/2026: Genuine guys... and that's an absolute plus, congratulations. Excellent beer selection, even the gluten-free selection... but it wouldn't be bad to have it on tap too. The inside is there. Comfortable, hospitable, and original. But on the outside, they could be more daring... much more... Encouragement and warmest regards to all of you.

15/04/2026: I don't think I'll ever return to this place. The staff was extremely rude: we ordered drinks just before closing, but at 1:50 two different people came to our table and told us to get up immediately. They told us we couldn't finish our drinks at the table and that they'd give us plastic cups to leave, treating us and two other tables rudely. In my opinion, those who work in front of the public should consider staying an extra ten minutes if the place is full, without kicking customers out like this. Last but not least, we only realized after leaving that we'd paid different prices for the same beer over the course of the evening: mistake or bad faith? Terrible experience.

17/07/2026: I went for pizza with some friends a few days ago. I really appreciated the completely vegan menu, which included appetizers and dessert options, as well as red and white pizzas and calzones. One downside was that it was very hot, and even though there was room in the air-conditioned dining room, they had us sit outside in the tent, where there wasn't a breath of fresh air.
