18/10/2025: I ordered a bag (actually two) from Too Good to Go. The products are definitely good quality, nothing like the supermarket ones. I'll try to be a real customer sometime, even though it's a bit out of the way for me, since I don't live in Empoli.

25/08/2025: A historic kiosk where you can grab a quick, good lunch for little money. We've tried a little bit of everything over the years and have never been disappointed: lampredotto sandwiches with salsa verde and/or spicy salsa, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, incredibly tender cheek stew, nervetti salad, tripe (both cold and Florentine-style), sandwiches, piadinas, burgers, and more. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and they also take great care with hygiene. Not to be missed!

I was blown away by this pizzeria!
As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by an irresistible aroma and a smiling, friendly, and super professional staff.
The pizza? An absolute masterpiece.
The dough is incredibly light, fragrant, easily digestible, and cooked to perfection.
Every bite is a feast: super-fresh ingredients, balanced combinations, and flavors that explode in your mouth.
The place is meticulously maintained and welcoming.
The service is quick but never rushed, always attentive and helpful.
In short, if you love pizza, this pizzeria is a must-see: not just good... extraordinary! I'll definitely be back (very soon).

16/01/2026: Besides being a wine bar, it's a real restaurant with top-quality dishes, both local and sophisticated. Truly delicious, with excellent service. Reservations are required. We went on a Monday and luckily booked a week in advance, otherwise it would have been full. I recommend it. Perhaps more attention is needed to recommend wines to go with the various dishes.
08/01/2026: On my way back from Siena to Livorno, I decided to stop for a bite to eat at this little wine shop. I gave it the highest rating for food, service, and ambiance, because as a celiac, being able to eat safely isn't a given. Oh, I forgot... it's not part of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association), but sometimes being professional is even more important. Thank you so much, it was truly enjoyable ❤️.

15/02/2026: Welcoming restaurant with helpful staff. The food is very good, except for the surprise braised cheek, which we found very sweet with a strong chocolate note. But otherwise, highly recommended.
07/02/2026: I stopped in this little restaurant, attracted by the delicacies on the veranda, a very cute, welcoming and Tuscan-style atmosphere, as was its menu. Antonio the chef delighted us with Tuscan dishes and more, everything was taken care of down to the smallest details and the service was attentive and excellent. I highly recommend it, one of the few times I've eaten better than at home.

05/12/2025: Fast and efficient with tablet ordering, excellent value for money, even at lunchtime, with a varied and extensive menu. It's located in the heart of an industrial area and is also quite convenient for parking compared to the city center. It's busier on weekends, so reservations are recommended. The staff are always friendly and the owner is very nice, which never hurts. Updated October 2025. Tokyo is always a guarantee for me. Fast and friendly staff, smiling and welcoming owner. The lunch menu is a bit limited, but the quality is above average compared to similar places nearby. The new decor is similar, but it's proof that they've put a lot of thought into that, too. Updated December 2025 - always a guarantee, for my tastes and budget. Less choice at lunchtime, but still enjoyable!
