14/08/2025: We booked dinner at this trattoria serving typical Casentino cuisine. From the outside, it looked like a village bar, but inside, the details (vintage tables and chairs, placemats with detailed menus, etc.) made it a welcoming and very authentic place. Homemade pasta, appetizers featuring local products, and home-grown meats were also featured. We ordered mixed crostini and a "scarpetta" (ragù, white ragù, and mushroom ragù with slices of bread); a Florentine steak three fingers thick (because here they say anything less would be carpaccio), two side dishes, all washed down with a Morellino di Scansano... we left feeling full and very satisfied. Bravo!!!! The waiters were also excellent. Highly recommended!

13/08/2025: The food was delicious, with authentic flavors. I wish I was hungrier so I could try more dishes! I recommend the tortelli stiani; they're out of this world. The service was good, with really friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back next year.

01/06/2025: Attracted by the positive reviews, I book for dinner. I arrive on time! The quality of the food is decent but not exciting. The unacceptable thing, however, is the wait. You can't wait 45 minutes for a rare steak! I'm sorry but the service needs to improve a lot. To conclude, I go to the cashier to pay where a guy is sitting who, even seeing me wait, continues to consult his a**es on the PC, not caring about my presence! And I had to pay money useful for his business. And for this poor service, I certainly won't go back. Last gem, the baked potatoes... maybe the chef had taken them out half an hour earlier, they wouldn't have burned. Terrible.

01/08/2025: The Calzone Romagnolo is a true Italian feast. The pizzeria also has a great atmosphere and friendly service. I highly recommend it!

13/07/2025: Canto alla Rana is a restaurant I discovered through online reviews, located in a beautiful riverside park. It was fully booked, even though it was Friday lunch (I recommend calling ahead and making a reservation), but the very kind and friendly owner managed to find us a table for two. We had a wonderful meal, generous portions, average prices, and quick and attentive service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return if I return to Stia.
