12/12/2023: The classic stop to absolutely make is in this establishment... This bar is now a staple for breakfast and good coffee. It is located at the gates of the Grillo column and for all those who from Valdarno head to the sea, to the spa, to Siena or towards Perugino can only stop in this legendary bar which offers a valid choice of products. Tables inside, on the veranda and a nice free parking outside.

30/09/2023: Duddova ist wunderschön und la bottega ist herrlich italienisch. man sitzt direkt auf der strada vor der bottega. liebevoll gestaltet. die besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. das essen ist gut.

05/03/2024: Stopped for lunch a bit randomly, pleasant surprise. homely trattoria without pretensions but with a cuisine reminiscent of grandmother's at a very low price. Excellent value for money and very friendly owners!!

05/04/2024: I relied on the photos here on Google where the pizzas look good. Ordered via delivery, the pizza has nothing to do with the photos in the reviews. Never eaten a worse pizza than this. I took a stracciatella and pistachio mortadella pizza. They cooked the mortadella together with the pizza. Everything very greasy. Very salty dough and instead of stracciatella they put something else. I will never order from this pizzeria again.
The pizza arrived almost cold but the delivery time was respected.
17/03/2024: A pleasant and unexpected discovery. Top pizza!! Mario, as well as being a top chef, also takes care of the customer.

19/09/2023: Wanted to visit the place on September 19th, 2023. Gate open, reception leave. No one to be seen. The place was probably abandoned.
29/08/2023: I don't feel like recommending this place, as I just spent a week with my family. The kind acceptance and the mobile home was tidy and clean (the coffee maker and the gazebo tent were missing), but the campsite was let go, in the sense that the surrounding vegetation had not been taken care of for some time and so had the common areas; importantly many many mosquitoes. The street light in the evening (at least where we were) turned on at 10.21pm, so if you wander around the campsite after sunset you need your cell phone torch. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool, which with the great heat convinced us to come to this campsite, but the swimming pool is managed separately, open to outsiders and we access it under agreement as a campsite (it is not clear from the website). But the biggest problem of the swimming pool is the lack of maintenance and hygiene and cleanliness not only in the pedestrian passages but also in the deckchairs, and the water is dirty not to mention that the showers before entering the pool did not always dispense the water and the lifeguards did not they are identifiable. No comment
Market ok for basic necessities
High price quality, for the shortcomings described.

07/01/2024: Very nice and efficient waitress even though the place was very crowded. We were a table and we all ate well, from pizza to first course, second course and dessert. The price is normal. Courteous and friendly pizza chef. When we are in the area we will definitely return.

02/11/2023: Il Verreno Resort war für mich eine sehr positive Überraschung. Ich war eine Woche im Hotel und das Zimmer Blumen (Flowers), dass einen separaten Wohnzimmerbereich mit Ledercouch und einem Tisch, sowie einem Schreibtisch hat.
Das separate Bad hatte 2 Waschbecken und ein sehr großes, offenes Bad.
Das einzige Manko ist der Weg ins Zimmer, da eine steile Treppe zum Überwinden war.
Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse extrem gut. Früchte, Müsli, Saftpresse, Obst, etc. alles was man in Italien nicht so kennt.
Ergänzend gab es Lachs, Schinken, Salami, Käse, warme Zutaten, die üblichen Eiergerichte und natürlich was Süßes.
Im Sommer kann man im Freien Frühstücken und es sicherlich noch schöner als im November.
Das Resort bietet auch noch einen Fitnessraum, Sauna und eine eigenen Palast zum Feste Feiern oder Heiraten.
Das Resort steht alleine auf einen Hügel und ist für Hunde bestens geeignet.
Ich kann dieses Resort wärmstens empfehlen.
