19/05/2025: Beautiful place, characteristic and very welcoming, friendly and sunny waiters, excellent service, possibility of eating meat and fish, I chose the latter at a fixed price menu of €35 and I had a great time, the fish panzanella is excellent, the grilled prawns cooked very well, I am celiac I ate everything except fried food, maybe if it can be helpful also adapt to those who have allergy problems like me, it would have been the best, eating fried food for us is difficult but not impossible. Thanks for the good lunch, I recommend trying it.

17/05/2025: We found this place by chance on a Monday night, desperate to find a place to have dinner. It was the best food and the best experience in our 5-days Tuscany tour. Great service, great food and a cosy atmosphere… I hope we can visit this restaurant again.🙏

19/05/2025: Locale molto molto carino, sia per la location che per la cura dei dettagli. Si mangia all’interno di un bar-alimentari, ma nello stesso tempo fa una bellissima figura anche come ristorante-osteria-locanda. Abbiamo preso un tris di polentine(molto buone), gli sbagliati integrali al ragù bianco di nana con fonduta ed erano squisiti e i tortelloni(nn ricordo come si chiamassero di preciso e nn ricordo nemmeno il condimento che ha scelto la mia compagna, ma si vede in foto ed erano deliziosi ). Dí secondo abbiamo preso una tagliata al rosmarino (carne buonissima e molto soffice) accompagnata da uno stufato di verdura ricoperto con fonduta. Infine abbiamo preso come dolce una forchetta al caffè condita col Brandy, panna e piccole meringhe. Molto buono anche il dolce, diciamo solo che è abbastanza forte come sapore, ma là panna e le meringhe stemperano un po’ il tutto. Infine ci hanno offerto dell’ottimo limoncino. Abbiamo preso pure un litro di acqua e il vino rosso della casa, molto buono e delicato, ottimo per accompagnare la cena e due grappe come digestivo. Direi che ci tornerei volentieri, anche e soprattutto per riammirare la location. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo( 70 euro il tutto)

12/05/2025: If you’re within 100 miles, it’s absolutely worth the trip to experience this exceptional restaurant. From the food to the ambiance—and especially the host and chef, Gino—everything was unforgettable. We began with a pear, honey, and walnut appetizer that was deceptively simple yet perfectly balanced. Next came a rich, homemade pasta with meat sauce, followed by the most incredible Florentine steak we’ve ever tasted. We ended the meal with a luxurious chocolate mousse made from high-end chocolate—decadent and delicious. Gino was a true highlight: warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a memorable evening. A charming man in a truly charming place.

10/05/2025: Wonderful find! Family owned and traditional Tuscan food prepared simply and with great care. Everything we ordered was delicious. There was only one other couple in the restaurant on a rainy, cold Wednesday, but they had travelled from Ireland to visit because they had a recommendation from a family member. We were waited on by the owner / chef who ran the entire operation himself, including all the cooking. It was a very special evening and an opportunity to taste a meal prepared according the long traditions of the region. Highly recommend!

22/04/2025: Excellent hotel. Paradise for those who needs Gluten Free kitchen. Great place to have 3 generations holiday. Grandparents in a suit and children and grandchildren in an apartment ( there are 4) .It is not a fancy hotel and it feels like home, also because of the attitude of the staff, Good location to visit both Toscana's wine route, as well as all main cities Very good breakfast and also a very good restaurant on site. For sure we will come again

19/05/2025: The village of Duddova is suggestive, the rustic rural style tavern has its own charm, the welcome is warm. But I wouldn't bother to go there for dinner again, it doesn't give you what you might expect. Nothing unforgettable, the vaunted chicken in a crust, normal chicken breasts with a vaguely spicy breading. The spaghetti with fennel pesto is interesting. The bill is acceptable, but next time I'll spend elsewhere. I'd say it would be a perfect little place for a snack, I don't know if it takes an afternoon break.

13/05/2025: We went to this place looking for a secluded and unique spot, and we found it. The owner, Leonardo, was very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious: ravioli gigli and a variety of cheeses! At the end of dinner, we were joined by an Argentinian guy who lives nearby, and we spoke to him in Spanish. The whole experience was truly enjoyable. It's a place with a lot of character, and I would definitely come back.

06/05/2025: It is clear that the knowledge about leavened products and pizza is good, in fact the doughs are decidedly good. The raw materials used, on average, also seem to be of good quality; from tomato to mozzarella to various condiments. Personally I found the pizzas a little salty (I don't know if the dough itself or the whole thing; I'm also talking about the simple margherita). Some condiments are a little on the low side for the price paid. The service is simple but friendly and pleasant; they always try to please the customer. The real sore point in my opinion are the prices which are actually a bit too high. (Definitely on round pizzas). If I'm not mistaken, for a round ham and mushroom, we're talking about €11 (in my opinion, definitely too much, on average elsewhere we're talking about €8/9 for the same flavour). I would make up for this price choice with a much more abundant sauce on top. UPDATE MAY 2025 We got takeaway pizza, a shovel. Unfortunately I have to say that it was really bad; as you can see from the photos, the dough was "raw", as if it had not risen. Mistakes that can't happen. I confirm what was said previously about the quality of the ingredients used, the friendliness of the staff who take the order and the slightly high prices.

Ringrazio Susanna per aver cucinato scrupolosamente del cibo come pochi chef sanno fare. Il servizio di Angelo, Andrea ed altri ragazzi in sala e’ impeccabile, veri professionisti. Grazie di cuore.

28/09/2024: Excelente restaurante. Madre e hijos dirigen el lugar. Comida y servicio excelente. Sin duda merece la pena una visita mientras está en la zona. Reservas muy recomendables.
