21/02/2026: An absolutely perfect stay at Historic Guesthouse BIRCHER B&B Apart Hotel! From arrival to departure, everything was impeccable. We were welcomed with exceptional kindness and warmth by a lovely family who do everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, harmoniously blending tradition and modernity. Comfort is guaranteed, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast is simply magnificent: varied, generous, and made with high-quality products. A true pleasure every morning! Special mention also goes to the small grocery store on the ground floor, an excellent idea that adds even more charm and convenience to the stay. We had an incredible time, filled with serenity and conviviality. A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience; we will return with great pleasure!

25/06/2026: Very nice place with animals. The food is good and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The black and white cat is wonderful and loves to be cuddled.

04/07/2026: Unexpectedly tasty donuts, creams are really tasty and the dough is pretty good. Please do not sleep on the pretzel, it completed the experience perfectly. Place looks nice, gotta get there pretty early for the donuts.

29/06/2026: We stayed for one night at the suite. The room was absolutely amazing. The food was a bit his or miss. However, the service did not meet expectations. It’s NOT a relaxing time when you are there. Staff is extremely rushed and they rush you to through your meals. The order taking is extremely rushed through. It’s like they can only spend 5 seconds on your table. They speak fast and run around and take your plates before you are finished. Staff has attitude. You really cannot talk to them. The lady who was taking our order, when we asked for tiramisu for desert after dinner, she said: which flavor? I missed the flavors in small font over the photo on the menu. Instead of just saying: we have x, y, and z flavors, she said: “Look at the menu. It’s all written in the menu.” That’s not a sign of a good customer service. 🤷‍♀️ For breakfast the next day, I asked if we should pre-order donuts as they might be gone when we are done with our included breakfast and the lady assured me that it’s no problem and we will get our donuts. We came for breakfast at 7:30 am when breakfast opened. After our included breakfast, we all asked for cream donuts and she returned and said they were all gone. 🤦‍♀️. Seriously?! I am staying there for $600 a night and I am the first person for breakfast when they open, I get assurance that, as a guest, I have no problem getting a famous donut for breakfast and then I am told they are all gone?!! Wow. This is just like a slap on the face. Complete lack of care for guests. Staff would not acknowledge guests. In AM, I came out outside. I was the only person there and staff knew I was a guest. The guy staff came to clean the tables from condensation in AM. I smiled and looked at him to say hello. He didn’t even look at me or greeted me. Instead, he just got right next to me and started around his chores. That’s such poor hospitality. I read reviews after and it seems to be the theme: attitude and no hospitality. We stayed at multiple places during our 10 days in Italy and this was the worst service experience I had. I don’t know if they are so snobby because they are so popular due to social media that they don’t care, or it’s just the culture there. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was not good. Dry omelet. That’s the first time in my life I didn’t eat the omelet someone made for me. And of course the cream donuts were gone already per our waiter. I wish guests were treated with attention and care here so the service matches the beautiful place and superior accommodations.

22/04/2026: Google says it's open daily (no seasonal restrictions), but the website throws an error message. You start your hike and find yourself in front of the sign – see photo: Breaks are fine, but they should be communicated – no problem these days with social media.

24/03/2026: A Canazei classic: a hot dog break at Pippo's along the main road in Canazei, opposite the bus stop. I gave the service 4 stars only because of the queue that always forms due to the quality of the food, but that's certainly not due to the owners and staff who work tirelessly to satisfy every culinary request. Beyond the bus stop, the view of the snow-capped mountains is splendid, the air clear and crisp, the sandwich fragrant and warm—it's a must! But I'm sure you've already tried it, otherwise don't miss it, it's worth it!!!

13/07/2026: The classic South Tyrolean attention to detail and quality reaches extraordinary heights here. Just look at a few photos of the dishes to understand what I mean, and the taste is as good as it is beautiful. The buckwheat ravioli, the tagliatelle with ragù, and the lamb loin were excellent. We swapped dishes and everyone loved everything. A special mention goes to the snails, which were delicious despite the recipe perhaps not being exactly typical. The setting is also wonderful, surrounded by greenery. If you can eat outside, it's definitely recommended. It's also great for kids, as there's a play area with a playhouse and a sandbox.

07/07/2026: Stopped by for a few hours to use their Spa. Impeccable Spa facilities and very kind staff. The massage was one of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot of massages.

12/04/2026: We were here over Easter – Esser was very sunny, ski-in/ski-out is no longer available, but there's a shuttle service every 5 minutes to the Ciampinoi or Danterpieces lifts. The food was excellent, and Alice in the restaurant was the heart and soul of the place.

10/07/2026: A well-stocked bakery with a wide selection of breads, pastries, and cookies. The friendly counter staff lets you browse the shelves and make your own decisions.

22/03/2026: This was our second stay at Ustaria Posta, and we felt very comfortable again. The value for money is excellent, and the whole family takes such good care of you. The half-board with its four-course menu is simply outstanding. While there's no spa, you're treated with great warmth and Ladin tradition. The ski area in Alta Badia is also absolutely fantastic, so we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I would especially like to highlight: - the friendly and attentive morning, lunch, and dinner service (special thanks to Jana and Leonard) - the competent and accommodating reception staff - the incredibly attentive spa team (especially thank you to Alessia and Martin) - the shuttle service to and from the train station provided by Walter We found the entire team to be so empathetic and attentive, with a great sensitivity to guests with special needs. Thank you for making our stay such a relaxing highlight of our year.

28/05/2026: I had a wonderful day spa experience at this property near my home, a charming, classic hotel. The highlight is definitely the panoramic pool with a beautiful view of the castle, flanked by a lawn perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The relaxation areas are also welcoming and offer a splendid view of the forest. The saunas are useful and very pleasant, and I really appreciated the convenience of the pool, which is open from 8:30 a.m. I also enjoyed using the fitness room, which was truly wonderful. The machines are new, clean, and very easy to use, even for me, a beginner. Considering the very friendly staff and the excellent price, I highly recommend this property.

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.

09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.
