10/05/2026: We had the opportunity to have a family lunch to celebrate a relative's birthday. The place is large and in a quiet location. Since my child has celiac disease, they paid special attention to gluten-free options. Overall, the food was delicious and the organization was excellent. We were served promptly. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would have liked to give it 6 stars; the owner, of Spanish origin, was super friendly. We'll be back for more.

04/05/2026: Poor organization and lack of transparency An experience to forget. We booked for 25 people, specifying that we would celebrate at midnight. Despite initial reassurances, starting at 11:30 PM, we were constantly criticized for the noise (due to the rooms upstairs) and asked to leave right during the cake cutting. The handling of the bill was even more disappointing: when we asked for the itemized bill, the owner replied that she had already thrown it away. Considering that there were errors in two courses and that two entrees should have been refunded, the suspicion that they were not removed is more than legitimate. Not recommended for group events.

11/01/2026: The place is tiny, and for goodness sake, it can happen... until the three of us were put in a tiny table when there were two tables behind us that could easily have been pushed together. The place is run by a lot of young people, far too young, I think. The "waitress" brings us the wine, opens the bottle, and the wine explodes (probably having been tossed around or taken out of the fridge shortly before). She doesn't even apologize and runs away. All the waiters, no matter who passed by our table, didn't even bother to clean up the wine stain on the floor. I asked for this courtesy several times, but nothing happened, even if it meant dropping it or falling on the floor themselves; according to their ideology, the wine should have just stayed there. As for the place, it's nice; perhaps that's the only saving grace.

30/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal at FOC tonight. We walked by from our hotel, which is just 50 meters from the restaurant, and the atmosphere was truly captivating. We received a very friendly welcome, after which we were given an explanation of the menu and the special dishes of the day. First, we chose a delicious Italian red wine and then enjoyed various fish and meat dishes. Everything was delicious. We concluded the evening with a delicious cup of coffee and limoncello, along with a delicious crème brûlée on the house. Thanks again for that. It was a wonderful evening and highly recommended if you enjoy good food, sharing dishes, and cozy gatherings. We had a wonderful time at FOC. We walked from our hotel, just 50 meters from the restaurant, and the atmosphere was truly suggestive. 08/11/2025: It's a place for a romantic dinner/aperitif, with indoor and outdoor tables, where you can enjoy delicate dishes, good wine, or unique beers. Friendly and fast service. A lovely atmosphere.

16/10/2025: The food isn't bad, and the prices are good. However, the dishes are too salty...let the customers decide whether to have salty or not. Order plain rice...salty. Order side vegetables...salty. Second courses...salty...

16/08/2025: I arrived at 2:15 PM and there were no hot dishes left. They took the hot dishes away at least 15 minutes before the kitchen closed (2:30 PM). So I was left hungry and disappointed. Poor service.

18/05/2026: Like this place. Friendly staff, generously poured cocktails, cozy atmosphere outside, reasonable prices. My always choice if I want a drink around. Oh, and working hours are also great :)

23/04/2026: Horrible customer service and hostile attitudes. It seems to me that the coffee was washed out, perhaps to save money. The cappuccino was too expensive, as if we were in Milan.

26/04/2026: As for the food, there's nothing to complain about. The appetizer offers a wide variety of dishes, even if they're small. The patanegra sandwich is a must-order, and the paella with sangria is very good. The only downside, though it's not their fault, is that it's located in the historic center of Prato. There are tables along the street, and all the confusion that comes with that. The staff, however, is super friendly. Perhaps they should offer more options for those with fish allergies.

11/04/2026: The wait was long, and the sandwiches and burritos they brought were quite questionable—it was all low-quality bread, and there was very little meat, and you couldn't taste it. The prices were outrageous.

01/05/2026: I'm a regular at Flunch in La Fiumara and can confidently say it's one of the best restaurants in the center. The atmosphere is lively, buzzing with activity and bustle, perfect for lunch with friends or during a work break. It's become a daily staple for me. The staff is always kind and friendly, dedicated to providing professional and welcoming service. The dishes are fresh and served almost straight from the stove, with a quality that comes through in every bite. My only complaint: the variety of dishes is a bit limited, and many are very spicy or seasoned. We would appreciate healthier, lighter options, which could attract an even wider clientele. Despite this, the value for money is excellent, and the overall experience remains among the best in the mall.

22/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I almost never write negative reviews, but this could fill a book. The restaurant is historic, probably surviving on its reputation and the positive reputation it's enjoyed over the years. Its current management is disastrous. I've been there several times, years ago, and always had positive experiences, but now it's truly poorly managed. The wait times are biblical; there's clearly no communication between the kitchen and the staff. The food, I'd say, is below average. The menu is supposedly Spanish or Greek, but I don't know which Greece or Spain they've visited. The dishes are Italian, but with improvised recipes "Spanish-style" or "Greek-style." During our hour-long wait—yes, we waited an hour—we witnessed all the chaos. The kitchen brings out the dishes, which remain waiting on a makeshift counter, cooling thoroughly, while the dining room is in complete chaos. Meanwhile, since the kitchen is "open" from the 2 square meters where they'll comfortably make you wait standing for an hour, I was pleased to notice that one of the people in charge of preparing the dishes, specifically the man with the shaved head and very long beard, was extremely sweaty and decided to wash his face in the kitchen. With his beard soaked and dripping with water, he continued cooking the paellas as if nothing had happened. I can't imagine what might have ended up in there. The prices are expensive, considering the quality of the food. The fish rice is embarrassing; it's literally cold rice with a pink sauce (I think it's cream, mayo, and ketchup). We also ordered octopus, which arrived at the table ICE COLD, not cold; it had probably been waiting a long time on the counter. It took 40 minutes between ordering and receiving the dishes at the table. During those 40 minutes, the waiter even thought it best to ask us, "Would you like dessert?" (We hadn't even received our appetizer yet). In short, the place needs a complete overhaul. A huge amount of work needs to be done to update the tools and methods... if in 2026, orders are still communicated verbally or on post-it notes, it's clear there's confusion. The reservation system is ridiculous, given that even when people make reservations, they still wait an hour, with no explanation. An experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

20/05/2026: Tasca is a place I've always been curious about, perfect for both aperitivo and dinner. The place is very cute and has a small outdoor area, but the food isn't anything special compared to other Spanish restaurants I've tried. One thing that's extremely positive, however, is the management: Bryan was impeccable, seated us almost immediately, was extremely kind, and accommodated our requests. Truly wonderful!

16/04/2026: Pleasant surprise. We sat down for a drink and ended up staying for hours. The atmosphere, the drinks, and the appetizers are delicious. Eduardo's service was excellent, super kind and pleasant, making the evening even more fun. We loved the experience.
