I migliori ristoranti di cucina spagnola

01/05/2025: Pessimi, il primo Maggio dopo aver prenotato piu’ di un mese fa, arriviamo davanti al ristorante e lo troviamo chiuso! Non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura e non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, dopo qualche minuto pubblicano una storia su instagram scrivendo che sono chiusi. Il rispetto per le persone e per i clienti e’ la prima cosa. Disorganizzati e maleducati!

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!

21/05/2025: Everything was terrible when I first bought it... dry chicken and black potatoes with lily, it's honestly not worth it

13/07/2025: Very simple place, but still clean and tidy, with average service. I tried three good tapas...perhaps the jamon croquetas, with a little ham. The paella was made with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked rice, but...the seafood paella had a crust that was bitter on the palate. The meat paella, besides being very moist and therefore lacking a crust, was over-seasoned with spices (turmeric), which, besides not liking it in itself, overshadowed the flavors of the meat and vegetables. I've definitely had better paella in Milan.

03/08/2025: The food seemed pre-frozen, and there was no indication of this on the menu. The service was friendly and fairly quick.

03/08/2025: Discovering them was the best! Impeccable service. You can feel the love they put into everything. Excellent food. My boyfriend fell in love with the paella, he says it's as good as the one he eats in Spain, and eating Venezuelan food after such a long time was the best. The music and atmosphere are fantastic, perfect for dinner and a drink afterward. I will definitely be back. Hasta pronto muchachos, un abrazo 💪🏽❤️

12/06/2025: Andare a cena al Pellicano è come trovarsi a casa, sapori genuini, accoglienza familiare e ambiente sereno! La pizza poi è speciale! Provare per credere! Consigliatissimo.

12/06/2025: Il Pellicano is a place of the heart Every time I come back here it is a confirmation: the food is always excellent! Everything is fresh, well-kept and you can feel the passion in the kitchen. From the first to the second courses, each dish has an authentic flavor that makes you want to try them all. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and the staff is always very kind. They make you feel at home, with a smile and the desire to make those who come feel good. It is one of those places where you grow fond of it, because in addition to the good food there is that family atmosphere that makes every dinner special. Truly a restaurant that stays in the heart. Great Gianfranco and all the staff.

19/07/2025: Delicious and plentiful food. A pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. A sleek, modern interior and outdoor patio. My daughter loves Mexican food, and she was very happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended!

17/07/2025: Recommended the mixed tasting, really good, excellent burgers too, good products, the draft beer could be improved and maybe the draft beer selection could be extended for the rest, perfect dinner.

11/07/2025: The place is a rare gem, it feels like being in the South ❤️ The dishes are exquisite and above all abundant (compliments to the chef!). The other services are also excellent, definitely a super experience!
