01/03/2026: I tried this trattoria on a Saturday in February. The waitress offered us a €30 menu with an appetizer, a generous plate of sautéed mushrooms, a salad with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, breaded mushrooms, and a piece of spicy cheese. Next came a lovely plate of linguine with mushrooms, delicious, and then sausage nestled in chicken with mushrooms and salad. It was all accompanied by house wine and bread, and finished with ricotta cannoli. We'll definitely be back, because in the summer, the trattoria's specialty is fish, and we're very curious to try it.

11/01/2026: Thanks to Carlo, we enjoyed a truly authentic meal. We were even able to watch the ricotta being made and then savor it in the traditional way. The food was all incredibly delicious and offered at an unbelievable price, including wine, mineral water, coffee, and grappa. The family runs their business with love and joy. 16/01/2026: We had lunch at this place after an intensive morning spent hiking in the nearby woods on a winter day. We couldn’t have made a better choice! The food was excellent (a full Italian Sunday lunch with three courses and dessert), and the service was spotless, all at a very affordable price. We will definitely be back to try the menu with local mushrooms.

18/11/2025: If you're visiting the village of Monterosso Almo, I recommend making a reservation at this delightful trattoria. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and you can enjoy a magnificent view. You'll find traditional dishes like ricotta ravioli with pork sauce, pappardelle with mushrooms, an excellent mixed roast, and, to finish, the unmissable cannoli with local ricotta. The service is excellent; you'll be greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Parking is available in the square or on the ring road. You can also take a relaxing stroll through the village's ancient streets and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
