01/01/2026: I met him many years ago for an event, and since then I've had nothing but positive experiences. One of these was yesterday at Casale Graffetta, on New Year's Eve, and it was simply wonderful, from every perspective. The farmhouse is an enchanting place, with meticulous attention to detail. The service is excellent, attentive but never intrusive, and the pool makes the stay even more special. Special thanks go to Giorgio, the owner: a fantastic person, always available, kind, and ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism and passion. The gourmet cuisine is impeccable: carefully prepared dishes, extraordinary flavors, top quality... everything is truly delicious. The value for money is amazing, absolutely affordable considering the level of experience offered. It's one of those places that stays in your heart and you can't wait to return to. For me, only positive notes: I recommend Casale Graffetta to anyone looking for a special experience, filled with beauty, flavor, and true Sicilian hospitality.

13/07/2026: I made a reservation for a birthday party, but when the cake arrived, it was refused refrigeration because the receipt for the cake was missing. Hilarious! Shame.

15/08/2026: And so, after a few years we returned and nothing had changed. The pizza was good, but the service left much to be desired. Seeing pizza arrive at tables that had sat down and ordered after us was not normal, nor was it fair to us. If we hadn't sent someone to check on us (a very kind woman), we'd still be waiting. And not even a hint of an apology. Nothing. It's a shame because, after all, the pizza is good.

28/07/2026: We ordered takeaway pizzas twice from here. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and the service really efficient. They even made a gluten-free pizza for one of us, which made her super happy! Grazie mille. We'll definitely be back whenever we are in the area.

20/07/2026: Today I had breakfast with my family at this "beautiful" bar, as some call it. This is what I found. Tables dirtier than I know what. Rude, disorganized staff... They didn't even sweep the crumbs off the table, they just threw them off the table where my feet were. I didn't know whether to eat the granita or drink it because it was WATER... of course, because instead of serving customers, they have to talk. The croissants looked like the frozen ones. They didn't even bring us glasses of water. The total price: €16.00 just for: 1 Mulberry Granita 1 Pistachio Granita 1 Almond Granita 3 croissants I didn't think I'd say this, but... Mr. Pelligra was better.

18/07/2026: Thank you for ruining my birthday! I ordered three pans of pizza, which obviously were delivered late, obviously overcharged, and obviously when I spoke to the girl on the day I ordered, she didn't understand anything; she even told me which flavors to order. I'm shocked!

08/07/2026: We bought a large platter with lots of Sicilian delicacies today. Everything was absolutely delicious. The saleswoman explained everything to us in good English and was very friendly. We'll definitely be back during our holiday ;) Great little shop...keep it up!
