14/08/2025: We chose this restaurant at random, based on the menu found online and the reviews, and I must say we made the right choice... a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view, top-quality food, and excellent service. All in a quiet atmosphere, with good background music and no intrusiveness.
Highly recommended!

09/01/2026: I went there with my parents, I don't know if it was because it was winter, but the food was poor quality, and the staff practically sat with us at the table. The price was ridiculous: €102, with a grilled zucchini costing €15.
Tourism is fine, but let's not exaggerate.
Not to mention the pizza, which was clearly bought from the pizzeria next door and arrived cold. (Made right before our eyes.)
And I forgot about the burnt breaded swordfish. The only positive note was the octopus sandwich, which was good but nothing special.

02/11/2025: Step outside the city gate, where the tourists are no longer swarming, and visit Andromaco Bar! Here you will receive genuine smiles and a true family restaurant, where the locals also enjoy visiting. Coffee, cornetto, wine, arancini, and a diverse selection. Authentic photos and objects decorate the cozy place. The prices are fair. We ended almost every day of our vacation here, but there were times when we started here too. Bar - Bistro - Pizzeria "Gallodoro"

13/11/2025: Not recommended. The pizza was watery with beefsteak tomatoes and the crust was unacceptable. The price was far too high.
31/10/2025: The food was good, especially the basic pizzas (Margherita and Marina) and French fries. The pizzas had a nice, crispy crust. Other pizzas had unexpected ingredients, like the Capricciosa with green peas.
I don't know why they're there.

20/05/2025: Wenig Qualität für viel Geld. Alles schmeckt gleich nach nichts. Kartoffeln kalt und schwimmen Fett, ein paar lauwarme Zucchini- und Auberginenscheiben als Beilage des Tages um 12 Euro. Die Fischröllchen kommen gänzlich ungewürzt und schmecken nach nichts. Ein echter Reinfall.

07/01/2026: I don't recommend it! Long waits for food, even though I was the only one in the restaurant. The staff constantly tried to add something to the bill that I didn't order (drinks or appetizers). Additionally, an extra pizza was added to the bill, which I didn't order. When I asked for the item to be removed from the bill, I was told it was impossible because the bill had already been charged and wouldn't be correct in the system, and I had to pay for the mistake as well.

26/10/2025: 1 star, because I couldn't put a 0 one.
Came with 2 children under 5. In october.
45 minutes to get the water. Didn't get the menu. Staff was yelling at each other. All they can say is : just wait...
After one hour and a half, left waiting with two slices of bread, we left.
They insulted us, telling to not comeback anytime.
Don't waste your time here in Taormina, there are plenty of friendly places that will welcome you.
22/09/2025: The food was once again perfect and delicious. We sat there with 12 people and enjoyed a variety of hot and cold starters, various white wines, and main courses. Everything was excellent! Always a delight! Grazie mille! ❤️

21/09/2025: We had the pleasure of being guests of some very dear friends who decided to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at this venue. We were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: Our waiter recommended the Caudu cocktail and it was fantastic - best cocktail I’ve tasted. He was a lovely guy, a local, prepared to offer his advice and we took it. Wonderful experience
23/09/2025: The sky bar is relatively hidden, so it's worth getting there right at 5 p.m. You can still enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view. The staff was very friendly throughout. A cocktail costs €24. It's not exactly cheap, but the view and the ambiance make up for it.
It was a truly great visit!
