07/08/2025: The hotel is strategically located: close to the sea and just a few meters from the city center. Excellent value for money. Perfect service and staff, always available. Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent food service. We once again enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful holiday this year.

05/08/2025: Right on the seafront, with fabulous views and sunsets. Waking up in the morning and stepping out onto the sea-view terrace is priceless. Rooms are a bit vintage, but decent, clean, and tidy. The windowless bathroom has ceramic tiles and furnishings reminiscent of the 1980s. In particular, the 60x60 cm plastic showers (slightly yellowed) are truly beyond usable. Not suitable for anyone over 11 years old... The sweet breakfast was plentiful, varied, and very fresh. Very pleasant. There was virtually no decent savory selection. Reasonable prices. But everything fades into the background once you step out onto those terraces...

06/08/2025: Terrible experience: endless wait, an hour for a salty peppered mussel dish. The pasta with clams was raw and disjointed, and the swordfish had distinct flavors. Poor service at €2 per person, different glasses, and no wine tasting. I recommend going elsewhere.

29/07/2025: A very charming little place, clean and elegant, with a focus on customer service. Fresh food and well-prepared dishes. Despite being located in the heart of the historic center, the place is very private and not noisy. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is polite yet friendly. A piano in the dining room is kindly made available to the more talented customers by Rosalia, the owner, who deserves praise for her rare ability to trust and make guests feel at home. 08/08/2025: We took 2 sea breams, one was good cocked other was undercooked and meat was sticked to bone. Waitress told that it is not their fault because 10 min is enough for fish to cook

We had breakfast, which was very good, and then one evening we tried the restaurant overlooking the sea for dinner. It was a pleasant discovery, both for the food and the quiet, welcoming setting.

The staff was excellent, but special mention goes to Chef Bruno, who was simply extraordinary: with discreet kindness and rare politeness, he guided us through the menu with passion and expertise, transforming each dish into a story. His presence, never intrusive but always attentive, added value to the entire meal. Each course was perfectly balanced, with surprising yet harmonious pairings, designed to maximize the raw ingredients. 22/05/2025: I was at a birthday party that went very well: everything was very well-kept, the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming, the food was good and plentiful. It was worth coming from Rome, for loved ones it is always worth being there and the Circoletto was the right setting.

From the first moment we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by Gianfranco, the owner, who with his sincere smile and his passion for hospitality made us feel immediately at home. But it is at the table that a real spectacle of the senses unfolds. Each dish was a journey, a story, a surprise. The raw material? Simply excellent. Raw fish of a touching freshness, fresh pasta that tastes of expert hands and tradition, second courses worthy of a standing ovation. Impossible to forget the amberjack: cooked to perfection, clean flavor, balanced intensity. A dish that alone would be worth the trip. And then he arrives, chef Calogero, a professional of rare humility and extraordinary competence. He told us about his creations with authentic passion, explaining the soul of each dish, the origin of the ingredients, the reason for each choice. It's not just cuisine: it's art, culture, emotion. The service? Impeccable. The environment? Well-kept, welcoming, authentic. Special praise also goes to the cellar: a truly surprising selection of labels, with rare and unobtainable vintages that tell territories, stories and expert hands. 20/08/2025: Despite the restaurant's location, directly overlooking the sea, the restaurant didn't fully meet my expectations. The staff seemed in a daze, and we waited a long time for three pasta dishes with speck and pistachios, which also contained more cream than pistachios. For this reason, after this one experience, I would never return. P.S. I also remember perfectly that when we ordered, we specifically asked for the aforementioned pasta, but for some reason the kitchen received another order (a simple pasta with tomato sauce that they brought to us, but which we obviously had sent back). A decidedly unpleasant situation that obviously affects my review.

19/08/2025: It is not possible to evaluate it because after having gone the previous evening to book a table for two in the air-conditioned room for dinner on 14/8 and having the cashier confirmed it, when we showed up for dinner on 14/8 they told us that they do not have a table in the air-conditioned room but they can arrange one for us outside the road (there was no one seated due to the scorching heat).
