11/08/2026: I will never go back again, waiting more than two hours with the place half empty even though we had ordered simple salads and sandwiches, I absolutely do not recommend

28/07/2026: Enjoy a cool evening on a charming, well-lit terrace with a youthful atmosphere. Prices are slightly above average, but well-deserved for the quality of the food and cocktails. Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: The building itself is beautiful, and unfortunately, that was the only part of the experience we genuinely enjoyed. From the moment we arrived, the service felt strangely disorganised and unwelcoming. We stood at the edge of the dining area for quite some time while waiters moved from table to table, despite clearly having seen us, without anyone even acknowledging us. Eventually my husband had to gesture to one of the waiters, who simply said, “Someone is coming.” We were seated and given water, but then waited another 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. There were plenty of waiters on the floor, so this did not feel like a staffing issue. The system simply doesn’t work. We had planned to have the tasting menu, but by this point the rather arrogant and unwelcoming service made us realise that we did not want to spend several hours there. I had the crispy poached egg with Provolone to start, which was well balanced and tasty. The fish cooked in lemon leaf for my main was fresh, but underseasoned and lacking in flavour. The fish was also undercooked in the centre — my knife literally couldn’t cut through it. Finished plates were then left on the table for far too long, despite there being plenty of staff around. We eventually decided against having dessert and simply wanted to leave. We travel constantly, eating at excellent restaurants, and naturally have a good frame of reference for what makes a genuinely exceptional dining experience. Sadly, Zash did not come close to meeting those expectations. We left thoroughly disappointed and genuinely wondering how it has a Michelin star. The setting is beautiful, but unfortunately the food and service do not live up to it.

03/08/2026: Order a tastings meny, with wine. Mostly very good, but maybe since the restaurant have they a M.star i had high expectations. But 4 out of 5. And one of topp 5 best pasta have ever eaten! I had a very n8ce even8g, but when I came back from the toilett after my dessert, all of my glasses was gone,water, light blown out and all cleaned... as they wanted me to go home, but I wanted a coffee .. and also finished my wine. So that wasn't the best move to finish, until then, a very nice evening with good food and wine , and also service

30/05/2026: I went for pizza on a Saturday night. We hadn't booked, but the staff worked immediately to quickly prepare my daughter's pizza. While I was inside this small takeout pizzeria, I couldn't help but smell the delicious food and the fresh ingredients being carefully placed on the pizza before it went into the oven. More importantly, there was a family atmosphere. Not just among themselves, among the staff members, but also among everyone who came in, greeted them with trust and warmth, a sign that everyone who came in and out was a regular customer. All of this gave me hope; if you come back, it means you enjoyed the pizza. We were right to wait, because the pizza was truly good; the dough had risen and was cooked perfectly. I had a good night's sleep instead of having to get out of bed to drink 2 liters of water, as I often do after eating pizza. So, thank you, and above all, I highly recommend this place.

11/04/2026: Riposto, CT. Via Cristoforo Colombo, 74. The restaurant is located near the marina, and on nice days, you can dine al fresco. We appreciated the pizzas for the quality of the ingredients and, of course, for their wood-fired oven cooking. They offer a wide selection of traditional and innovative pizzas, as well as pizzoli and panini. Home delivery is available.
