Their desserts are simply extraordinary, but the real stars are their famous bananas—a true delight that's hard to find anywhere else! These sweets are the perfect combination of deliciousness and artisanal craftsmanship: soft, fragrant, and with that authentic flavor that lets you know they're made with genuine ingredients and a lot of passion. Every bite is an experience that takes me back to the flavors of the most authentic Sicilian tradition. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they put their heart into what they do. 26/01/2026: Great little restaurant; street parking that wasn't difficult to find on a Friday night in January. Staff speaks English. There is a small, open kitchen with a woodfire pizza oven, and the pizza menu is extensive. My husband's swordfish wasn't fresh, but he didn't seem to mind. Storm Henry hit earlier in the week and the local fisherman were still probably recovering. We were looking for a restaurant that wasn't in Catania downtown and Valentino's fit the bill. Sigonella folks: this is a great place to go with a larger group. Atmosphere scored low because of the fluorescent lighting - does nothing for dining ambiance.

11/01/2026: It was my favorite pizzeria in college... I returned after more than ten years and found the quality even better. The pizza and pinsa were delicious. Reservations are recommended because the place isn't very big.

10/01/2026: Small but welcoming atmosphere. All the pizzas are exceptional, including the vegan ones, which are equally delicious and inviting! Highly recommended!
