12/03/2024: I stopped in this place a few years ago for a chocolate and it won me over so much that this year when I had to book to go to the snow, I had no doubts about where to go, and I wasn't wrong at all! First of all the location, 3 km from Piano Provenzana! Clean, well heated room, the only flaw was the absence of a bidet. Polite and always available staff, excellent cuisine; homemade, but from the starters to the first courses and finally the meat all good, cooked to perfection, but above all of quality. Ps you absolutely must try, the meatballs, the Ragabò maccaroni and the Palermo style cutlet. Highly recommended.

31/03/2024: I had lunch in this place on a Sunday lunch after having been to the Alcantara elections. On Sundays only the fixed menu is offered, nothing against it, however at the time of telephone booking it could perhaps be specified so that if a person has intolerances or allergies it can possibly be regulated in another way. Some appetizers, two first courses, a mixed grill and two desserts are brought as well as coffee; some really good things like the baked potatoes, the sweet and sour pumpkin, the omelette with asparagus and the caponata, things that I ate entirely myself because my partner is allergic to them, something else perhaps to be perfected. The waitress was very kind, I asked if I could have the pasta with pistachio without cream (I can't eat it) and she granted my request. Maybe I would replace some plates as they are chipped. Slightly high price.

Not using any signs suitable to warn the customer that the POS could not be used, but using a small piece of paper, written in pencil and among other things facing towards the cash register, after turning it towards me telling me that it was written there, in a very and I mean very rude manner he told me that it wasn't his problem.... and where should I be to find a solution...... 03/03/2024: Bad experience We paid almost 200 euros for a very narrow and bare room with a bathroom in terrible condition, stains on the walls, no bidet, a hand sink in which it was practically impossible to wash and a shower, which in addition to flooding the entire bathroom, had unhygienic plastic curtains and no shelves for shower gel and shampoo. The room absolutely did not comply with the parameters of a 4 star and despite the various complaints the staff did not help us, in fact they were very unfriendly during the entire duration of the stay. The SPA is also nothing exceptional. Terrible value for money.

20/02/2024: I took a package with a Junior suite room for one night, a one-hour spa for exclusive use, dinner and breakfast. What can I say except: EVERYTHING EXCELLENT! Impeccable service, very high quality food and the room and spa so well kept and clean that they looked like they had just been inaugurated. I highly recommend
