08/07/2025: Shalai Resort is an elegant boutique hotel in Linguaglossa, on the slopes of Mount Etna, in the province of Catania. This 4-star hotel is located in a beautifully restored 19th-century historic building. The rooms feature a modern yet warm style, some with whirlpool tubs. The Shalai Restaurant, with its contemporary Sicilian cuisine and 1 Michelin star, offers excellent dishes and a spacious and well-stocked wine cellar. There is a spa with a Turkish bath, whirlpool, sauna, and wellness treatments; although small, it is very welcoming. Perfect for relaxing, food, and nature experiences. I highly recommend it ❗️

31/05/2025: The best - excellent food and accommodations. Big breakfast. Small private house/cabin with own front porch with expansive views. Will come back.

01/05/2025: I stayed at the Agriturismo with jezza pension together with my 5 year old daughter. The place is magnificent, surrounded by greenery, olive groves and vineyards. It has a very large lawn for games, events and events with an outdoor theatre. The farm animals, dogs and cats, are very docile and cuddly and attracted all of my daughter's attention. The owner is a very friendly, kind and super helpful person. The chef, the owner's son, was also available and above all delighted us with very appetizing starters and first courses, the second courses with well-grilled high quality meat; I would say the food was excellent. The only flaw was the room available to us which was a little too small with no support for suitcases or personal items and the very cramped shower which I found difficult, but I hope it was the only room so small. The place, as mentioned, magnificent and very large, would need further constant maintenance.

24/06/2025: We didn't know where to eat, so we stumbled upon this pizzeria. And we weren't disappointed. The pizzas were excellent. And the staff were very friendly.

15/08/2025: My boyfriend and I are from Milan, and we stayed at this hotel at MareNeve for six nights. We had dinner here three times, and it was the best we've ever eaten. If we ever get back to this area, we'll definitely be back. We'd love to shake the chef's hand, his compliments!

15/08/2025: Incredible food! We dined at this restaurant three times during our stay and were amazed each time by the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended, and the prices are very affordable for everyone. The staff are also very attentive and available to meet every need. We'll definitely be back, perhaps with friends, to show them what we're talking about. 😉

15/08/2025: We went to dinner last night for the first time and had a wonderful time. The dishes are exquisite, but the real standout is Stefy, who served us impeccably, making us feel at ease thanks to her overwhelming friendliness. Kudos to the entire staff. We'll definitely be back.

28/08/2025: Perfect coffee! Perfect croissant! Awesome ice cream! The girls serving are unsmiling. She came and took my coffee cup while I wasn't finished. The owner is unapproachable and unsmiling.

05/09/2025: A typical restaurant that we hope doesn't become too touristy!! Excellent food and people!! They accommodated our request to try the sheep's milk ricotta they make in the morning and made us cannoli on the spot. The meat was amazing, tender, well-seasoned, perfectly grilled. The cavatelli with speck and pistachio were special. At the start of dinner, we were greeted by three Sicilian songbooks that put us in a good mood just listening to them. It's a shame we discovered it too late during our vacation!! Keep up the good work 😊

01/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, struck by the unique exterior. The atmosphere is rustic yet pleasant. Plus, we had delicious macaroni with ragù! The homemade pasta was delicious, cooked perfectly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

18/07/2025: We chose Borgata Baldazza for our wedding reception and had a wonderful time. The space, decor, food, and service were excellent—impeccable, in fact. We received compliments and compliments from our guests, which filled us with joy and satisfaction. In short, they were a tangible example of passion and dedication, but above all, love for what they do. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: The food was really good, especially the slow-cooked cheek. The outdoor seating arrangement needs reconsidering, and especially the inattentive service.

03/06/2025: La pizza molto buona , impasto leggero ,condimento fresco e buono, di casa ecco, se volete mangiare una pizza fatta da persone con esperienza , passateci, accolgono in un modo pazzesco, sempre disponibili, c’è da capire che ovviamente, non possono stare sempre addosso ad un solo cliente , dato che vengono molte persone e ci sono molti ordini, tutto buono , prezzo giusto e locale veramente ottimo , anche per la sua catatteristica , a stile anni 70’, consigliato soprattutto , per famiglie e gruppi di amici,(siccome sono nipote del proprietario,con mio padre, abbiamo provato a fare una pietanza , qua la foto)
