23/08/2024: A place of peace at the foot of Etna and a few km from the coast. The farmhouse is magnificent, the sounds of the countryside lull you during the day and the silence accompanies the night. The owner is very kind and always open to pleasant chats! Excellent food! Both restaurant and breakfast

23/12/2024: I went with a friend, a regular customer, I have no words to describe the pork shank among the best I've ever eaten.. warm and impeccable service.. I thank the owners for giving me an exceptional meal in a warm environment. For me, from now on, a point of reference for catering in Linguaglossa..

16/12/2024: We had a nice time at this cosy restaurant in Linguaglossa. The food was authentic and good quality, a solid family style dining experience. We were hoping for a more varied wine list but were able to select a good local wine from the list. The waitress was very efficient. One note, the English translation of the menu translates "Contorni" as "Outline" which was a bit confusing when the waitress asked us what Outline we wanted with our mains. This should be translated as "Sides" or "Side Dishes".

15/10/2024: Essen war ganz ok, gute Pastagerichte, Melanzane toll, Schweinefilet etwas durch. Aber dass das Personal freiwerdende Tisch mit stark riechenden Desinfektionsmitteln reinigt hat den Ess- und Trinkgenuss dann doch stark beeinträchtigt. Davon waren sie auch auf unseren Hinweis nicht abzubringen, scheint also eine Anweisung von oben zu sein.

14/09/2024: Very good food and very friendly staff. Best we ate in Linguaglossa. Bit of a scary walk along the road in the dark from the city center, but definitely worth the walk.

12/09/2024: A wonderful evening. I am used to calibrating my expectations according to the place where I am and I must say that the level of the dishes offered is excellent. Everything is prepared with love, obsessively. The gourmet menus are a culinary experience, it is not a simple dinner, but much more. The carob tagliatelle and the roast rabbit really impressed me. The proposed wine, a home-produced rosé, a Neri Etna Rosato, from Nerello Mascalese with light hints of red fruits, pleasant acidity, accompanied the evening well. The service however, I am very sorry to say, was not always at the level of the dishes offered, nothing dramatic would be missing, but some things must be said. In my opinion there are three discordant notes; the gourmet menu includes the classic mini welcome aperitif, it would be absolutely welcome and thoughtful to also serve a very simple prosecco with this course. If you don't want to do it, you're welcome, don't leave me with the plate under my nose for 10 minutes waiting for the wine I ordered, it's not pleasant. The exquisite small pastry served at the end should also be accompanied by liqueur, a bitter, a coffee... even here, if you don't want to offer it, at least come and ask if I would like it. Of an experience people always remember how it began and how it ended, the central parts fade into memory. Having said this, I would recommend it and will certainly return. Kind regards Davide

11/08/2024: Una serata da sogno, più che una cena è un’esperienza sensoriale immersi nel silenzio e abbracciati dallo splendido scenario del territorio dell’Etna. Personale impeccabile e grande attenzione a non far mancare nulla alle mie figlie di 5 e 8 anni. Tantissimi assaggi offerti dallo chef, vere e proprie coccole. Consigliatissimo

24/11/2024: Consigliato da un nostro amico della zona (Tricchiti), abbiamo pranzato benissimo, piatti tipici riveduti con bravura ed equilibrio, buona cantina vini, personale preparato ed accogliente. Consigliatissimo!!!

11/11/2024: Environment with sad atmosphere (with everyone dressed in black). Small table set up like a fast food restaurant, with paper napkin and cutlery placed on an aluminum circle. Burnt mixed roast, a sign of lack of attention. I don't recommend it

06/01/2025: The hotel is located inside a historic building of considerable charm, particularly evident in the frescoed roof of the relaxation room. The room reserved for me was large, however very basic, as there was a small recess used as a wardrobe, also occupied by the piece of furniture containing the fridge/safe, which however essentially allowed you to hang coats with a shelf at the top: I found it not very functional for who would need to unpack their suitcase. Similarly, in the room there was only a table, a chair and a stool, a shelf would have been useful, but also a simple waste basket, and for a structure of its level it would have been appreciated also to find some water available, in addition to the paid one in the fridge. Large shower (but the shower tray would need maintenance), spacious beds, with very soft linen, but my mattress was slightly sunken compared to my taste. The starred restaurant, as well as the breakfast, are worth the cost of the visit alone. The chef's dishes are tasty, refined, tasty, and the dining room staff perfectly manages to describe the thought behind each dish. Extremely large cellar, as it should be for a starred wine. The Spa is small but comfortable, being able to have it reserved facilitates relaxation. All the staff at the property are absolutely kind, helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Definitely coming back!

06/01/2025: The environment (in January) was not heated sufficiently. Poor starter, burnt mushrooms; the vegetable dish was also poor and seasoned poorly. We ordered pasta with tomato sauce for the little ones: overcooked pasta and poor sauce. Tripe and accompanying sauce without flavour. Really disappointing.
