The citrusy note of the lemon leaves is not invasive, but works in the background, enhancing the natural sweetness of the pork and creating a distinctive aromatic signature. The same goes for the pork in sauce. Highly recommended.

21/02/2026: The place feels like home… The photos hanging there testify to the strong connection with Etna and Sicily! The pizza and meat are truly delicious… You have to try them! The service is excellent and, despite the crowd, they were very quick. Recommended.

20/08/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Mascali and discovered this bar by chance after a stressful evening in Giardini Naxos. EVERY DISCOVERY WAS BETTER A regular stop every night. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, and Mr. Carmelo is truly passionate about what he does, and it's also wonderful to chat with him. We tried the local specialties he recommended, and everything was delicious: Sicilian specialties, granitas, brioche con tuppo, arancini, cannoli with ricotta or chocolate cream, cassatina, everything truly excellent. We will miss this place ♥️♥️♥️ Plus, the value for money is incredible. On Sunday evening, it was wonderful to see how the locals, probably from the area, met at this bar to compete with each other at the karaoke that accompanies this place every Sunday evening with excellent menus. ❤️❤️ Lovely kisses from friends in Foggia: Marzia and Francesco. ♥️

12/10/2025: Located in Giarre, CT. Via Giovanni Meli 42. Bakery and biscuit shop. Traditional bread made just like our grandmothers used to make, leavened with sourdough and baked in a wood-fired oven. You can choose between soft, well-baked, and very-baked bread. Really good. Focaccias to fill at home. Really tasty breadsticks. Typical Sicilian biscuits and desserts to try. Pizza, scacciate, and seasoned bread are available every evening. Friendly and welcoming staff.

24/09/2025: The bar of my adolescence, and it only gets better with age. The guys and girls who work there are incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is always clean and impeccable. The granita and brioche combo has a traditional flavor to me; it's one of the best in the surrounding area. Another thing I appreciate: the brioche is always served hot. It's my go-to comfort bar when I'm back in the area.

17/09/2025: I only had the chance to try their homemade bread, which turned out to be a true delight. Perfectly baked, crispy crust, a medium-sized, airy dough with just the right amount of moisture, which remains fragrant and fragrant even after days of being exposed to air. Coming from a family of bakers, I was able to rediscover flavors long forgotten. The place isn't particularly appealing due to its location or other features, but the quality of the product alone is enough to justify buying here even if you live far away! Congratulations!

22/10/2025: We went to the pizzeria to try their Luminaria pizza and were very pleased. The dough was soft yet very digestible, which was immediately noticeable. The mozzarella was just the right amount of stringy, making every bite enjoyable. Luminaria is a pizza with a bold character, well-seasoned without being overpowering, perfect if you love bold flavors. The staff deserves a special mention: they were extremely kind and helpful. They seated us even though we were in a hurry and allowed us to eat at our leisure. A positive experience in every way, I will definitely return when I'm in the area. I recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty pizza with attentive service.

22/10/2025: I went to this pizzeria with a friend and I have to say I was really amazed. The pizza was super soft and full of flavor, one of the best I've ever had. The staff was very kind, friendly, and super nice. A place I'll definitely return to, excellent pizza and great people 🍕💯

16/08/2025: This evening we were looking for a cheap place for dinner. After days of stuffing ourselves with fish, caponata, and parmigiana while walking, we stopped here. We ate on the terrace, and since it had rained during the day, we had a really good time. I hadn't eaten a hamburger in ages, so I ordered the Hamburger King. Truly royal. I could say the same for the first course and chicken salad. Very generous portions and fair prices. The service was kind and attentive. I think most of the customers were locals because you could tell they were "at home."

30/10/2025: I have mixed feelings about this hotel where we spent six days. I expected more. While situated on a pleasant property, it had many shortcomings. Negative points: the room was adequate but nothing special, the soundproofing was insufficient, the breakfast buffet lacked variety (no option to make toast), and the service was rather slow and not always prioritized. I was also very disappointed with the restaurant. On our only visit, our dishes arrived almost cold. The menu was limited and quite expensive.
