I immediately fell in love with this location... We celebrated my daughter's baptism. Breathtaking views with Her Majesty Mount Etna in the background, a minimalist yet refined atmosphere, and truly delicious food. All the staff were fantastic, but a special thanks goes to Angela, the chef, and the maitre d' Giusy, who coordinated the entire event. Our guests were delighted. Thank you for everything.

It's actually a nice, small, quiet hotel with modern rooms and a great pool. However, the rooms are not soundproof, and the restaurant is very noisy due to its architecture and the constant music. Many small things about the service were unpleasant (e.g., no coffee in the room, dirty balcony chair, unprofessional service staff). Breakfast was okay. There was an extra charge for an afternoon cappuccino on the restaurant terrace. At €220 per night for a double room, we expected more.

Gorgeous hotel. Spent two nights here for our anniversary and would absolutely return again, very special. From Catania Airport we took the bus, a train and then a 25 euro taxi organised by the hotel. At the airport taxis will quote you 150 euros for the trip so I really advise the commute. Service was outstanding, special thank you to Giuse who was our waiter and checked everything was gluten free for us and made us feel very welcome. Pool is very cold but stunning views of Mt Etna whilst sunbathing. Get the vulcano pasta starter, it's the best thing on the menu! Very queer friendly hotel.

We chose Ramo d'Aria for our son's baptism, and it was an impeccable choice. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and elegantly presented, captivating all our guests. The service was excellent: the staff was professional, attentive, and always available. Everything was organized with great care, helping to make this important day even more special. Congratulations to the entire team!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel where we spent six days. I expected more. While situated on a pleasant property, it had many shortcomings. Negative points: the room was adequate but nothing special, the soundproofing was insufficient, the breakfast buffet lacked variety (no option to make toast), and the service was rather slow and not always prioritized. I was also very disappointed with the restaurant. On our only visit, our dishes arrived almost cold. The menu was limited and quite expensive.

Beautiful hotel, though the rooms are a bit worn out... Extremely friendly and attentive staff! The restaurant offers incredibly delicious food and well-paired wines at a fair price. It's beautiful here and could be an oasis of peace if they didn't allow children! Of course, the hotel isn't responsible for the (poor) behavior of some children, but if they did, it would be a more pleasant stay!
