Absolutely beautiful hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Amazing experience!

Although it’s location is at the end of a residential neighborhood, this is hence down the most beautiful place we stayed during our 2 week trip in Sicily. Really nice rooms, beautiful property and an amazing pool to relax after climbing Etna. The views on Etna are equally amazing and the team is also really nice and helpful. The absolute bonus is the in-house restaurant which serves up great food for very decent prizes. Would definitely stay again.

Ristorante situato all’interno di una spa con giardino spettacolare, anche il ristorante curatissimo e tranquillo. Ottimi i primi piatti a base di carne e pesce, da provare come antipasto o primo l’uovo in camicia e poi fritto su un letto di fonduta. Strabilianti i dolci.

Posto incantevole! Sembra una location uscita da una cartolina. La disponibilità dello staff è superlativa, ma soprattutto professionalità. Il cibo poesia per il palato. Serata magica . Alla prossima

Posto incantevole , ristorante ad altissimo livello, pulizia al top, personale reception super professionale, personale camere e piscina al top, cucina e camerieri/e di una cortesia ineguagliabile.

Wir waren durch einen Tipp Gast im Restaurant. Der Service, einfach mal tadellos. Das Essen, für mich einfach mal super. Muss nicht jedermanns Geschmack sein, aber es lohnt sich definitiv 💯👍

A hidden gem. If you’re on your way towards Taormina, but seek a little relaxation beforehand, this is your choice. 25 min away by car from Taormina - a beautifully renovated building from the 18th century. It has a boutique vibe to it. The pool was my favourite part, spacious and quiet and most importantly: you have a direct view on the Etna volcano. Drinks at the pool are a bit more expensive than elsewhere in the area. The spa is in the making right now, so I’m excited how it will look, once finished. One little fly in the ointment: the air conditioning is quite loud and once you open the window, there are dogs barking the whole night. But! It’s not the hotel’s fault though. Breakfast was good with a nice variety for Italian standards. All in all: I recommend.

Esperienza eccezionale. La struttura è si all'interno di un contesto abitato ma avvolta nella massima privacy ed estremamente silenziosa. Il ristorante è assolutamente da provare, due/tre piatti in particolare hanno il tocco di una grande chef. Piscina bellissima immersa nel verde, comoda e funzionale. Atmosfera rilassante.

Wir haben das Restaurant ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wunderschönes, stylisches Ambiente. Toller Empfang und super Service. Essen war das Beste der letzten 11 Tage. Jedes Gericht hatte einen individuellen, harmonischen Geschmack in toller Optik. Sollte wir wieder nach Sizilien kommen, wäre das ein lohnenswerter Startpunkt.
