26/04/2025: Struttura con molte potenzialità, ampi spazi verdi, carina la fattoria e il piccolo museo del contadino. Piacevole il giro in trattore per le vigne che termina in altra struttura con assaggio di ricotta e tuma. Veniamo alla nota dolentissima che ha condizionato fortemente il voto, la cucina! Il menù era descritto come gourmet ma di gourmet non aveva nulla, dalla presentazione spesso confusionaria, al gusto spesso appena sufficiente. Antipasti sostituiti in parte rispetto a quanto scritto nel menù (se io pago per un menù fisso concordato, quello mi devi dare), anche nei primi e nei secondi mancavano ingredienti rispetto al menù, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il cuoco (non si può parlare di chef) abbia preso quanto trovato in cucina e abbia cercato di riprodurre quanto previsto nel menù. Ultima nota dolente, i tempi, esagerati!!! Per dare un'idea, un ora di attesa fra i primi e i secondi, inaccettabile! E non mi si dica che è per via della giornata di festa (25 Aprile) perchè in tanti altri posti sono stato servito egregiamente anche in giornate critiche. Riassumendo, location valida ma in cucina c'è da rimboccarsi assolutamente le maniche

14/02/2025: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato un bellissima serata, ottima cucina, con piatti della tradizione e materie prime locali, credo addirittura del loro orto.E la serata di San Valentino con buona musica dal vivo.

23/07/2025: This used to be my favorite restaurant among the nearby towns. We would drive here all the way from Grammichele just to enjoy a good lunch or dinner. The calamari and mussels were always delicious. My favorite dish was the seafood pasta. But what happened on July 23, 2025, left me completely disappointed and took away any desire to ever come back. I was with my younger brother. We ordered calamari and potatoes for him, seafood pasta for me, and some drinks. They brought me a pasta dish with not a single shrimp, just one mussel and a bunch of fish. I ordered seafood pasta, not fish pasta. I immediately informed the man working there (I believe he is the owner’s father). He told me they were out of shrimp, that he was sorry, and then he just walked away. Fine, I decided to try it anyway. But the pasta wasn’t the usual thin and tasty linguine that should have been used for this dish — instead, it was thick, homemade, crooked pasta of very low quality. These are things the waiter should mention in advance. After tasting it, I told the “owner’s father” again that I didn’t like it and didn’t want to eat it. He, sitting across from me, simply waved his hands and didn’t even come over. He shouted to the waitress to take the plate away. I said I didn’t want anything else and would just eat some calamari with my brother. At the end of the evening, I asked for the bill. The waiter charged me, and I asked if the pasta was included — he said yes. When I asked why, he replied that I needed to discuss that with the management. As I turned my head to look for someone from the “management,” both men had gone upstairs, literally turning their backs on me. I guess that was their way of saying they didn’t want to talk, and I should just leave. So, yes — I paid 16 euros for a disgusting plate of pasta. But I’ll never leave a single cent here again. Neither will I, nor anyone in my circle. Even if the pasta had just been bad, I wouldn’t have written this review — but what truly upset me was the way I was treated. I honestly hope you didn’t treat me so disrespectfully just because I speak poor Italian or because it was obvious that I wasn’t local. In any case, I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service. One day they’ll treat you well, the next day they’ll spit in your plate.

02/04/2025: Centraal gelegen restaurant met zeer vriendelijke bediening en zeer betaalbare gerechten en wijnen. We waren aanvankelijk de enige gasten in het restaurant en vonden het een beetje fris. Direct werd er een heater aangezet. Top gastvriendelijkheid. Pasta norma, het kalfsvlees en de nagerechten waren prima op smaak. Bij het nagerecht kregen we een glaasje dessertwijn van het huis aangeboden. Heerlijke avond gehad.
