08/10/2025: We have been in Italy for five weeks on the road dining out and this is by far the best restaurant experience we have had. Do not miss dining here if you are in the area. The ambience, service, menu and food quality is simply brilliant. In addition the welcoming staff were amazing in accommodating our poor Italian language. I give Piva’s 10 stars!!

22/03/2026: A cozy grill restaurant in a strategic location in the city's growing area. Unlimited parking is available. The decor is fairly simple, yet welcoming. The large windows make it extremely bright. The attentive management of the owner, who is always kind and empathetic, makes it a pleasant and enjoyable place to visit. The food is good quality and the service is attentive. Prices are reasonable. The lunchtime opening is also a great choice. It's a good idea.
22/03/2026: There were six of us at Panineria Ino. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. We had a reservation for 9:30 PM and arrived on time, but we had to wait almost half an hour before being seated. The atmosphere was very noisy, and the tables were far too close together: waiters struggled to get through and often bumped into chairs and customers.
The service was sloppy and a bit chaotic. While we were choosing our orders, some waiters were lifting tables, and one of the legs hit me on the head. The food was average, nothing special, and the prices seemed a bit high for what they offered.
Overall, an experience that could be improved, especially in terms of organization, customer service, and space management.

21/12/2025: First time there, a very nice pizzeria. I ordered a DOP buffalo mozzarella and I can say it was truly amazing. I've never had a pizza like it before. Soft dough, quality ingredients, a perfect crust, and stellar cooking.
The only problem is the wait, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: This restaurant is located at the beginning of the famous Caltagirone steps, and has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Service is prompt and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, especially the "La Scala" pasta, which we would have eaten again. The fries were hot and crispy, and the grilled meat was delicious. A great experience.
09/12/2025: We went for a company lunch! Everything was excellent! The place was welcoming and the set menu delicious! Italian appetizers (with special mention for the frittatina with peppers and caponata), two pasta dishes (one with walnut sauce and the other, the chef's signature, "la scala" with fennel and sausage), and dessert to finish! The service was impeccable, the staff were very kind and attentive!
We will definitely visit you again! Thank you.

04/11/2025: I'm only judging the service because it's a shipment. I left a package waiting to be shipped, and it was still there after 13 days. I was told it had been placed on the wrong shelf, the incomings shelf. The buyer therefore received the package late, didn't pick it up, and is returning it.

The ice creams are delicious, with a wide selection of fruit flavors and creamy flavors.
