03/09/2024: My wife and I had dinner on Monday night at Barbatella. We often have talked about coming down on Monday for the 2 for 1 pizza special they advertise. This was not our first time coming as we have always enjoyed the food and vibe here. We are full time Naples residents that frequent 3rd Street and Fifth Avenue often. Service and dinner were good but when it came time for the bill I noticed they did not give the 2 for 1 pizza on the check, instead charged full price for both pizzas. When we questioned the server if Monday was the 2 for 1 pizza special we were greeted with a rude, cold answer, yes and they took the check and brought us back a corrected bill. No sorry about that, or sorry for the mistake. Made us feel that if we hadn't questioned the bill I'm sure we would have paid full price for both pizzas. Just feel this is a bit of a bait and switch for all the promoting they do about Mondays and 2 for 1 pizzas. We are not ones to question things very often, so when we do and are met with a rather cold response as we were, it made us feel that the restaurant was trying to take advantage of the customers. Too bad as we like the food and courtyard at Barbatella but after this incident I would not recommend it over the countless other reputable restaurants in the area.

10/11/2024: Terrible, terrible service, they take reservations on the phone but when you arrive you have to wait for people to get up from the table, we weren't the only ones waiting but a queue of people waiting despite having made a reservation had been created. In my opinion they shouldn't take reservations if these situations arise. Personally we waited twenty minutes and left really disappointed.

07/11/2024: I return to my town every now and then and I see that the Mamadina pizzeria, which has always been my favorite, continues to improve and the pizzas continue to be good. Good welcome, location, and choice of pizzas from the most traditional to the most particular. Very kind staff!

What a shame, a beautiful city abandoned by the administration and the population, I also have a dog and I pick up the poop

29/05/2024: カルタジローネの街の郊外にあるお店で、一見レストランとは思えないような場所でしたが、料理は、南イタリアの郷土料理のカポナータ、野菜が添えられたミートボールも美味しく、談笑しながらの食事をする事が出来ました。

15/08/2024: I went to this place with relatives for a small dinner. - Definitely courteous, attentive and attentive service! - Very beautiful location, especially in the evening with all the lights on and the pool illuminated. A great place to celebrate important occasions. - Streamlined and no-frills menu, capable of making available to the user all the good things the Sicilian territory has to offer. In our case we took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, a grilled steak and two pizzas; everything was excellent and satisfying. What can I say...I will definitely be back! Recommended to anyone who finds themselves visiting the beautiful Caltagirone "City of Ceramics"!

22/07/2024: Fantastic place, very kind staff, especially the lady! Delicious pizza and very minimal waiting times. The only small flaw is that in my opinion perhaps some background music would be needed. Because it is truly a silent place and you have to speak in a low voice. But definitely 5 stars!
