12/02/2026: If you're from Caltagirone and you've never been to Ino Panino, you're missing out. At first, I thought it would be just another sandwich, but as soon as I took the first bite, I realized it wasn't your average "just for the sake" sandwich. You can tell they really care. The meat is amazing: incredibly tasty and flavorful, but above all, fresh. When you taste it, you realize it's not rubbery or too tough like some places, but it instantly makes you want another bite. The sandwiches are crispy and soft at the same time, and you can tell they're fresh, too. All the ingredients are high-quality and carefully prepared; the sauces are made in-house, so there's none of the stuff you find in packaged sauces. It's clear they focus on quality, not just "food." The place is welcoming, with a mix of modern and rustic. The staff is friendly and always available. It's a great place, whether you're visiting with friends or just for a quick break. The prices are a little high, but justified by the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try the famous ricotta croissant, but I highly recommend their sweet and light tiramisu. I must say, Ino Panino remains one of the best places for a culinary experience in Caltagirone. P.S. Another highlight of the restaurant are the fries, which are available in various flavors (classic, cacio e pepe, lemon, etc.).

14/10/2025: We never write reviews - really. Traveling is what we do for fun. We know how to recognize the true essence of humanity and we know good food. You will get both with Antonio the Chef/Owner and his staff. On a self organized bicycling trip with friends - I broke my chain 10 miles from the hotel, my friends rode an hour in the dark, we called Antonio to cancel our reservation because we were late and there is NO TAXI in the town at night…ANTONIO said: No! I come pick you up! He picked us up, cooked us one of the best meals we had in Sicily and brought us back to our hotel! The place was bustling and the ambience sophisticated, yet warm and convivial. We were moved, transformed and forever grateful.

09/10/2025: Great experience! A truly welcoming and elegant place. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every guest's need. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and with great elegance. I've been here twice and was truly satisfied both times. The first time I tried the fish tasting menu, which was truly delicious and the fish was of excellent quality. The second time I had a full dinner with first and second courses. Everything was truly delicious and the prices were excellent. The portions were generous and delicious.

07/11/2025: The sellers are very nice. The coffee and Crema di caffé are very delicious. The cakes are delicious, the place between the parking lot and the city center has a pleasant atmosphere. There is also a card payment option. The toilet is clean. Highly recommended place before and after sightseeing!
