26/08/2025: I visited Caseificio Fontanapietra and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I had the opportunity to taste several products, and honestly, they were all top-notch. All the cheeses I tried were delicious; you can really taste the care and passion they put into their production. They have an authentic, genuine flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. However, there's one product that particularly struck me and deserves a special mention: their ricotta. It's truly spectacular. Soft, velvety, and with a delicate yet intense flavor. It's not your average ricotta, but something that truly leaves you speechless. ​If you're a cheese lover and are in the area, I absolutely recommend stopping by Caseificio Fontanapietra. It's worth it just to try their ricotta. You won't regret it!

03/01/2026: Excellent choice. On a recommendation, we dined at this little place because they cater to gluten-free eats. The gluten-free bread is excellent, the selection of sandwiches is extensive and includes quality pairings, and the fries are fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner is very welcoming... highly recommended, even for celiacs.

21/12/2025: Very very negative, I do not recommend, they do not follow the order of arrival, those who arrive later eat first, be careful, the people are not stupid. It was the first and the last time, we were disappointed, we will never return.

14/10/2025: We never write reviews - really. Traveling is what we do for fun. We know how to recognize the true essence of humanity and we know good food. You will get both with Antonio the Chef/Owner and his staff. On a self organized bicycling trip with friends - I broke my chain 10 miles from the hotel, my friends rode an hour in the dark, we called Antonio to cancel our reservation because we were late and there is NO TAXI in the town at night…ANTONIO said: No! I come pick you up! He picked us up, cooked us one of the best meals we had in Sicily and brought us back to our hotel! The place was bustling and the ambience sophisticated, yet warm and convivial. We were moved, transformed and forever grateful.

09/10/2025: Great experience! A truly welcoming and elegant place. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every guest's need. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and with great elegance. I've been here twice and was truly satisfied both times. The first time I tried the fish tasting menu, which was truly delicious and the fish was of excellent quality. The second time I had a full dinner with first and second courses. Everything was truly delicious and the prices were excellent. The portions were generous and delicious.
