01/02/2026: I was passing through and stopped to buy bread but as soon as I entered I got hungry, I took an exceptional bread with parmesan, then I bought 2 provole, never eaten so beautiful, I will go back even if it is 40 km, superlative bread.

04/02/2026: I walked in without a reservation, but they were very accommodating. The pistachio macaroni was an unforgettable taste. The appetizer platter and bread were also delicious, making for a very satisfying meal.

06/03/2026: On Sunday, March 1st, during a sporting event, I was invited to lunch with other referees at this restaurant. Aside from the road to get there, which had a few hiccups since we're not from the area, La Fucina di Vulcano is located in a vast green area. Everything feels welcoming, from the parking lot entrance to the building itself, with its large windows offering a beautiful view of Mount Etna. From what I saw, it has two rooms, one on the ground floor and another upstairs, where we were welcomed.
The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. Our menu included a first course with pistachios, a second course with pork and pistachios, potatoes and vegetables, plus a drink and coffee. It was a pleasant experience. I can't tell you about the rooms because we didn't stay overnight, but the accommodation aspect certainly won't be any less so. We'll definitely be back at the next tournament.
10/12/2025: I stayed for work at this property, which was nothing short of fabulous.
From the location...facing Etna...to the super clean and fragrant rooms, and a special mention to Roberta and Vanessa, who were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It's old and run-down.
But it's cheap.
02/01/2026: A beautiful hotel just outside Treviso, perfectly located for the area, with the option of a cycle path through the fields. The room was very well-maintained and spacious, and the bathroom was good. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Highly recommended. There's ample parking right next to the hotel.

25/12/2025: I was at a wedding in the summer and I have to say the location was very beautiful but everything else was forgettable!! The waiters were arrogant and rude, even to the people in the dining room! The head waiter scolded a 10-year-old girl who wanted to sing because it wasn't the right time... the food was brought in so quickly that you didn't even have time to enjoy it... The contract (and I know what I'm talking about) stated that entry was on the boat and the location was rented until 3:00... there wasn't even a hint of a boat tour and at 2:00 they made us understand that we had to leave by starting to turn off the lights! At 1:30 they made the DJ turn off the music since he had a contract with them until 2:30 (since they had stayed that way) and the DJ who until that moment had made everyone in the room dance!!!! At the time of the dessert buffet there was supposed to be an open bar, unfortunately no one was told where it was... again at dessert time there wasn't even half a bottle of water on the table and that day it was 38 degrees!!!! It's a shame because it could have been a wonderful evening but instead they ruined it a bit!!!

02/11/2025: Seriously... You don't even know what pastry is, but your customers obviously settle for just that.
As a Catania native with a familiarity with (real) pastry making, I'd advise you to avoid saying that the one in the photo is a cassatella... It's a huge cake soaked in syrup, practically everything soaked, including the ricotta. The icing isn't icing, but a bit of powdered sugar dissolved in water. As for the other pastries I chose... Let's draw a veil over them.
