06/01/2025: Posto dove vale la pena andare sicuramente per lo spettacolo che offre. Il Vulcano innevato. "Stupendo". Purtroppo però il pranzo nel suo complesso non ha rispettato le aspettative. Sicuramente devono impegnarsi di più. Abbiamo chiesto 2 calici di vino rosso, il cameriere mi ha portato un Etna rosso che mi ha fatto assaggiare prima di servire, purtroppo già dal colore avevo intuito che non andava e al gusto la mia sensazioni è stata confermata, quindi chiedo se era possibile avere qualche altra bottiglia e gentilmente dopo un po' torna con 2 bottiglie proponendo un tipo per mia moglie e uno per me, la cosa mi sembra già un po' strana ma capisco subito perché erano 2 fondi di bottiglia il mio un dito e quello di mia moglie due dita. Siccome dovevo guidare non dico niente e mi accontento anche se in cuore mio speravo tornasse con una bottiglia nuova e mi servisse la giusta quantità ma aimé questo non accade. Purtroppo non finisce qui perché quando prendo la forchetta per mangiare il primo la trovo molto sporca. Allora cambio la forchetta per fortuna c'è ne era una terza giustamente che non mi sarebbe servita perché avevamo già deciso di non andare oltre PECCATO perché i piatti non erano male

14/12/2024: Se una pizza ottima vuoi mangiare da Bona Boné devi andare, se due risate vuoi fare ad Alessio cia spiare. Se tumpuluni non vo pigghiari i soddi a Patrizio cia puttari e si prestu vo mangiari a Flavio misu o funnu prescia a fari.Ciao ragazzi siete fantastici come le vostre pizze, dimenticavo il servizio.......splendido. 15/11/2024: Locale semplice ma caldo e accogliente dove ad avvolgerti sono i profumi provenienti dalla cucina e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Cucina tradizionale casereccia, dove gusto e prodotti di ottima qualità, attraverso il palato, conquistano l’anima. Ricercata selezione di ottimi vini è una carta di dessert di tutto rispetto. A mio avviso, il miglior ristorante in cui sia mai stato.

15/11/2024: Location veramente molto bella, caratteristica, tipica, si presta a dettagli estetici di spessore artistico armonioso, personale sorridente e molto accogliente, solare. Il cibo è delizioso, squisito, la cucina casereccia utilizza prodotti tipici del posto che rendono qualsiasi pietanza oltre che genuina, qualitativamente eccellente. Ho preso un filetto di vitello con salsa di pistacchio, me ne sono innamorata letteralmente, non ho mai mangiato così bene. La carne tenerissima esalta il palato, cotta al punto giusto né troppo cotta, né troppo cruda, sembra sciogliersi in bocca, ogni morso esalta le papille gustative. La qualità del cibo e della cucina è veramente elevata, L’ambiente famigliare ti fa sentire accolto, in casa. Decisamente soddisfatta della mia cena. Il dolce (la torta al pistacchio, accompagnata dal gelato al pistacchio VERO di Bronte) squisitamente deliziosa, curata nel dettaglio, fa sognare. Tutto veramente delizioso, di una bontà unica. Assolutamente consigliato per chi, stanco di mangiare cibo industriale preferisce affidarsi a dei veri e propri professionisti della cucina e del cibo biologico. Ps. Hanno anche cucina per celiaci.

04/01/2025: A wonderful place! We went to the Casolare delle Balze for Christmas lunch and once we entered the structure I remembered having been there many years ago and the beauty, order and cleanliness have remained intact over time. I suffer from food allergies and the staff, in particular the maître d' (Maria if I remember her name correctly) was very kind and meticulous in preparing all the courses on the menu suitable for my problems. They even thought about dessert, which is delicious among other things and is not something to be taken for granted everywhere, especially on days of particular confusion. Overall all the staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. The room, the bathrooms and everything else were spotless and the quality of the local products was excellent. After lunch we went for a walk, as the farm boasts a great diversity of animals to see and a beautiful waterfall. A place to highly recommend. Congratulations indeed!

02/01/2025: Good morning...yesterday I was with my family for lunch at the Casolare...and I can't help but write only positive things...in the meantime, the location was very well kept and clean...the friendliness and kindness of the service... the lunch was all taken care of down to the smallest detail and was tasty... I am and we were very satisfied with everything... but already on the phone speaking with Mrs. Valentina I realized that I would have no doubts about their work... having said that, I thank you everyone, I recommend it to everyone...I conclude by saying that as soon as possible we will return...

29/07/2024: It's one thing if a business serves you the best (warm) bread on Sicily, but the atmospheric corner bakery has also an excellent way to make you feel welcome. Although their service runs on a 24-hour rotation it was not a problem for the boss to grab a chair and sit with us for some interesting questions. Accompanied with Samuele, who is easily the best son-in-law on the island, and his beautiful daughter Pia, they made for an unexpected and very pleasant stop in our hike. It was nice to see that the bakery runs the ovens on recycled pistachio shells, a commodity in Bronte area. These lovely people can expect to see us again, if Sicily is visited.

09/11/2024: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been going to this bar for three years now. So I can say that the atmosphere is welcoming and well cared for, perfect for relaxing alone or with friends. The staff is very kind and always available, they make you feel at home every time. The quality of the drinks is excellent: the coffee is truly one of the best I have ever tasted, prepared and served with care. Not just coffee, the drinks are also quality and delicious. The sweets and snacks section is also excellent. Highly recommended for a quality break in a pleasant environment!
