08/01/2025: I've been to this place located in a wonderful area. Regarding the rest I can only say terrible quality, from the service to the food to the unwelcoming room, first cold, then hot, then cold again, in short, obviously given the experience I don't recommend it

15/11/2024: Location veramente molto bella, caratteristica, tipica, si presta a dettagli estetici di spessore artistico armonioso, personale sorridente e molto accogliente, solare. Il cibo è delizioso, squisito, la cucina casereccia utilizza prodotti tipici del posto che rendono qualsiasi pietanza oltre che genuina, qualitativamente eccellente. Ho preso un filetto di vitello con salsa di pistacchio, me ne sono innamorata letteralmente, non ho mai mangiato così bene. La carne tenerissima esalta il palato, cotta al punto giusto né troppo cotta, né troppo cruda, sembra sciogliersi in bocca, ogni morso esalta le papille gustative. La qualità del cibo e della cucina è veramente elevata, L’ambiente famigliare ti fa sentire accolto, in casa. Decisamente soddisfatta della mia cena. Il dolce (la torta al pistacchio, accompagnata dal gelato al pistacchio VERO di Bronte) squisitamente deliziosa, curata nel dettaglio, fa sognare. Tutto veramente delizioso, di una bontà unica. Assolutamente consigliato per chi, stanco di mangiare cibo industriale preferisce affidarsi a dei veri e propri professionisti della cucina e del cibo biologico. Ps. Hanno anche cucina per celiaci.

15/11/2024: Locale semplice ma caldo e accogliente dove ad avvolgerti sono i profumi provenienti dalla cucina e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Cucina tradizionale casereccia, dove gusto e prodotti di ottima qualità, attraverso il palato, conquistano l’anima. Ricercata selezione di ottimi vini è una carta di dessert di tutto rispetto. A mio avviso, il miglior ristorante in cui sia mai stato.

04/01/2025: A wonderful place! We went to the Casolare delle Balze for Christmas lunch and once we entered the structure I remembered having been there many years ago and the beauty, order and cleanliness have remained intact over time. I suffer from food allergies and the staff, in particular the maître d' (Maria if I remember her name correctly) was very kind and meticulous in preparing all the courses on the menu suitable for my problems. They even thought about dessert, which is delicious among other things and is not something to be taken for granted everywhere, especially on days of particular confusion. Overall all the staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. The room, the bathrooms and everything else were spotless and the quality of the local products was excellent. After lunch we went for a walk, as the farm boasts a great diversity of animals to see and a beautiful waterfall. A place to highly recommend. Congratulations indeed!

02/01/2025: Good morning...yesterday I was with my family for lunch at the Casolare...and I can't help but write only positive things...in the meantime, the location was very well kept and clean...the friendliness and kindness of the service... the lunch was all taken care of down to the smallest detail and was tasty... I am and we were very satisfied with everything... but already on the phone speaking with Mrs. Valentina I realized that I would have no doubts about their work... having said that, I thank you everyone, I recommend it to everyone...I conclude by saying that as soon as possible we will return...

27/12/2024: La Locanda del Carrettiere offers good quality dishes, prepared with care. The owner and the waiters are very kind and welcoming, creating a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. Prices are fair and accessible, making the place an ideal choice for those looking for a satisfying meal without spending too much. A perfect option for those who want to spend a pleasant evening in company.

14/01/2025: What a disappointment. Unfortunately on the internet it doesn't say that in winter (I don't know about the rest of the year) this pastry-ice cream shop has almost no desserts at all and doesn't make either ice cream or granitas (the gentleman who served me said that ice creams and granitas are there they only run from May to September, strange for a tourist location). However, I tasted small pistachio cannoli, pistachio tartlets and a pistachio-covered ball (the only desserts on the counter, together with the packaged almond pastries). None of these references contained pistachio

12/10/2024: My wife and I were on a bike excursion when we accidentally found ourselves passing through a secondary road in Bronte and we were attracted by this delicious smell of bread... We then decided to stop and what can we say... Top staff, but they were clearly better products of excellent quality. I have visited many places that boasted “local” products (so to speak), and I ALWAYS found products that you can easily find in the supermarket without labels. However, I would go back here a million times, the only flaw is not having it close to home which is a good thing because I would spend whole days eating that delicious bread. For the rest, we had simply gone in to taste some bread when Signorina Pia, courteous, super helpful and ready to recommend fresh products, let us out with full bags. If I could I would give 10 stars

09/11/2024: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been going to this bar for three years now. So I can say that the atmosphere is welcoming and well cared for, perfect for relaxing alone or with friends. The staff is very kind and always available, they make you feel at home every time. The quality of the drinks is excellent: the coffee is truly one of the best I have ever tasted, prepared and served with care. Not just coffee, the drinks are also quality and delicious. The sweets and snacks section is also excellent. Highly recommended for a quality break in a pleasant environment!
