It seemed like it would be tasty and atmospheric, as it's run by a nice couple, but not quite. The food was far from what I expected—the carbonara was more of a scrambled egg dish, the pistachio pasta was decent, but I was hoping for something different. The wine was good. Coperto was 3 euros. It was quiet inside, so quiet you could hear someone swallowing. One extra star for being open when everything else was closed.

I walked in without a reservation, but they were very accommodating. The pistachio macaroni was an unforgettable taste. The appetizer platter and bread were also delicious, making for a very satisfying meal.

Found it on a recommendation from some guys I met by chance. Excellent experience, homemade and fresh food. Watch out for the waiter Giuseppe, who, if you don't stop him, will never stop bringing you dishes, which you'll end up eating anyway because they're excellent. Thanks.

The pistachio pasta was spectacular. The stew with sauce melted in your mouth. It's more than just a Michelin-starred restaurant. Truly top-notch. I'll definitely be back.

23/03/2026: Excellent place for your holiday stay.
03/02/2026: This is my third time at Gigliotto. So I feel ready to give an objective review. The positives: the wine is sublime, the food has improved significantly since the first time, so I can confidently give 5 stars to the chef, the dining room staff, and the owner for their hospitality. The only negative is the rooms, which are now old and in need of renovation. On the other hand, you can take a guided tour of the winery accompanied by the owner and his children.
