20/01/2025: I love this place... it's difficult to maintain such high standards of service and quality in a very reasonable relationship with prices over so many years of operation. Truly compliments. I recommend it wholeheartedly. In winter, it is a treat that warms the heart and delights the eyes and the palate.

10/01/2025: I discovered this place at the end of December during a lunch to celebrate the baptism. The place is beautiful, it is an ancient Palmento (a place where wine was produced) typical of Etna, it has clearly been renovated but maintains much of its original appearance and inside there is still the enormous (original) press for the must in heavy oak. In the press area there are tanks for collecting grape juice and part of the floor from the 1600s. Beautiful outside with excellent views of Etna and the sea with a view up to Brucoli. Excellent and well served land-based food with typical and local products, delicious vegetable appetizers, sheep's ricotta, exceptional first courses, meat stew and pork shank. The chef's desserts are good and the wine is good. A place you return to for a nice lunch. From what I've read, the restaurant also serves as a pizzeria in the evening

14/12/2024: Place that I already knew, nice, welcoming, good service and often also good live music, but I wonder is there a need to be incorrect by increasing the bill by 1 euro for each item compared to the menu from the cover charge to the beer to the cocktail to the chips... etc. it seems like a gesture made on purpose where about ten euros are added to the bill of two people, not even that much but the action of doing so is very incorrect and deceptive compared to the prices you have selected from their menu. I hope that something similar will never happen again for all your customers who come, it is now increasingly difficult to trust this company even in a moment that should represent a bit of fun.

27/01/2025: I had never been to this place and unfortunately I have to say that my experience was not positive. The place itself is quite nice and well-kept, many boys and girls work inside who try to do their best, but unfortunately they don't always succeed. I certainly must have been unlucky, but if I have to evaluate my experience I can't give more than three stars. We order two pizzas, also quite simple (as in the photo), the first mistake was to bring them 10 minutes apart, I and my review certainly don't need to have to explain that it would be better to have them arrive together, especially if there are only two. There were olives in my pizza, I know it can happen, but I found a stone, we are not here to carry out the actual process, but if you bring them pitted, the care and attention in doing so must be meticulous, otherwise it's better bring the olives all with the stone and make it present on the menu that when the pizza was delivered to the table, finally, the second pizza, a bruschetta, arrived totally soaked in oil, to the point that it became inedible because even the dough was it split the whole thing and it became nauseating to the point that we left almost 3/4 of it. My review is intended as advice for the property to pay attention to certain things and for customers to be careful with the olives.

19/01/2025: Intrigued by the advertising on social media, we decided to try a Sunday lunch. Fixed menu, but which really exceeded expectations. Excellent cuisine, from appetizers to first courses and finally the mixed grill. The quality of the ingredients can be felt at the first bite, but each dish is cooked with skill and care. The service is also good, present but not intrusive. Even in person, the owner, Mr. Piero, proves himself to be an affable and pleasant person. He gave us souvenir photos for his curious and amused son, who remained at home, but with whom we will certainly return to repeat the experience. Until next time, congratulations.
