13/12/2025: On December 11, 2025, we celebrated Alessandra's 18th birthday. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, and the dining room and service were impeccable. The selection and superb quality of the food made it a magical celebration. A special thanks to maître d' Filippo, who meticulously managed the timing, us, the dining room, the guests, and the entire service. We received so many compliments. We were 100% satisfied, I highly recommend it!

25/05/2025: We called on a Saturday evening to see if there was availability for nine people. The waiter replied yes, albeit a little hesitantly, as if I were making fun of him. We easily found parking and were seated shortly after our arrival. I asked if I could order for the children, but the waiter said he'd send his colleague, but he arrived at least 15 minutes later. We ordered, and half of our drinks arrived. As soon as some potatoes arrived, we asked for more, but once again the waiter turned a deaf ear and headed to other tables that, despite arriving after us, had been served first. The waiters were absent; halfway through the meal, they reported that some of the items we'd ordered were missing (items like prosciutto, for example!), and, having been given the wrong order, they brought us a dish we hadn't ordered (we asked for roast potatoes, and they brought grilled meat, calling it roast!). Reading the reviews, we expected 5-star cuisine, but unfortunately it was just an illusion; Good baked sausage, decent pork shank... Pinsa was undefined, rubbery, and with clumps of mozzarella. The worst thing, however, was the wait staff. While we were at the cash register, the two young men cheered when we got up. It's a shame that once they caught them, they imitated some kind of TIC. Something like that is unacceptable in a place like that. I advise the lady to completely rethink the staff. The only positive note of the evening was the 1-liter glass bottle of Coke!

03/11/2025: The setting is elegantly refined and well-kept, without being overly ostentatious. As you might see in other places, which are ultimately a bit of a 'kick'. The owners and staff were very attentive and ready to try to provide maximum comfort and availability for the preparation of what was truly a demanding event. The food was truly excellent, presented with care and attention, using methods and particular attention that truly delighted all diners. It also has ample parking, which is not a given, and wheelchair access for those with disabilities. The exterior is also very beautiful and well-kept. We bought a swimming pool for summer events, and it's wonderful for taking photos. In fact, we took full advantage of it and were truly satisfied. Furthermore, you can also speak to the owner and request the assistance of a truly skilled and patient photographer who, with the utmost availability, took wonderful shots. So, to sum up the service, the location, and the quality of the food, I can definitely say that the price was a real bargain and will definitely be half that for other venues. Opportunities I highly recommend this place, and I'm sure anyone who goes will be pleasantly surprised.

Their specialties, especially the succulent burgers, are exceptional and expertly prepared. The portions served are generous, ensuring excellent value. If you're looking for a meeting place where culinary excellence combines with impeccable service and a charming setting, Rosemary is the absolutely perfect destination!
