28/08/2025: Before paying for your order, it's important to carefully check what the staff handwrites on the paper ticket, hoping you can correctly interpret what's written. Otherwise, you risk finding yourself in the same situation as my son: after a few bites of his sandwich, he noticed that ketchup had been replaced with mayonnaise, an ingredient he absolutely dislikes. When we pointed out the mistake to the staff and the owner, the response was perfunctory and inattentive to the customer's needs, almost as if being in a tourist destination gave them permission to ignore requests. We were told we'd made the wrong order, and to allow my son to eat, we had to order (and pay for) another sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!

24/07/2025: Last night, a friend and I had a kebab wrap that tasted like boiled chicken mixed with tomatoes, onions, and yogurt. It was inedible. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

19/07/2025: Very pleasant residence surrounded by nature, large, clean pool with a bar and music to enhance the atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. However, a small drawback is the location of the rooms, which are 1 km from the reception and the pool; you have to get there by car. We were warned about this location, which was no surprise. Pleasant welcome.

05/07/2025: The residence is in a quiet location, but I liked it there. The pool is in a beautiful setting and there is also a bar. The breakfast was also sufficient in the form of a buffet. The room was clean and nice.

10/09/2025: We visited this place, and unfortunately, the welcome wasn't the best: the gentleman who greeted us was rude and unfriendly, which immediately left an unpleasant impression. We ordered two sandwiches and two bottles of water and ended up paying a whopping €18, a truly exorbitant price for what you get. At least the sandwiches were good, no complaints about the quality, but the overall experience was ruined by both the service and the value for money. We definitely won't be returning.

08/09/2025: Nice setting. Frozen octopus and fries. Pasta too expensive but good. A quick fix.

04/09/2025: The tortellini tasted like they came from a can and were small portions, and that for 16 euros. The same goes for the salad. But ask for coperto!

19/07/2025: 7 días en Cerdeña y 4 visitas. Impresionante calidad, cantidad y precio correcto. El servicio correctísimo , especialmente Fauto (the boss), si me quedo más tiempo acabamos siendo amigos.

23/06/2025: Pessimo servizio. Siamo stati qui per bere qualcosa. Le cameriere non sono molto attente e c'è voluto un po' per accorgersi che mi stavo sbracciando per attirare la loro attenzione e poter ordinare Alle 19 di sera il ghiaccio era finito e mi hanno servito uno spritz caldo con un piccolo cestino di patatine, senza salviette, 6,5€ nonostante tutto. Lo sconsiglio.

10/09/2025: The food was delicious; we had Pizza Sarda (very tasty), Ravioli Pomodoro, and Bruschetta Pomodoro. Unfortunately, the appetizer arrived at the same time as the main courses, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied.

10/09/2025: The food was okay, the service rather poor despite the incredible amount of staff milling around, and the prices were outrageously expensive. A coperto of €1.50 per person is fine, but then an additional 10% table service on top? I've never experienced that in my many years in Italy.

04/09/2025: We were in Baia di Conte end July-beginning of August 2025 for 2 weeks. I think it deserves a bit of a more accurate review to really explain what is good and what less of this place. Let's start from the negatives, that are few, but important. The hotel is part of the Futura Vacanze chain. but we did not know when booking. We tried to book directly with the hotel, but our booking in some way was handled half by Futura and half by the hotel. We did some requests during the booking (adjacent rooms, we were 3 families, and we asked not to be on the ground floor), we did the booking in February for July, and even so basically none of our requests was granted. The problem most likely is the poor communication between Futura headoffice and the hotel, and we understood this happens often, with the result that the hotel staff has to deal with it. Believe me, they do it in the best possible way, but it feels like the main office gets the money, creates the problem, and leave the people there to sort it out. Not nice. Other negatives are the outdated character of the structure, somewhat rundown in parts and again, it is left to the people working there to make the most out of it. We never used the big pool during our stay, surely because of the wonderful sea, but in part also because the pool was really not in the best shape... Last but not least, and this of course is something that the hotel has little control over, is the high percentage of rude clients, that became unbearable in August. Families with kids running on scooters in the restaurants. People getting monstruous amount of food at all time of day, with no limits or control, and often just throwing most away. I understand the all inclusive policy, but maybe it should be better thought...But I realize the main problem here is the terrible decline of general politeness level of humankind. Now, going to the positive. As you may have guessed, THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. They are all amazing. They work long hours, they have to deal with problems the did not create, they have to deal with so many rude and impossible clients (see the bartender beaten up because he was asking a 15 yo to show which bracelet he had- that determine which type of all-inclusive you have the right to...). I would like to thank personally all of them, really, they made the difference and they are THE ONLY REASON I GIVE 5 STAR to this place. The food, despite being a buffet, was amazing, especially the first week of our stay. Varied, tasty, original. The seaside was beautiful, water was clear but not the Caribbean type you may think of, due to the stony floor. So, all in all, a wonderful holiday, this place has so much potential but not sure they will ever decide to invest enough to bring it to the full...

04/09/2025: If you can, choose another resort. Yes, it's convenient for the beach and is suitable for families. The food is good (except for the drinks from the dispensers), but being left without water in your room for washing is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The hotel itself is very neglected for the price; it's not worth it.

14/07/2025: Delicious food and good prices. The terrace has many tables, although very close together, like most Italian outdoor dining options. It's located in the historic center. Very friendly staff and fast service.
