05/08/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant during our Italian vacation was a huge disappointment. We were actually planning to go to another pizzeria with a sea view and were already on our way there when, as unfortunately often happens in tourist areas, we were intercepted on the street by the restaurant's staff. My sister agreed, and so we spontaneously ended up there, even though we had a different destination in mind. As soon as we sat down, my mother noticed the unappealing, cheap-looking, laminated menu – poorly designed, devoid of any charm. We briefly considered leaving, but then stayed out of politeness. We ordered four dishes: two lasagnas and two pizzas. Only one person was satisfied with their pizza – although this one also came differently than described on the menu. Instead of freshly shaved Parmesan, as advertised, they simply used the typical, finely grated Parmesan from a packet. The lasagna portions were very small, despite the relatively high price. The flavor was also unimpressive. The biggest disappointment, however, was the Frutti di Mare pizza – with thawed seafood, carelessly placed on the pizza, no cheese, and no balanced flavor. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Overall, the food was clearly a tourist trap for us – the quality and care you expect from an Italian restaurant was unfortunately lacking. The only positive thing to mention was the friendly service. We openly discussed our criticisms, and as a small gesture, we were given a free limoncello at the end – it was indeed delicious. The sunset and the sea view were beautiful – but unfortunately, they were the only things we could truly enjoy that evening.

04/08/2025: They made us wait a long time. They served all the tourists first, and then us. Not very polite behavior. The pizza was salty, but the waiters were polite and friendly. All the staff were polite.

17/07/2025: We ordered slices of Margherita pizza to go, which were truly delicious, nice and piping hot. They served us right away despite the large number of customers at the time. The staff was friendly and polite. Service was quick. I recommend it.

12/07/2025: Delicious! I've been enjoying eating it at least once during my holidays for 40 years. It always manages to have the same quality, the same simple but unforgettable taste.

19/07/2025: Very pleasant residence surrounded by nature, large, clean pool with a bar and music to enhance the atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. However, a small drawback is the location of the rooms, which are 1 km from the reception and the pool; you have to get there by car. We were warned about this location, which was no surprise. Pleasant welcome.

05/07/2025: The residence is in a quiet location, but I liked it there. The pool is in a beautiful setting and there is also a bar. The breakfast was also sufficient in the form of a buffet. The room was clean and nice.

12/07/2025: Please avoid this place as far better in Alghero..Very averge food. Pizza came semi warm..lacking flavour and Cotelleta was overcooked and dry. Service so poor and lacked attention. Plus they add €4 copperto charge ontop of €7 Servuec charge FOR no service at all. Had to get up to request bill after waiting ages as plates left uncleaned on table for ages and then had to get up again to request payment..I went to complain to manageress and she did not want to listen to any feedback and instead got defensive and said what do you expect this is italy. Shame as our experience of Alghero food and restaurants has been great except this one was awful.

19/07/2025: 7 días en Cerdeña y 4 visitas. Impresionante calidad, cantidad y precio correcto. El servicio correctísimo , especialmente Fauto (the boss), si me quedo más tiempo acabamos siendo amigos.

23/06/2025: Pessimo servizio. Siamo stati qui per bere qualcosa. Le cameriere non sono molto attente e c'è voluto un po' per accorgersi che mi stavo sbracciando per attirare la loro attenzione e poter ordinare Alle 19 di sera il ghiaccio era finito e mi hanno servito uno spritz caldo con un piccolo cestino di patatine, senza salviette, 6,5€ nonostante tutto. Lo sconsiglio.

06/07/2025: We spent a week staying at this hotel, which we assume has been losing stars over the years. We traveled as a group of seven with a joint reservation. We weren't given the second room until 5 p.m., and at the other end, we were given the option of moving the next day if possible, wasting more time in the long lines at reception. The triple room turned out to be a single room. We returned to reception and were told it would be fixed shortly. We ended up sleeping in the double bed for the three of us. The next day we returned to reception and were told that the cleaning service hadn't been provided the day before. They've had problems with the cooling system in the dining room and common areas; it was horribly hot, and they wouldn't let us open the windows. The bar prices were very expensive, more so than at the beach bars on the nearby beaches. I'm vegan, and I had limited options for breakfast. I asked, but it was better to keep quiet. At reception, they lost the freezer trays for us for a day. You pay the tourist tax when you leave. The location is wonderful, and the food is very good and varied. Lunch and dinner hours last an hour and a half, and you literally have to fight to get to the dessert menu, or they'll take it away. I'll let you judge the rest from the photos.

05/07/2025: We stayed a week in July, my 6 year old daughter and I with my best friend and her 7 year old son. The holiday overall was very nice but because the location of the hotel in the beautiful Baia di Conte is priceless, because the company was great and because all in all the food and the room were not bad. Also close to the beautiful Alghero! But calling this hotel a 4 star is a sacrilege. I travel a lot. I have been both in hotels in Sardinia and in villages and I must say that this one perhaps barely reaches 3 stars. The structure is very very dated and completely left to itself. The air conditioning in the restaurant area did not work for a week and in the common areas in general, with 39 degrees in Alghero you understand that it can be a problem. They "solved" only the last two days by positioning two enormous air conditioners that blasted air at 16 degrees that if you passed in front of them you risked congestion. Luckily the room was nice and spacious and the air conditioning worked there (even though I heard that in some rooms it didn't, I would have run away from them). The TV in my friend's room didn't work until the last day despite repeated requests to which it was answered: we can't know in which rooms they fixed it and in which they didn't. Are you kidding? Terrible waiting staff, terrible to say the least. Surly, rude waiters, many on internships who didn't speak a word of Italian (like if you asked for chocolate ice cream they gave you lemon, it seems like a joke but it's true). I also had to report to the reception a very unpleasant event of a waiter who addressed, insulting him, a foreign child just because he had walked past him a little bit quickly. They certainly work in a tiring environment (I remember the lack of air conditioning) with a full hotel and also some unkind characters towards them as unfortunately happens everywhere, but this does not authorize you to insult a child with swear words in front of other children. Nothing exceptionally clean but I have never found the room dirty either. Common areas definitely need better care (cleaning of stairs / paths etc). The hotel also enjoys a fantastic location both as sea, park and bay. Special mention to the Diving, really good (wonderful three-hour boat trip), and also to the buffet staff, therefore kitchen, always nice and helpful. Buffet quality but you always found something good. Soft all inclusive speech to be reviewed in my opinion. Drinks after 7pm only at the central bar (pool and beach only water, but why?). Cost of everything that is not included exorbitant (3.50 soy cappuccino for another terrible). At breakfast if you are either vegan or lactose intolerant you have to settle for little choice for anything else. I would say adequate beach management, kind and helpful lifeguards. I didn't use the pool much because in Sardinia it seems wasted but I still found it adequate for the structure. I am certainly not a fan of entertainment but I still found it decent. I must mention, unfortunately not in a nice way, the mini club really poorly managed. Not very engaging with children, even kind staff, but uninteresting games and poorly managed in general. You never knew where they were, the activities offered, they don't ask for the name and surname of the children or the number of parents, in short there is no entry register (a sign of little professionalism in my opinion) so much so that our children who have always gone to other structures, after the first day and a half did not want to set foot there anymore. And I must say the girls were not engaging, in the sense that if you want to come (if they were there) come, otherwise it's okay. I had never been with the Futura company, but if this is the standard of the facilities, I will never go back or recommend it to anyone. I have been to Sardinia with both Alpitour and Delphina, and in particular the latter, by shipping a little more, offer a far superior service.

14/07/2025: Delicious food and good prices. The terrace has many tables, although very close together, like most Italian outdoor dining options. It's located in the historic center. Very friendly staff and fast service.
