04/06/2025: Neglected structure and unacceptable management. Only the entertainers and operational staff save face. My stay at the Baia di Conte Resort was disappointing. The structure is old and poorly maintained: dated rooms, unkempt common areas and almost no maintenance. The real problem, however, is the management: completely absent, disorganized and, above all, arrogant and rude towards guests. Any request or report is handled with condescension, if not completely ignored. It seems that there is a complete lack of will to offer a service worthy of the name. Fortunately, the entertainment was the best part of the holiday: engaging, kind and never intrusive. The reception, restaurant and bar staff proved to be helpful, polite and attentive, doing their best despite the obvious management shortcomings. An experience that I do not recommend: until the management does not radically change its approach, this resort will remain just a beautiful wasted location.

01/06/2025: We stayed one night at the hotel, there were two of us, me and my boyfriend, who booked a double room. Upon arrival at the hotel, after checking in, they gave us the magnetic key to the room, located on the lowest floor, we entered this rather gloomy place because it was dark and they were doing work, so full of tools. When we arrived in front of the door of our room, the first problems began: the key did not work, we tried several times, we pulled the handle and it fell to the floor, we went back up to the reception and told them what had happened, they gave us another key, but this one did not open either, we went back up and told them what had happened again and they gave us the mechanical key (the one they use) and finally, after at least half an hour, we managed to access our room which: was not a double, but a quadruple. Tired from the trip we decide to rest and lock ourselves in our room, but alas the door does not close with the key, it could only be done with the magnetic one which, obviously, did not work. We call a receptionist and explain the problem, and here's the best part: he tells us to put the chair in front of the door and adds that the room was not to be given because it was not ready, but was under maintenance. Wi-fi non-existent in every room, but in the basement even worse, it was impossible to even make a call. The icing on the cake: every single receptionist was incompetent. Moral of the story: absolutely not recommended.

10/06/2025: Located right on the harbor, ideal for a quick break. The cappuccino is okay, and the drinks are cool.

09/06/2025: Very nice location facing the port, suitable for both breakfast and aperitif, kind and attentive staff, especially Roberto and Cristian. I will definitely return.

08/06/2025: Terrible pizza! Rubbery, burnt and with a poorly risen dough! I couldn't eat it!

24/05/2025: I understand that the octopus and potato pizza has a cost but there is no sign of potatoes and octopus, just two in the center.

14/09/2024: Punctuality unknown to them, there is never a time that the pizzas are on time... same story every time and when you ask the lady at the cash register she also gives you a bad answer, but it's my fault that I'll be back, too bad because the pizza it's also good

18/08/2024: They have improved a lot...last night good ham and mushroom pizza...come on. We can't complain. The girl at the checkout is very nice...she exudes kindness from every pore.

06/05/2025: A trip to Castelsardo with the grandchildren and the youngest one tells me where he would like to eat for lunch. How apt choice. Sublime dishes and unique courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Well done. You have given us truly delicious moments for the palate and the soul.

05/11/2024: A place with large parking lots on the outskirts of Bonorva chosen for a group camper stop. Very good pizza both in terms of dough and toppings, cooked just right. Good service (with some language difficulties) but very kind.

21/04/2025: I loved this place. For its beauty and elegance, for the kindness and welcome received, and for the food. Not everyone pays attention to the product being served and I must say that here I found some attention, a simply fantastic cheese platter, products chosen by a specific breeder and producer, we were shown the brochure of the products themselves and what the animals eat in the pasture. A very welcome detail. Their very good paella, delicate but tasty, made with red prawns, not the usual Argentine commercial prawn. We will come back for sure.

19/04/2025: Delusione su tutta la linea Io e la mia ragazza eravamo curiosi di provare la "paella algherese con fregola", ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La fregola sembrava precotta, il piatto era davvero misero: un gamberone, uno scampo e tre cozze a testa. Per accompagnamento, del pane raffermo… che ci è stato persino fatto pagare. Peccato, perché l’idea era interessante, ma l’esecuzione e il rapporto qualità-prezzo ci hanno deluso. Non credo proprio che ci torneremo.

13/06/2025: A parte i piccioni che passeggiano sui tavoli per far razzia di patatine e noccioline lasciate tra l'indifferenza dei camerieri, in questo bar è vietato chiedere un caffè alle 19.30. Risposta la caffetteria è chiusa!. E quindi? Devo prendere per forza in aperitivo al tavolino pee far si che il posto occupato sia ben speso? Roba da matti. Se il cliente chiede il caffè un servizio come si deve lo deve assicurare. Imparate a lavorare. Preciso che ho consumato altre volte ( anche con gli aperitivi che son tanto graditi) nel suddetto locale ma adesso proprio, mai più.

10/05/2025: Si mangia molto bene e la vista è stupenda ma le cadute di stile sono tante. Le regole della ristorazione mancano completamente. Per esempio, aprono le porte alle 21, non un minuto minuto prima e ti costringono a stare fuori ( consigliandoti di stare in macchina per il freddo). All’entrata, ti fanno trovare la tavola apparecchiata con tutti i piatti di portata. Il menù è fisso e a prezzo fisso. Se chiedi il cambio del piatto rispondono che stanno finendo con le portate e che quindi si deve mangiare su un unico piatto con i resti dei tanti antipasti. Il vino servito è imposto e viene da una bottiglia già aperta. Non hanno l’acqua frizzante per non ho capito quale motivo. Finalmente il dolce servito su un piattino personale. Nel complesso si può sorridere del loro fare “ruspante”.

21/02/2025: Tanti antipasti di mare, alcuni possono essere considerati dei secondi di pesce; un primo, con scampi e calamari, buonissimo; un vermentino di qualità; Un dolce ottimo. Porzioni generose, qualità/prezzo ottimo.

09/06/2025: It's a shame: a lovely atmosphere on a very crowded beach where you have to pay for a fee, and then the bar staff are so unfriendly, loud to customers and to each other. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it...

22/05/2025: Frozen food (we ordered the Sardinian specialty, a sort of enormous ravioli swimming in a sauce; and it was truly 100% frozen, even the bland sauce, and it cost €21 per dish, adding the €3 for Copperto!! A pizza for my girlfriend, also frozen and flavorless! A tourist trap in good and proper form! It's normal that the restaurant was empty! When we returned 12 days later, and before taking the boat back, we noticed it was empty again. It's a shame, the place is super well located and has a beautiful restaurant; but they still need to hire cooks. Here, two mamas are running the place and continuing to run it, with the same prices as in high season... shameful. (We ordered the Sardinian specialty again 24 hours later in a decent, unassuming place (further north, not far from the tip), and it was half the price, €11) The plate; it was delicious. We eat our own food all year round; we often indulge in pasta because we're poor, and it hurts to arrive in a new country and indulge in the luxury of a restaurant at a price well above average (I told myself to go a little more expensive to treat myself) and then find 5 measly frozen ravioli; believe me, it's impossible to go wrong given the texture of the thing and the total lack of flavor; no flavor at all!!!

13/02/2025: Historic pizzeria in Sassari which has kept the same furniture as over 30 years ago. Now it would be classifiable as a vintage venue, which I personally don't mind. The pizza menu also remains very classic, with very traditional pizzas: don't expect modern or original versions of pizzas like in other places. The pizza isn't bad but I found the dough a little rubbery and some pizzas had a black bottom (maybe they don't clean the oven well). It wouldn't be bad even if they were better equipped for takeaway: not having a flyer to take away, with the menu and telephone number in 2025 is anachronistic

08/02/2025: In 4 people we all took a slice with a side of potatoes and salad, it wasn't the best but acceptable, for a total cost of around €60 drinking water

04/01/2025: Unfortunately, our booking requests via Casamundo and Airbnb to Your.Rentals weren't responded to within the specified timeframe, which cost us unnecessary time in our search for a vacation rental. Not recommended.
