29/04/2026: Excellent sushi, very unique dishes that we've never seen anywhere else. Everything is very tasty; we loved the bruschetta with burrata and marinated salmon with turnip greens. For dinner, we paid €26.90 per person plus drinks. The staff is very helpful and friendly; we'll definitely be back.

12/05/2026: Clearly disappointed, not to say shameful. The restaurant was half-closed. We asked if it was possible to eat, and were served at a corner table in front of the bar. No menu! No prices! (Prices depended on how much they thought they could get away with it). 71 euros for two burgers and two Spritzes. Clearly outrageous to take advantage of people like that, especially in the off-season. A real tourist trap! Despite all that, the food was good.

05/05/2026: May 2, 2026. The Gabbiano beach club is under construction: bar closed, restaurant closed, all services closed. Only umbrellas and sun loungers. And they had the nerve to charge €50 for two sun loungers and one umbrella in the middle of nowhere. That takes courage. But.... shame on you!!!!!! Thieves!

27/12/2025: Terrible service... The waiter made us wait ages to order, to receive our food, and even to pay... The waiter was very unfriendly, arrogant, and confrontational... The pizzas weren't anything special either. I've never eaten worse in a restaurant.

30/11/2025: A must-try! It's located near Piazza Università, in the historic center of Sassari. This is our second time there. Small, intimate, and welcoming. Homemade food of excellent quality and quantity, prepared by the owner and his mother. Luciano makes you feel right at home. It's a place for those who care about substance, for those who want to eat well and leave satisfied and with a full belly!

29/12/2025: So let's start by saying that the owner was very rude and impolite (not just to us but also to the staff) simply because I pointed out that at a table of eight, we were served four different times, not because we had to share, but because everyone had their own portion. We were served, but all the dishes were small and lacking in ingredients, like onions and sausages, which were almost nonexistent. And to top it all, the bill was much higher. I'm sorry, but a few years ago the quality was superior in every way.

10/03/2026: A terrible experience. If I could give it zero stars, I would, and I'm disappointed because I've always loved ordering from them. After ordering pizza slices from them via Just Eat, after several minutes I see that the order is listed as delivered on the app, but in reality I haven't received anything. So I try calling the pizzeria, and after several attempts and minutes, they answer, telling me that they've tried to call me in vain and, unable to reach me, the girl returned to the pizzeria with my order. First of all, they tell me that I'd entered my last name in the "wrong" order (it was actually correct; I just checked the app to immediately prove them wrong), then that they didn't think the intercom had my last name. They then put me through to the delivery girl, who absolutely insisted there was no intercom with my last name on it, which is a shame, in fact, there is. I even tried to hypothesize that she might have used the wrong door (since there are several nearby), but they were never willing to admit a possible mistake, placing the blame on me because they told me verbatim, "I've looked at all the doors, the last name isn't there," even though I was obviously telling them that the last name is on both the outside and inside gates. Clearly annoyed that they were taking the lion's share, blaming me for not being reachable by phone and perhaps for having mocked them on the intercom, causing the girl to waste her time, I then explained that making mistakes is human and understandable, but it's unprofessional to pass the blame without admitting a mistake. Nevertheless, I asked if it was possible to return them to me and that, to accommodate the girl's difficulty in finding the doorbell, I would be downstairs. After my request, I heard a voice (I assume it was the owner) annoyedly shout, "Tell them we'll bring them back as they are," meaning cold, without remaking or reheating them. So I told them they could keep them and handled the matter through Just Eat. Mistakes can happen to anyone; the problem is how they're handled. There was zero courtesy and respect when an apology and repair would have been enough. Instead, there was a lack of professionalism, rudeness, arrogance, no accountability, and zero attention to the customer. Never again. Edit in response to the owner's comment below: As I suspected, you have zero self-criticism, and you even write false things. I didn't even dare to tease anyone. You were the ones who accused me of not answering the phone without apologizing for not finding the apartment, actually claiming there was no intercom with my last name on it... the mistake is forgivable, the presumption and arrogance are not, but then again, it's all clear from the response you gave me and many others. Moreover, the phone number was indeed on the order, so much so that you called me from the Just Eat number because I received the message since I was busy with another conversation at the time. I also tried calling back, but obviously it said it didn't exist. Furthermore, you are the first to not answer the various calls I made as soon as I saw that the order had been delivered. But you should be ashamed of writing untrue things and apologize instead, it would make a better impression. Thanks for the advice, but it wasn't necessary. There's no shortage of pizzerias in Sassari, and I'll gladly do without your rudeness. My advice, however, is to change jobs given your total inadequacy.

18/04/2026: We ordered the pasta with lobster, the seafood pasta, and the swordfish with eggplant. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous; they don't skimp on the pasta, which is much appreciated. First course, second course with side dish, and a drink: €15

07/10/2025: This place is a bit like a trip back in time with its decor. In fact, most local diners order by phone and take their pizzas away. There are only pizzas, BUT WHAT A PIZZA! A no-nonsense pizza, they're excellent, airy, and incredibly tasty. One of the best I've ever eaten. The prices are unbeatable. The welcome is very friendly and pleasant.

09/02/2026: At first glance, the café impresses with its beautiful location and stylish ambiance – even if some of the decor looks a bit dated and dusty. However, anyone hoping to eat will be disappointed: many of the dishes listed on the extensive menu (Caesar, salmon, or tuna salad, club sandwich, or bresaola with arugula and Grana Padano) are no longer available. Instead, there's only a ham and cheese toastie and three variations of tramezzini. I chose tramezzini with tomato, ham, Edam cheese, and mayonnaise, along with a small Ichnusa beer. The beer didn't seem fresh, the tramezzini came straight from the refrigerator – and it was missing the tomatoes. Taste-wise, it was disappointing. The cappuccino was okay, but only lukewarm and, at €2.00, overpriced compared to many better cafés in Alghero (€1.50). The "Crème Amarena" cake was decent, but nothing special. Conclusion: The strength of this establishment clearly lies in its location and decor – culinarily, it falls far short of the many truly excellent bars and cafés in the city. It's neither a restaurant nor a proper dining room, as some reviews suggest. Therefore, only three stars 🌟 🌟 🌟! PS: Even the price of €3.50 for a 0.25-liter beer is high – at least that's what it's listed on the menu. However, what's truly unacceptable is that the cappuccino, already overpriced at €2.00 on the menu, was suddenly charged at €2.50 on the bill. This is not only outrageous but simply misleading – especially since you can get a cappuccino for €1.50 in significantly better establishments in Alghero. Another cheek is the €1.00 "table service" charge on the bill. It's not about the one euro – but if something like this is charged, it should be clearly stated on the menu. Then guests would at least have the option of picking up their order themselves at the bar. Even better would be to switch to self-service altogether. For these reasons, I am ultimately revising my rating to ⭐️ (1 star). The bar impresses at first glance with its beautiful location and pleasant atmosphere – although the furnishings appear somewhat dated and dusty. Ho scelto a tramezzino with pomodoro, prosciutto, Edam e maionese, accompagnato da una piccola birra Ichnusa. The birra is not sembrava fresca e il tramezzino è arriveto direct dal frigorifero – inoltre mancavano i pomodori. Il gusto purtroppo deludente.
