31/07/2025: Esperienza positiva malgrado la delusione iniziale di non avere nessuna vista mozzafiato come invece millantato in altre recensioni!! Ho potuto apprezzare lo spazio, il cibo, la grande attenzione del personale. Sicuramente da provare. Terrazza con tettoie dall'estetica particolare, pizzaiolo che lavora a vista, menu variegato per tutti i gusti e intolleranze compresi i dessert, atmosfera informale e rilassata. Personale di tutte le età, impostazione un po' retrò ma che non è necessariamente un male, se si traduce con un'attenzione al cliente da ristoratori "vecchia scuola".

27/07/2025: I will never buy pizzas from this place again. A simple 4 Seasons pizza for takeout (picked up by me) cost €12. The bill: 2 Quattro Stagioni pizzas for €24. 2 Quattro formaggi pizzas for €24. 1 gluten-free Sardinian pizza for €11. 5 boxes for €1.50. Total €60.50. 5 takeout pizzas, picked up by me personally. These pizzas in Sassari cost no more than €7. I will never buy pizzas there again. It's shameful. I even called on my way home to check for any errors in the bill. In the end, the answer was, "Go wherever you want to buy pizzas." Never again.

24/06/2025: We had a B&B in the building, and the owner recommended we try this restaurant. The place isn't "sexy," but the Fainè was excellent and plentiful. Many Sassari locals were seated, which is often a sign of quality. I recommend it.

06/06/2025: Buono il fainè, ma eccessivamente unto, alto il prezzo. Non saprei dire sul servizio perché ho chiesto take-away. Ho ricordi molto migliori della farinata ligure (effettivamente ricordi della Liguria).

17/05/2025: Unbedingt reservieren, da sonst keine Chance einen Platz zu bekommen. Es ist ein kleines Lokal, modern eingerichtet. Wir waren im Bereich draußen der Wind geschützt war. Die Karte klein, aber sehr fein. Alles was wir bestellt hatten, hat vorzüglich geschmeckt und war sehr schön angerichtet. Zwischen den Gängen immer eine längere Pause, was wir auch als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Eine Empfehlung auf jeden Fall.

01/08/2025: I loved the idea of a library that also serves drinks. There's also a small selection of books in English. I tried my luck with a coffee with milk at 6 PM and was laughed at. I guess I deserved that :))

22/06/2025: Dishes are very tasty, but portions are very small. Out of 7 dishes ordered, all were good, starters too. Entrance from the back of the building. I recommend.

26/07/2025: A wonderful experience. We received exceptional treatment, and the hospitality is a hallmark of Villa Piras. The staff knows the area well and recommended the best places to visit. The location is truly strategic, with plenty of parking available. Five stars, to say the least.

26/07/2025: I'll start with the least pleasant and end with the best. This hotel absolutely needs to be renovated because it has enormous potential. The staff is truly lovely. But our room was next to the kitchens, so it was poorly insulated. And aesthetically, it wasn't great. Let's move on. The Alghero district is really very pleasant and enjoyable in the evening because it's very lively. You have to walk to get there. Taking the car would be a shame. The beaches aren't great, however... you have to take the car and drive a few kilometers to reach slightly nicer beaches.

08/08/2025: io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati in questo ristorante pochi giorni fa, abbiamo optato per un antipasto da dividere in un due per poi passare ad un secondo, di cui abbiamo annullato l’ordine immediatamente dopo aver aspettato precisamente 50 min, per un antipasto che includeva 5 specialità di mare dello chef, che volevamo assaggiare, e quando dice 5, intende 5 di numero, 5 cose sul piatto di cui un gambero con del bacon arrotolato (incommentabile), uno sputo di semplice polpo tagliato con un po’ d’olio, una polpetta centrale che sembrava di carne, due mini pezzi di pesce spada con della cosa gialla sotto, e una cosa bianca che sembrava mozzarella con due cipolle sopra, tutto ciò a 25€, che avrei capito, se fossimo stati avvisati che si trattava di un assaggio (ma onestamente neanche negli assaggi ti mettono un solo gambero), ma la cosa dai camerieri quando gli abbiamo chiesto il piatto non è stata specificata, né tanto meno era specificata nel menù, un furto, ci siamo alzati abbiamo pagato 30€ in tutto e ce ne siamo andati immediatamente, una vergogna.

20/07/2025: Prenotiamo nel locale con i miei amici per 10 persone con l’intenzione di mangiare pizza. Arriviamo al locale ci fanno accomodare e ordinare da bere e iniziamo a consumare le bevande, ordiniamo le pizze e dopo 20 minuti di attesa per le nostre pizze il cameriere arriva al nostro tavolo per comunicarci che gli erano rimasti solo 4 panetti di pizza e che non sarebbe stato possibile farla per tutti in modo scortese e senza proporci nessuna alternativa, addirittura la proposta da parte del cameriere era quella di farci 4 pizze e metterle al centro del tavolo (tralasciando vergognosamente il fatto che noi fossimo dieci). Decidiamo quindi di alzarci e di andare via (affamati visto che nel frattempo si erano fatte le 22 passate) e ci viene presentato comunque il conto da 37 euro per le bevande senza nessuno sconto per il disagio! MAI PIÙ, consiglio vivamente di non andare perché questo trattamento è irripetibile, sbagliare è umano ma è come si affronta l’errore che fa la differenza. Avrebbero potuto dire gentilmente che le pizze per tutti non bastavano ma l’errore era loro non nostro quindi avrebbero dovuto affrontarlo in maniera diversa e sarebbe stato carino da parte loro non presentarci il conto delle bevande (che oltretutto non abbiamo neanche consumato perché andati via)

23/06/2025: Land and sea cuisine, only with a few options. Also pizzeria. The place is aesthetically very studied. Relatively large parking, but paid. The place is easy to reach. Recommended for those who are tired of the usual dishes.

03/08/2025: I really do not understand why they have just 4.2 review grade. After so many disappointing dinners in Sardinia, this one was WOW. Literally everything was amazing, location, nice view, service very professional and polite, and then food, oh my God! Each plate was apsolutly rhapsody of taste. We order beef carpaccio as a starter, then octopus and crispy pig with some side dishes and everything was so good that we decided to take desserts as well, and of course cheesecake and pannacota were super good! I would come in Sardinia just to visit this restaurant again. Excellent. And price is super reasonable for what you get. Bravo Nautilus, this is Hospitality! ❤️

02/08/2025: Please note that smoking is prohibited, even on the terrace... Otherwise, the dishes are delicious! I recommend the pasta alla vongole! The view is magnificent!
