After careful online research, I decided to use this bakery to get some gluten-free products for my wife and daughter, both of whom suffer from celiac disease. I couldn't have made a happier choice! First, for the undeniable quality and freshness of the products offered, and then for the kindness and expertise of the bakery manager (a HUGE added value). When I phoned him the day before, when I asked if he made "fritti arabi" (Arabic fried foods), he thoroughly researched the product I meant (they're called something else in Sassari dialect), and arranged for them to arrive the following day: I AM SPEECHLESS!!! As a longtime celiac, I've always had a great time here. So, I just went there for my birthday. The savory muffins are spectacular, the pizzas are crispy, and the vegetable panzerotti are truly delicious. They even made everything without mozzarella at my request. The sponge cake with fruit is also excellent; you can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended.
