28/11/2025: Very good Fainè and pizza, both fantastic.

20/11/2025: If I pass through Alghero, this is an absolute must-stop for me! I've been there several times, and each time is a confirmation. Their sandwiches are now a given for me: delicious, generous, and always prepared with great care. Today I also wanted to try the pizzetta... and it was a spectacular discovery! Crispy, tasty, truly irresistible. And then there's the Fainè, which deserves a special mention: its authentic flavor, a true gem that few know how to make so well, and when you have any leftovers, it's also good the next day, cold or reheated (eaten with the Stintino sea in the background in October, it's a perfect combination!!). Much credit goes to Michele, the owner, and all the staff, always extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home. Red Mike is a simple, authentic place, where the quality is consistent and the atmosphere is delightful. Highly recommended... and for me, it will always be a must-try!

28/02/2026: I'd definitely give it 5 stars for the food. The food is very good, honestly, and the service is attentive and excellent. But for a lunch in February, out of season, where we were the only ones in the restaurant, and above all, good, simple fare, not something fancy like €100 for two, it's absolutely beyond all logic and comprehension. I'd understand in August, but in February, two plates of (simple) pasta and two appetizers for a fried dish wouldn't exist. You're a trattoria in the middle of a narrow street. We'd have returned, but unfortunately not to be slaughtered by a trattoria that pretends to be a Michelin-starred restaurant on the bill.

11/11/2025: A very friendly welcome, a very fresh octopus salad while waiting for the risotto dish which was supposed to cook for 20 minutes. Thank you for this very good meal!

05/02/2026: We ordered a dish of the day (a calamarata with bottarga and clams) and a plain seafood risotto. Both dishes were very well prepared. The house white wine was a pleasant surprise, releasing aromas of ripe fruit. The service was impeccable, with a piping hot focaccia served, included in the cover charge.

29/03/2026: I called for a reservation at this restaurant, and since there were no more seats inside, I was recommended the outdoor patio. When I asked if it might be cold, since it's late March and not exactly summer, I was assured that the heaters would be fine. Unfortunately, only half of the available heaters were working, and part of our table wasn't heated at all. Nearing the end of the evening, I asked if we could be moved inside since our children were definitely suffering from the cold. I got no response... we quickly finished our pizza, and were forced to leave because we couldn't stand it any longer... I'm sorry, I don't usually give negative reviews because I try to understand any potential issues, but we would have appreciated a little more clarity and honesty from the reservations agent.

10/03/2026: Pasta with clams and bottarga... the pasta seemed precooked and left in water for too long, fried chips and calamari on the same plate, basically chips and four calamari rings, €20. Price, with a glass of white wine, €50.50. I take out the €50 note hoping for a voluntary 50 cent discount, but I had to insist... Too bad, the place is beautiful and quaint, but the rest is best left alone.

12/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. I stumbled upon it by chance thanks to a friend who often dines there and who took me there. The place is huge, simple, and familiar. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and always available to offer much-appreciated recommendations. The food is truly, truly, truly excellent and plentiful. We had to wait a bit for lunch, but the (short) wait was definitely worth it. My compliments, truly. I will be back many, many more times.

20/10/2025: I've been ordering pizzas at Scagliera in Sassari for a while now. The pizzeria is located on Via Giagu, across from Conti Hospital. I'll start by saying that the pizza has never arrived late; sometimes, it's even arrived early, something very few pizzerias do in Sassari. The pizza is truly good, the menu is extensive with a wide selection, the pizza is thin and light, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, with attention to every little detail. Even the salsa rosa, which may seem trivial, is actually THE BEST I'VE EVER EATEN. In short, it's the little touches that make all the difference. During the holidays, the pizzeria gave me free fritters, cannoli, or castagnole, depending on the season. This is also something very few pizzerias do. I'll conclude my review by giving it five stars and saying that this pizzeria is absolutely worth trying.

20/10/2025: Delicious pizza, but not only that! We've ordered the buffet several times for our family events, receiving compliments from all our guests. Excellent food, generous portions, and perfect delivery!
