14/08/2025: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, helping me find a vegan option even though it wasn't on the menu. I had an excellent Lentu bread stuffed with a wrap and a peach estate, for €9.50. The interior is minimalist but livened up by good music. They also have outdoor tables for those who prefer to sit outside on the street. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Cabras, where you can take a short stroll to enjoy the town's beauty after dinner. It looks like a really great find. 29/08/2025: My husband and I went there one evening to try a new place in Cabras. The atmosphere was simple but welcoming, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had two first courses, two second courses, and a seadas (a typical Sicilian dish) shared between us, along with a bottle of wine, and it was a fair price. Everything was delicious. We're used to traveling, and we were pleasantly surprised. In fact, we're going back tonight :)! A second course is well-deserved!

25/08/2025: A must-see: the owner of this delicious pizzeria won the 2024 World Championship, and of course we ate the Eugenio pizza that won first prize. Delicious dough, generous, high-quality toppings. The outdoor space is well-organized, and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Feeling at home in a place so far from your comfort zone is a great added value, so our thanks to Sara and the entire staff. P.S. The fries with bottarga are a cult favorite.

03/08/2025: Sergio's is the classic pizzeria you never know how to review. The anonymous entrance and '90s-style sign make it feel like you're not even entering a pizzeria. But once you're inside, you're glad you chose it; there's a sense of family upbringing and sincere courtesy. It's not the pizzeria in the center of Cabras; it's just outside the pedestrian area, so those who want to be seen in the strolling area won't go there. No one sees you at Sergio's except those already seated inside! Now, the reasons for my stars: 3 stars for the atmosphere because the location is standard, with large tables and paper tablecloths and a bit of background noise; 4 stars for the service because of the politeness of the staff who gradually serve you; the menu, for example, contains a rather curious error: two pizzas with different names and prices but identical descriptions. They are the Diavola and the Disco Volante. The waitress explained to me that the Disco Volante has more ingredients. The explanation is fine, but if someone orders it and then receives a different pizza, it could cause a problem. (Attached photos of the menu for the two pizzas) All this, however, is surpassed when the pizza you ordered arrives, expertly prepared by the pizza chef and overseen by Sergio. The pizza is truly good, so it gets 5 stars, but I would have given it 6, 7, or 10!!! Sergio then, in a reserved and discreet manner, brings his thanks to you at the table: an amaro, a mirto, or whatever you desire. The bill concludes with what at first glance might seem incorrect: two pizzas, two beers, a tiramisu, and a mirto (free) for a total of €32.00. Unbelievable! The bill is accurate! The atmosphere is spartan, with paper tablecloths, but the pizza is truly worth it. I stand by the overall 5 stars and highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Each dish tells the story of the territory with intense and genuine flavors, the meat is of excellent quality. Competent and passionate service, convivial and welcoming environment. Honest quality-price ratio considering the excellence of the raw materials. A true gastronomic pearl that best celebrates the Sardinian culinary tradition. Highly recommended!!

07/07/2025: We had dinner here at the suggestion of our B&B and persuaded by the excellent reviews. We had the seafood carbonara, a dish that was certainly delicious and flattering with the addition of cream for creaminess, which however hid the mullet of undoubted quality. Followed by the seared tuna with rocket and parmesan and a grilled fish: here too the quality of the ingredients is the master, but the composition of the dish was too simple and in the end nothing memorable. Too bad about the French fries, probably in the oil of the seadas because there was an obvious sweet aftertaste. The white wine from a well-selected cellar was excellent. For almost €50 per person you expect a slightly more knowledgeable cuisine.

12/08/2025: 📍 August 11, 2025 I returned to this restaurant after six months, driven by the desire to rediscover the magic that had struck me in the past. The history of the place, located in the evocative Cabras, a land of fishermen, "giant men," and ancient submerged cities, creates an atmosphere rich in anticipation. Unfortunately, I must admit that the experience didn't live up to my hopes. The menu offers "prepackaged" options, which, while offering good value, fail to convey the true essence of the region. One would expect more authentic cuisine, one that recounts the tradition and sea of this land through flavors. Instead, I found dishes that, while correct, neither moved nor amazed me. It's a real shame, because this place has immense potential. I hope that in the future we can rediscover the passion and creativity needed to transform the historical and cultural richness of Cabras into an unforgettable culinary experience. 📍February 6, 2025 Attentive and friendly staff. The pumpkin cream soup with smoked mullet and bottarga was excellent and could become a very interesting first course.

16/06/2025: Servizio decente ma cibo pessimo. I miei camberi non erano puliti al interno e non erano fresci. le patate fritte neanche. Il pesce del mio amico non era per niente buono. Ristorante quasi voto. Schlechtes Essen. Die Garnellen waren innen nicht gereinigt und nicht frisch. Auch der Fisch sowie die Pommes frites waren nicht frisch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

16/07/2025: Great option for an afternoon snack and a cool drink after being at the beach. When the bar fills with locals it gives a great vibe to the place. The charcuterie was next level 😋
