13/01/2026: A welcoming place with attentive and friendly wait staff. The food is very good and prepared with local ingredients. We had the classic pasta with clams and a generous sprinkling of bottarga, and then, after 30 years, we had the pleasure of enjoying a plate of fried anemones, which is worth the visit. The calamari were fresh, delicious, and very tender, cooked in rice flour batter, we were told. A very good side dish of artichokes and bottarga rounded out the meal. One small personal note: the spaghetti with clams, while good, would have been a little spicier. The price is reasonable for what we ate.

01/01/2026: Super professional, attentive, and kind staff. They even offered me a bowl of water for my dog. The dishes arrived on time and were, above all, delicious and well-cooked. Excellent ingredients, technique, and flavor. We'll be back!

The selections are wide and varied, from breakfast with all kinds of pastries to freshly squeezed juices, coffees, and cappuccinos for all tastes. Spritzes and cocktails prepared by the expert hands of Maurizio, a top-notch bartender, are always a wonderful surprise; you're truly spoiled for choice... The entire staff is wonderful 😊

18/10/2025: Clean atmosphere. Very friendly staff, excellent service, and excellent coffee. We come to Cabras every year, and Bar Time is our favorite.

06/01/2026: What can I say, it's not worth spending €42 to eat farmed fish that wasn't good at all, not to mention the sorbet, which tasted like lemon juice or dish soap, the coffee was burnt and the cuttlefish were hard and rubbery, inedible.

The dishes are a tribute to Sardinian tradition, prepared with the freshest ingredients and expertly presented. The fish is extraordinary: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in presenting each dish and the chef's ability to enhance the flavors without ever weighing you down. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend Il Caminetto to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience in Cabras. I will definitely be back!

10/11/2025: We chose it because it has eels on the menu and were satisfied. There were eight of us and we were greeted kindly and cheerfully. Everything was delicious, well-cooked, and plentiful. We ordered something extra, and in fact, we had two mixed fried fish and calamari left over, which we asked to take away. Smiling and joking, the waiter echoed our joke: "Nothing goes to waste," and added that they used to have people to whom they gave the leftovers of customers who knocked in the morning asking for them, but now the customers ask for them too... This bitter joke doesn't detract from the quality of the restaurant: excellent table linens, cleanliness, and everything was excellent. Above all, another waiter, not the same one, thanked us for our cheerfulness. Thanks to you too for everything

03/10/2025: It's October and the restaurant was packed. We ate very well. First course: spaghetti with bottarga and clams, mixed fried fish, and house dessert: seadas with fig cream. Excellent! Four of us spent €162 with house wine, coffee, and filo pastry.

24/09/2025: Came for dinner early at just after opening without a reservation. Luckily we did as people were being turned away at 8pm. They served fresh and tasty dishes with some being specials for the night. The fried ravioli with bottarga filled was interesting. The fried seafood was a huge portion and all tasted very good. The pasta was also a huge portion. There is indoor and outside seating.
