10/10/2025: I chose this wood-fired pizzeria based on reviews, but I find it not worth its rating. The dough is flat, and not properly airy. They are rather bland. I think this is a restaurant for regulars. Too bad!

07/11/2025: We loved everything at Osteria Sa Bell'e Crabasa. We received a wonderful welcome even though we don't speak any Italian. Sign language works very well ;) I adored my pasta alla vongole, which was absolutely delicious. The village is incredibly authentic; I really enjoyed it.

The selections are wide and varied, from breakfast with all kinds of pastries to freshly squeezed juices, coffees, and cappuccinos for all tastes. Spritzes and cocktails prepared by the expert hands of Maurizio, a top-notch bartender, are always a wonderful surprise; you're truly spoiled for choice... The entire staff is wonderful 😊

04/10/2025: I went to Ittiturismo to meet up with some former colleagues. The atmosphere is quaint and the service excellent. The food is fresh, seafood-based, with various appetizers, a first course, fried calamari, and roast fish. To finish, classic coffee, Sardinian desserts, and liqueurs. Everything was good... the only flaw was the portions were too small.

After a few years, I must admit that I've found the same quality and courtesy as the first few times. Well done!

18/11/2025: Il Caminetto is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Cabras. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with attentive and always smiling service that makes you feel truly welcome. The dishes are a tribute to Sardinian tradition, prepared with the freshest ingredients and expertly presented. The fish is extraordinary: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in presenting each dish and the chef's ability to enhance the flavors without ever weighing you down. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend Il Caminetto to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience in Cabras. I will definitely be back!

10/11/2025: We chose it because it has eels on the menu and were satisfied. There were eight of us and we were greeted kindly and cheerfully. Everything was delicious, well-cooked, and plentiful. We ordered something extra, and in fact, we had two mixed fried fish and calamari left over, which we asked to take away. Smiling and joking, the waiter echoed our joke: "Nothing goes to waste," and added that they used to have people to whom they gave the leftovers of customers who knocked in the morning asking for them, but now the customers ask for them too... This bitter joke doesn't detract from the quality of the restaurant: excellent table linens, cleanliness, and everything was excellent. Above all, another waiter, not the same one, thanked us for our cheerfulness. Thanks to you too for everything
