19/10/2024: We have been returning to this residence for two years now....we appreciate the place away from the chaos of the city. You can't hear a fly. The swimming pools are amazing. The owner is ready to fulfill every request..

15/09/2024: Stayed for a week and it was perfect. The man running it was extremely friendly, helpful and generally a good host. The location is a 5 minute walk from a massive supermarket, 20 from a beautiful beach and 10 from the vibrant bussling town centre, yet far enough to have a secluded, silent, relaxing feel to it. The rooms are traditionally styled, surrounded by mountains and overlook the stunning pool. All the staff were so lovely. I cannot recommend this accommodation and San Teodoro enough. Would come again in a heartbeat.

10/01/2025: We spent a week in the hotel and I was thrilled. The complex is right on the sea and the rooms are bungalow-style. Beautifully maintained facility. The rooms clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site is very good and the service is very friendly and attentive. I can only recommend the hotel.

04/10/2024: Das Restaurant ist überbewertet, es lebt von der Aussicht und reichen Klientel, welches in dieser Gegend gerne urlaubt. Ich fand es maximal mittelmäßig, sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Service. Beim Essen ist mir schlichtweg ein paar Monate später nichts in Erinnerung geblieben und der Service war unaufmerksam und teilweise mit nicht ausreichend Training für den Job. Wie es einen Traveller Choice Award bekommen kann, ist mir unerklärlich.

26/03/2025: Since the owner questions the quality of the review (stating that it would not be constructive because only one star was left) and the truthfulness (insinuating that he did not dine in the restaurant) I am also writing a summary comment. The food is excellent, the service and helpfulness of the staff are not. After having booked by phone at 8pm (this is not possible before) and having gone to the restaurant, I was asked twice in the space of a few seconds by two different waitresses for my name to sit at the table, even though the second waitress had understood that the first had already granted authorization to enter (being literally one meter away). After ordering (I repeat, excellent food) and starting to eat, the empty plates were taken away very quickly (appreciable) but without asking permission. Subsequently when it was asked (to my partner who had finished the main course) despite having received a "yes" as an answer (not being Italian) the waitress asked again abruptly and with an altered voice "can I?" (referring to the empty plate), to which it was repeated again yes (note that the tables are very close and several customers have caught the scene). A very rude behavior, which we preferred not to follow up by pointing out. When paying, the bill was asked at the table from the same waitress who, after a good fifteen minutes, still hadn't brought it. Asking another again we paid and left (I read a similar problem in another review to which the owner replied that most people pay at the counter: I reply that if you are asked for the bill at the table and the waiter replies in the affirmative you pay at the table without much fuss to justify the possible forgetfulness). 27/01/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant during our trip to Sardinia, and it was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards children, which made the experience even better for our family. The food was exceptional—both the pizza and pasta dishes were outstanding, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Overall, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Teodoro!

12/10/2024: We had a lovely meal here on a Thursday evening in October. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ate inside as it was windy and a little chilly outside. The decor is simple but authentic. There is a large wood-fired pizza oven in one corner so that made it extra cozy. We had very nice food including pizzas and baked cod. We had our 15 month granddaughter with us and they looked after her very well. We also had a gorgeous bottle of Cagnulari red wine (make sure you get it at room temperature and not from fridge). Finished off with some tiramisù. All in all a nice experience.
