The resort is enchanting, with its super-clean pools and cozy, air-conditioned rooms, not to mention the always helpful and friendly manager. This is a truly relaxing vacation. You deserve 5 stars. 27/08/2025: This is my second time staying here, and it's always a great experience! Excellent and strategic location, located in San Teodoro but surrounded by greenery and tranquility, 1 km from the main La Cinta beach. Clean studios overlooking the pool, which is a real treat if you just want to relax in the residence one day. Mr. Paolo and the staff are always available for anything. We had problems renting a car at the airport, but Mr. Paolo was willing to call a nearby rental car for us, and we had our car back within an hour.

03/07/2025: Excellent fried fish! We first ordered what we wanted to fry at the fresh fish counter, then we sat outside (picnic-style tables) and waited for dinner.

02/07/2025: The rudeness and discourtesy of the owner unique in all of San Teodoro. It seems like you are doing him a favor by buying. Annoyed even when asked. Terrible experience. Never again! And if tourists are "a problem" reopen after the season!!!

18/08/2025: Clean room, friendly staff, Stella at the info point is absolutely fantastic. We booked a boat tour and it was fantastic. We also booked the rental car in advance through Stella, and everything went smoothly. The beach is quite small and narrow, but there is a shuttle bus to the other beaches and into San Teodoro. The pool is super clean.

16/08/2025: A thoroughly recommendable hotel – very well managed, well organized, and impeccable. Our room was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and had a small terrace. The entire complex is very well-maintained and located directly on the beach, truly exceptional. The pool area by the sea is also a highlight: pleasantly quiet, never crowded, with plenty of loungers; more shaded areas would be a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. A particularly nice touch: having breakfast outside in the morning sun with a view of the beach and sea is fantastic! The bar by the sea is inexpensive, offers a wide selection of ice cream, snacks, and drinks, and is also popular with guests from neighboring beaches. The hotel's private beach is small but very beautiful. La Cinta (in the middle, a short walk away) was very nice for us, especially pleasantly quiet in the mornings; it gets very busy from around 1 p.m. onwards. "Very nice, well-maintained hotel directly on the beach with a great breakfast, sea views, and extremely friendly staff – highly recommended!"

22/07/2025: Excellent appetizers and desserts of the day

16/07/2025: Good food (but it was our first day in town, so the whole “Hg” convention for the “catch of the day” meant that we splashed out a very unexpected €70 just for two tiny portions of sea bass - albeit a very nicely cooked one!) Nice service.

30/08/2025: There were six of us dining. The food was good and arrived quickly, after about 10 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this positive impression was seriously tarnished: When we went to pay, a service charge was added to the bill. I was okay with that. The waiter then brought the change without saying a word. When we counted, we realized that 10 euros were simply missing. This isn't a customary tip, but rather a blatant scam. A tip is given voluntarily for good service; it's not something that's simply kept silently. Of course, it was our fault for not complaining immediately... We felt ripped off and cheated. That's not how you win regular customers. It's a real shame about the otherwise good food.

30/08/2025: A restaurant that needs no introduction. Dinner with friends. We ordered raw seafood appetizers, sea bream carpaccio, and gratinated mussels, and for our first course, we ordered paccheri with fresh fish. Our request was granted by the waiter, who, five minutes later, showed up at the table with two beautiful grouper fish. The paccheri were out of this world and incredibly generous. The service was professional; Gianni served us and recommended us. The fresh fish, drinks, service, and quality of the food served at this dinner were perfectly in line with the final bill for the evening. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a guarantee. P.S.: One negative aspect of the evening was the heat; more air conditioning would be needed to cool the slightly more covered areas of the restaurant.

07/08/2025: Beautiful place! Stunning view, excellent menu, and excellent service! There's a wide selection, and the waiters were all kind and helpful. We even found gluten-free pizza... After a day at the beach... a perfect ending!

04/08/2025: The magic of this place is fantastic, my family and I felt truly pampered by the kind staff and the fairytale location.

20/08/2025: If you want to eat meat... This is the place! The quality is top notch... never eaten before! We ordered two portions of suckling pig... superb... perfectly cooked! We also ordered some steaks at the table... so tender! Absolutely worth trying!! Sorry, there are no photos... because we ate everything! 😂

12/08/2025: We had beef, pork sausage, and mixed pork grilled. Everything was delicious. Plus the portions are bigger than the places in the region. The wine from the house also is worth to be tested.
