07/05/2026: "Mare e terra in tavola" was a thin soup in which you had to search for mussels and shrimp. Toasted garlic bread wasn't even included. All this for the exorbitant price of 26 euros. "Frittura crunch shardana" was so greasy that the napkin underneath was swimming in grease. Even deep-fried dishes can be prepared better.

14/06/2026: I returned to this restaurant after a few years, where I'd always enjoyed it, but unfortunately this year I had a bad experience. Besides the extremely high prices, starting with the €3.50 cover charge and the filtered Aquamea at €3 a liter, I ordered the gluten-free pizza, which, unfortunately, was terrible. The first one arrived half-frozen (the dough is frozen, and they add the toppings when you order). They remade it for me, but even the terrible one, which I ate only because I was hungry. And they charged me for both! Then I ordered a typical Sardinian dessert from Alghero, crema catalana, but they brought me a dessert that had nothing to do with the classic recipe... and on top of that, it was frozen, and I paid €7. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is friendly, but I don't think I'll be returning.

17/07/2026: I've been there twice already, and I can definitely say I'll be back! The staff is fantastic: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The food? Simply delicious! Today, however, my stomach decided to play food critic for me. 😅 I was feeling a bit unwell, and the waiter, along with the kitchen staff, was kind enough to stop the preparation of my next course. A truly thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. My boyfriend, on the other hand, enjoyed every last bite! I can't wait for my day off so I can go back and finally eat that dish I chose... this time, I hope without any protests from my stomach! 😂 Thank you again for your kindness, and see you soon!

02/11/2025: A decent beach bar on a great beach. Everything is good and reasonably priced. It's worth noting that it's still open at the end of October, in the off-season. Definitely worth a visit.

11/08/2026: The pizzas are really good, while the fish-based first courses and second courses aren't that great. We had the pasta with scampi, and it was a small portion with two scampi, which were really small. The grilled fish was tough, and the quantity was too small for the price. We had to wait an hour after ordering for the food to arrive. Conclusion: I recommend this pizzeria.

29/06/2026: Dinner at Su Cuile was a great experience, both for the food and the hospitality. The calamari in olive sauce was truly excellent, very fresh, and the flavors beautifully combined. Among the first courses, the culurgiones with bottarga and pesto were interesting and well-balanced. The paccheri with ragù were also delicious. The pasta alla carlofortina was a wonderful discovery, with a bold and unusual flavor. Desserts were worthy: well-made crème brûlée, a smooth and very drinkable rum baba, and a pleasant but not heavy cheesecake. We finished with a myrtle liqueur. Special mention goes to the kind and very friendly owner: he let us dine even though he was practically closing after a late lunch service, managing everything himself in the kitchen. A gesture that makes all the difference.

12/06/2026: The snails, tripe, and seadas were also excellent, and we had a great lunch accompanied by the house wine!
