30/09/2023: My wife and I can't speak highly enough about 5Sensi. The food was perfect every time we visited and we went 3 times in one week. Maria looked after our every need so a big thank you to her. All the staff were polite and friendly. On our last evening it rained so hard the owner got his car and drove us back to our hotel. The location is brilliant with a view into the marina. Beautiful. Thank you all in helping to make our break special.

13/10/2023: We were looking for a restaurant with typical specialties, the menu offers a multiple choice, very pretty decor, an incredible view, overlooking the port of Ottiolu, very good quality of products and very courteous waiters, I recommend it.

01/10/2023: We were very disappointed in the quality of food at this restaurant. Having read some very good reviews it was high on our list of places to eat in Porto Ottiolu. There wasn’t much atmosphere, but it was obviously a quiet night, we sat in a window seat with a lovely view of the port. The food seemed ok at first, I had a mix of gambas and calamari, with chips. The calamari was average, the chips tasted like they’d come out of the freezer into the deep fat fryer. I had 4 prawns, 3 of which were inedible, they were black and not fit to be served. I told the waiter that I couldn’t eat them, but I was still billed for the whole meal. When questioned, the waiter said that I should expect that of prawns, because that’s how they are! There was no apology, it just seemed like they didn’t care.

31/03/2024: Pizza was great! And the prices... 4 euro for one Margherita, very good prices.

29/02/2024: We ordered 3 pizzas (takeaway and we made the mistake of not checking what was in the box) none of them were what was written on the menu! We thought we'd try them, but to our great disappointment it didn't taste good, and by the way, one of them was cold and looked like it had been slapped on it would be the prerequisite! By the way, they only speak English, so if you don't know Italian, it's a bit difficult to communicate with them :(

17/03/2024: Terrible experience! Ordered two inedible pizzas, rude staff. Left disappointed and with an empty stomach!! I absolutely don't recommend.

05/04/2024: wonderful backdrop, on the long sandy beach of Budoni. Easily accessible by car, also good for a detour from the motorway. If the ferry / plane arrives early in Olbia, this is our place for the first coffee on the island. And of course the coffee is delicious...

11/11/2023: No pizza, only paninis and salad. A very small salad for €7; not worth it. On top of that it was served in a plastic take-away container and with plastic cutlery. Service was unfriendly (and it wasn't even busy). Half of the terrace smelled like (cat?)poop, inside there was a terrible odour of sweat...

05/09/2023: Non capisco come sia possibile recensire questo posto con apprezzamenti sul cibo. Ok il personale gentile, quello sì, ma i piatti che abbiamo preso erano veramente scarsi. Fregole che nelle foto qui pubblicate sembrano buone, ma in realtà erano scotte e con un sugo di pomodoro di bassissima qualità con pesce surgelato gommoso e cozze sicuramente di provenienza dal mercato estero. Mi chiedo se chi sta in cucina ha mai provato quello che manda ai tavoli.

05/09/2023: Ottimo ristorante, personale gentilissimo, posizione eccellente. Possibilità di sostare con il camper all’interno di una loro area dedicata.

22/01/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato nel fantastico Agriturismo ad Agosto 2023. Il proprietario è stato fin da subito gentilissimo e disponibile nel darci indicazioni su quali spiagge visitare o quali ristoranti tipici prenotare durante il soggiorno (ringraziamo anche per l’ombrellone prestato, vista la difficoltà di portarlo in moto durante il viaggio). La colazione sempre perfetta, con prodotti tipici dolci o salati. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per un saluto!

21/01/2024: Questo posto è semplicemente magico! Il ristorante è immerso in un uliveto secolare e l'atmosfera di sera è assolutamente spettacolare. È stato tutto fantastico, dal cibo, al servizio, alla location. Molto bello il fatto che tra i primi e i secondi si fa una pausa di circa 20 minuti in cui si può andare a vedere il porceddu cuocere sul fuoco e gustare un vino offerto da loro. A fine pasto ci hanno offerto il mirto e altri liquori. Che dire, da ritornare di certo. I 50 euro del menu valgono assolutamente la pena.

26/09/2023: Arrivati tardi ad Olbia avevano fame e ci siamo fermati nel primo posto illuminato nei pressi del nostro hotel, erano le 22 passate di un l’anonimo giorno di fine settembre ed ero già pronto a sentirmi dire che la cucina sarebbe stata chiusa invece ci hanno accolti e la cena è stata decisamente più gustosa di quanto mi aspettassi: cozze cotte divinamente (nel 90% dei locali le servono stracotte o peggio ancora precotte), pasta al dente e super ricca di ottimo pesce, porzioni generose e considerando la quantità e qualità ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

07/09/2023: Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione. Ci hanno accolti con un bel sorriso e ci hanno dato un tavolo esterno con vista sul tramonto. Abbiamo mangiato culurgiones e fregola di mare che definirei eccellenti, prosciutto del Gennargentu (che, senza offendere nessuno, non ha nulla da invidiare ai migliori Parma e San Daniele!) e pecorino alla piastra con miele, frittura di pesce deliziosa e tiramisù al pistacchio. Tutto da 10 e lode! Per concludere mirto e grappa "filo di ferro" artigianali. Alessia si é occupata di noi con grande premura e Abramo ci ha raccontato la storia dell'origine del nome che viene dato alla grappa locale. Cosa si può volere di più? Cibo delizioso, servizio impeccabile e "story telling". Se siete in zona dovete assolutamente provarlo!

05/10/2023: Abbiamo passato una bella serata in un‘atmosfera speciale. Il ristorante è situato in un posto molto favorevole nel porto di Ottiolu. Il mangiare era buonissimo, sia la pizza sia il menu. Lo staff è attento e gentile, ci si trova bene alla Risacca!

31/03/2024: Very nice place, especially the rustic themed room, and with a decent internal car park. The themed plates on which they serve the various traditional Sardinian dishes are beautiful, very tasty and with more than sufficient portions. The staff were very courteous and kind and the prices were average for the place. I hope to return to try other dishes.
