18/09/2025: A well-maintained establishment with a wide selection of pastries and traditional products. Recommended for a good breakfast: the croissants are made in-house (a rare treat in the area), and they're delicious, as is the cappuccino we paired them with. The Sardinian desserts were also excellently prepared; everything looked great and tasted true to tradition. After trying the gelato, we can give them full marks: especially the flavors that evoke traditional Sardinian flavors, truly delicious and creamy. One small complaint: service was slow given the influx of customers, which could certainly have been managed more quickly.

05/10/2025: Fall 2025 holidays, we ate wonderfully...the culurgioni in sheep broth (sheep is in the filling) and the tortelli with sheep's ricotta, butter, and sage were spectacular...everything was mouth-watering. The atmosphere was very refined, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and very professional. Thank you...I highly recommend the experience.

04/10/2025: The staff was exceptionally friendly, and they pointed out that they didn't serve fish or pizza and showed us their menu. Even for me, a vegetarian, there was great pasta and delicious vegetables. My husband had excellent meat with it, and the dessert was excellent, as was the wine. Highly recommended; many locals eat there. The prices are reasonable. Great atmosphere

01/10/2025: Fantastic, bombastico. Discovered by chance on a side street. When we arrived, the only people there had just gotten up, so we were the only ones there. I wonder why. The chef is a master. Wonderful pork, cooked to perfection and superbly flavorful. Perfect. My wife had pasta with duck. A poem. For dessert, there was nougat parfait and ricotta with lemon ice cream... heavenly. I wonder why other restaurants we passed were more busy. It probably always has to be pizza or schnitzel 🙁 We were completely thrilled and would recommend a visit to anyone who happens to be there. It's 110% worth it. The waiters were also extremely attentive and always had a smile on their faces... 10 out of 5 stars from us.

12/10/2025: The pizzas are exceptional in terms of flavor and toppings. Exceptional calamari, fabulous Culurgiones d'Ogliastra, never tasted anything so good, and I'm Sardinian! Superb semifreddo with walnuts, figs, and honey. Excellent value. Everything was served promptly, with professionalism and a friendly smile by Cinzia. Kudos to the manager of Pappa e Fui for the organization and for the unique and delicious dishes. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tortolì and the surrounding area... but I'd also pop over from the regional capital Cagliari for a tasty weekend!

05/10/2025: Super delicious pizza—gluten-free too! We visited the restaurant on two days because the pizza was really good. The gluten-free pizza, in particular, is one of the best we've ever eaten. Simply delicious crust. For dessert, there was also gluten-free tiramisu. The quality of the gluten-free dishes is probably due to a family member with celiac disease; a blessing for those who have to follow this very strict diet!

11/09/2025: We discovered the restaurant "Trattoria Da Angelo" through Google reviews. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the proprietor, who speaks excellent German. The menu, which is available online via QR code in German, among other languages, offered a wide variety of dishes. The proprietor recommended the typical Sardinian culurgiones, which we shared as a starter. Delicious!!! The main courses, consisting of pizza and eggplant casserole, were also delicious. The value for money was/is very good. The restaurant was clean, stylishly decorated, and created a pleasant atmosphere, which was enhanced by the friendliness of the proprietor and staff. We have rarely experienced such hospitality. When we say "arrived as strangers, left as friends," it is absolutely true. We wish the proprietor, his family, and the staff all the best for the future!☺️☺️ Sabine & Stephan

07/10/2025: This restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, and unlike other restaurants, it's open during unusual hours, including in the afternoon. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very generous and delicious, prepared fresh and quickly. The pizza with fresh tuna and stracciatella is a hidden gem. The restrooms are very nice and clean.

13/10/2025: During our 9 day trip to the Girosole area in Sardinia, we ate here twice. The Frutti di Mare was exellent, and big enough to share. The beef and the sheep entres were so delicious - we ordered the roasted veggies on the side. The very friendly waitress helped us with the red wine selection- 10 out of 10!

01/10/2025: The evening spent at SA BUTTEGA was just fantastic! We were greeted by a waitress who surprised us with her kindness but also with her perfect French! She was very helpful and gave very good advice on the dishes (go for the Fregula it's delicious). The food is just excellent and the prices are very affordable, absolutely nothing negative to say, go there with your eyes closed you will not be disappointed!!!!

12/09/2025: With my boyfriend we came to dine here 2 nights in a row, 140€ for EXCELLENT fresh fish/seafood meals, then 61€ for pizzas and dessert , drinks included. Very nice, smiling, caring and serene English-speaking staff. 70' to 2000's folk/rock quiet music. Luminous patio and outdoor tables. Quiet ambiance. Totally recommend.

26/09/2025: It's a small but perfectly formed hotel ideal for us motorcyclists. There's ample parking for car trailers and motorcycles. The staff was friendly, accommodating, the rooms clean, and the pool nice. All in all, perfect. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the lovely time.

15/10/2025: We travel to Italy frequently and truly love authentic Italian cuisine and gastronomy. It’s rare for us to be disappointed — but unfortunately, La Baia managed to do so. Although the waitresses were friendly and attentive, both the ambiance and the quality of the food left much to be desired. Ambiance: The restaurant is so brightly lit that it completely lacks atmosphere. The lighting is comparable to that of a budget supermarket. Combined with two TV screens showing the news, it makes you wonder whether this is a place to enjoy a pleasant evening out or just a quick bite while catching up on current events. Food: We ordered four different dishes. The fried seafood mainly consisted of small shrimps, sardines, and squid — all rather bland, and the squid was tough. The pizza was underbaked and lacked crispness. The homemade pasta was fine, but the sauce was disappointingly flavorless. The grilled beef was decent. As side dishes, we ordered French fries and grilled vegetables; the vegetables were overcooked and had lost their grilled character. I rarely write restaurant reviews, even when I’m not completely satisfied. However, in this case, I genuinely want to advise others not to visit La Baia. It simply does not meet (Italian) standards

13/10/2025: The food was excellent, and the restaurant was almost full every day, even in October. The staff was accommodating even though we hadn't made a reservation. Reservations are probably required in the summer, given the October crowds.
