29/08/2023: For information I'm Domenico from pasticciotti so they recognize me in this pastry shop which has been 10 ⭐️ friendly and kind in particular I had the pleasure of meeting Gianni I've been going for 2 years and it's all to say the least exceptional and delicious from fresh to dry pastries , the cakes and to order the legendary pasticciotti of a goodness that cannot really be written at 🔝🔝🔝 highly recommended go there to try I now think I can no longer do without it, I'm coming from Monza Brianza and I'm stocking up for a while of dry almond pastries and pasticciotti are delicious. 🔝🔝🔝 GOOD GOOD GOOD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

07/04/2024: Absolutely forgettable experience..."pseudo" arrogant and rude waitress, starting from the assumption that the customer is always "right" even when he isn't there... instead of trying to help a large table in managing the you order totally online, she replies "get up and take everyone's reservation 😳" dearest waitress, if I had wanted to be a waitress I would have stayed calmly at my house like I do every day. Not to mention the sticky and very salty pizzas, and an exhausting wait.🥵I'm sorry for you but you really don't know what to do with customers, take some Galateo courses. Happy update! To never again! I'm sorry to contradict you but I have been working in the same sector for 12 years and I can guarantee you that despite the absurd requests and rudeness I always try to keep calm and please the customer, don't speak if he doesn't know, thank you! 01/10/2023: Buona qualità del cibo, prezzi elevatissimi. TROPPO CARO. Personale scortese. Hanno sbagliato gli straccetti: richiesti con solo grana, MA FATTI CON GRANA E RUCOLA. La titolare interpellata dai cuochi che avevano rimediato togliendo la rucola da spra, risponde sgorbuticamente, dopo avergli fatto notare la comanda dove era indicata senza rucola, ora che faccio li butto? Ma a me cosa interessa cosa ne fai, hai sbagliato la comanda, potrei anche essere intollerante o può non piacermi il retrogusto. Il problema è tuo. Non puoi solo togliere la rucola da sopra, vanno rifatti. Solo dopo insistenze sono stati rifatti.

21/09/2023: Terrible experience. I asked if it was possible to have a first course without garlic. After the first hesitations they said yes. My fellow diners order pizzas and my son a plate of plain pasta. Everything arrives but not my dish. When everyone had finished eating what I had ordered arrived but the pasta had been cooked without salt. I turned to the waiter who simply replied... what can I do? I'll bring you some fine salt. To which I pointed out that it wasn't steak but pasta and fine salt wasn't possible. He replied that he would send me the head waiter... who arrives after about 15 minutes. And the dish is always at the table. She also told me there was nothing she could do about it and that she would bring some salt. I asked if it could be done again but in a rude, rude and rude manner she told me that the dish had been made without garlic for me... despite the fact that I tried to make her understand that without garlic and without salt were two different things... she started to say not to cause controversy and that I had to end it there. At that point I got up and at the checkout, paying what was due, I explained what had happened. Instead of continuing to do her job, which is also painful, the manager stopped and intervened, saying that I hadn't had patience. The only positive thing...the cashier agreed with me and didn't make me pay for my first one. Result...I remained fasting. It would have been enough right away instead of bringing me salt...to redo the dish. Really bad service to review everything.

14/01/2024: Difficile trovare un accoglienza da parte del personale così.. attenti ad ogni piccola esigenza del cliente. Sempre super gentili e disponibili. Cibo ottimo, tutto saporito e cucinato come da tradizione! Un ottimo posto dove passare una domenica in famiglia, mentre i bimbi si divertono tra la natura e l'animazione.
