20/01/2024: We definitely dine here a couple of times during the summer. This restaurant, seemingly inconspicuous from the road, serves very tasty and unique cuisine. There is a certain elaboration of dishes, which is what attracts us. Especially delicious grilled cuttlefish, a mix of appetizers. In general, everything is good and pleasant.

05/11/2023: Mi sono recata presso questo locale con amici ed il mio cagnolino, nonché un barboncino nano oltretutto tranquillissimo, sono stata accolta in pessimo modo dal proprietario, per poi essere sbattuta fuori in quanto non accettava il mio cane! Mi ha anche chiesto di chiuderlo in macchina per tutta la durata del pranzo! Sono basita per la chiusura mentale che si ha ancora nel 2024 verso gli animali… nessuna sensibilità… si dovrebbe provare vergogna soltanto a pensarle alcune cose! Inoltre, il ristorante, non presentava alcun cartello con divieto di entrata per cani! Ovviamente posto in cui non andrò mai più e certamente non farò buona pubblicità!

16/09/2023: Nell'intreccio di miseria e nobiltà, degrado, meraviglia e bellezza pura che mi ha fatto innamorare di Manduria, qui siamo sul versante meraviglia e bellezza pura. Un palazzo in pietra chiara di forme cinquecentesche si erge, come un oasi esclusiva, appena discosto dal chiasso delle piazze principali. Si entra in un ampio salone a piano terra ornato da magnifici peducci scolpiti e si viene accompagnati su una stupenda terrazza illuminata dal basso a valorizzare le forme pulite e le splendide decorazioni dell'antico edificio. Il servizio, come si addice al luogo, è molto formale, accurato e attento, perfettamente sincronizzato, anche se un pochino freddo perché qualche parola in più con i clienti, o per spiegare i piatti, non guasterebbe. I piatti sono davvero all'altezza: e abbinano in maniera mirabile la tradizione locale, i gusti "esotici" e l'innovazione. Quel tagliolino tacchino e rucola è tra le paste più buone che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Coraggioso anche inserire nel menu rari e forti gusti locali, ottimamente proposti e cucinati, come gli gnumarieddi, che sarebbe bello raccontare di più a chi non li conosce. Tutta questa meraviglia a un prezzo molto più basso di quanto mi aspettassi: poco più di 100 euro in due. Davvero superlativo. Complimenti.

02/01/2024: We stayed in the hotel the first 10 days of August 2023, an amazing place! Suitable for families and couples who want to disconnect from everyday work! The rooms are not very large, but for a shower and for sleeping they are excellent. Cleanliness is excellent! The staff is a blast! Every request is welcome and they do everything to please customers. The food is delicious, plentiful and well looked after! In terms of quality/price, they are excellent. There is no swimming pool, it's not worth it as the sea is a dream! Certainly not for those looking for nightlife! San Pietro in Bevagna is a small town, but one of the few where it is closed to traffic and entirely walkable in the evening. We are ready to return next year too since we were satisfied! We thank all the staff!

28/09/2023: The location close to the sea is crazy, but what is striking is the kindness of all the staff (Cristian, Biagio, Pietro, Simona, Valentina...). Furthermore, at the hotel restaurant, the food is plentiful and of excellent quality. We felt at home, thank you!
