14/02/2026: I'm sorry, but since we came for a bit of relaxation on Valentine's Day, my husband and I were a bit disappointed with the spa experience. Considering the price and the location, it didn't live up to our expectations. The place was clean, small, but well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there were two things that really didn't work: there was a very loud couple with us who talked loudly the entire time. We told them twice to keep their voices down, but, being rude as they were, they started talking again after two seconds. There should be more supervision in this regard, as it's a place of relaxation. The second, even more serious, thing that didn't work was this: you can't pay a significant fee and end up leaving with wet hair because there wasn't a working hair dryer. We were told it was because they had overheated due to high consumption on that particular day, but that can't be a problem for the customers since we didn't pay less on that day than on other days. I'm sorry, but we're disappointed.

19/01/2026: Despite the good quality of the products, the service from one of the employees was extremely derogatory and made my mother and I very uncomfortable. We had ordered pizzas, and when we went to pick them up, despite our reservation, she apologized to everyone because we "walked past," making us look terrible and intimidating for no apparent reason. While we were satisfied with the pizzas, after such treatment, we can't expect to return.

09/03/2026: DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I'll start by saying that this isn't my first time eating here, but I've always had a pretty good experience so far, but yesterday was my last. I called a couple of weeks ago to ask if they were organizing a DJ night for March 8th and they told me it would be an a la carte menu, so I made a reservation. As soon as we arrived, it was clear that there was no music or DJ; in fact, the TV channel was even playing a football match. I pointed this out to one of the waiters, who told me they never organize DJ nights and couldn't understand how they could have given me this false information. We decided to ignore this poor organization and enjoy each other's company. When it was time to order, and since I have allergies to certain foods, I asked one of the waiters what ingredients were in the dish I'd chosen, and he gave me a cursory explanation that was completely different from what the dish actually was. In fact, when the dish arrived, I pointed out his mistake and, having already waited too long, asked if he could make me a pizza with the ingredients I could eat. Shortly afterward, the waiter returned and confirmed that he'd misdescribed the dish and told me that they'd run out of the essential pizza ingredient. Desperate, I decided to make myself a dish that, frankly, I could have easily eaten at home. To top it off, towards the end of our meal, the waiter, who had to write him a registered letter to get his attention sooner, kept asking us if he could take our dishes away or if we wanted anything else, almost as if he wanted to literally throw us out of the restaurant because it was clear he wanted to go home. I'd say that after this awful, terrible experience, we'll never set foot in there again.

22/02/2026: Four of us went to this pizzeria on Saturday evening, with a reservation for 9:00 PM (the time they had given us directly over the phone). Despite the reservation, we waited an hour and a half before being served. A decidedly excessive wait, especially when you respect the time assigned by the restaurant. When it was time to pay, the cashier/owner was having trouble with the POS for some tables upstairs. I smiled and joked, "That's why we waited so long for the pizzas :)." Her response was, "Enough, everyone's telling me the same thing," in an annoyed and rude tone. She then reiterated that it's Saturday night and it's normal to wait an hour and a half, adding that all pizzerias make you wait that long, and if everyone shows up at the same time, what do you expect? Such an attitude is unacceptable. This is not how you treat a customer. The problem isn't just the wait, but above all the attitude: no apology, no attention, just irritated responses. In other places, one would have apologized and perhaps even tried to make up for it with a gesture of courtesy, even just offering a liqueur. A negative experience, not so much for the delay itself, but for the total lack of professionalism and respect.

22/02/2026: Terrible experience! Arrogant, rude, presumptuous! We waited 2 hours just for pizzas, repeating over and over that we were leaving! On top of that, they served other tables before ours. No way, we didn't even get an apology. In the end, we decided to leave, and they even kicked us out! They'll never see us again!

01/10/2025: Pizza just the way we like it, well-cooked and served with kindness. We'll definitely be back. A quiet place with a relaxed atmosphere.

30/08/2025: We arrive and find the table outside with wet chairs, risking a downpour. I expected to receive a notice from the restaurant informing me that the only tables available were outside; I could have chosen another table since we also have a pregnant woman in the group. After politely and kindly informing the restaurant, the curly-haired waitress rudely informs me that she can find me a table inside without making a fuss. I didn't make any fuss; I simply asked to be seated inside for the safety of the pregnant woman as well. Until the situation improves, I won't be returning.

15/03/2026: The food is excellent, both Roman and classic Italian, from appetizers to homemade desserts. I confirm after a year, everything is excellent.

13/03/2026: My partner and I had dinner here and had a wonderful time! We had a lovely plate of beans and pork rind, a lovely plate of troccoli alla Gricia, and for dessert, a deconstructed berry cheesecake with mascarpone (not cream!). Everything was excellent, from the food, to the service, to the value for money. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! The second time we dined, we had a Roman-style appetizer (tripe, beans and pork rind, porchetta di Ariccia, supplì, potato croquettes, and artichokes alla Giudìa); then we went for the main courses (oxtail stew and lamb chops with baked potatoes). For dessert, we had an excellent tiramisu with freshly made espresso. All in all, top marks!

12/10/2025: For a pizzeria in Urbino, the food is excellent, the wait times are very short, and the prices are incredibly affordable. You can eat inside or outside. Takeout is also available by calling. The staff is extremely friendly and always available.
