07/01/2025: Abbiamo organizzato il pranzo per il battesimo di nostro figlio presso questa struttura. Marianna ci ha supportato al meglio in tutta l’organizzazione e nella scelta del menù, oltre ad essere venuta incontro alle nostre richieste per l’allestimento. La vera chicca è la cucina. Tutti piatti ottimi, ricercati e con prodotti di qualità. Ottima anche la carta dei vini. Servizio impeccabile ed attentissimo a tutte le eventuali allergie o intolleranze.
Si vede che dietro c’è tanto studio e preparazione e nulla è improvvisato.
È assolutamente consigliato!!!
22/12/2024: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno presso questo ristorante . Sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Servizio impeccabile, cucina squisita sia nei piatti di terra che di mare, ambiente curato nei particolari ed addobbato in occasione delle festività natalizie. Lo consiglio sia per un banchetto sia per un pasto alla carta.

A splendid evening was spent at La Cavallerizza in Ginosa, on the occasion of the “Guest a tutto Gin” event. A lively and refined atmosphere, made special by the mastery of Emanuele Russo, who took us on a journey with gins inspired by the aromas and flavors of the Caribbean, mixed with passion and expertise.
What made the experience even more pleasant was Alessandro Sorino's music: a refined, warm and enveloping background, strictly in vinyl, capable of elegantly accompanying every sip.
Thanks also go to Giuseppe, the host, for his sincere hospitality and warm welcome. A place to live, an event to remember. Well done everyone!

29/03/2025: Terrible service. Biblical expectations entered at 9.30pm, pizza received at 11.30pm. An abnormal amount of chips. I understand Saturday evenings but a much better organization would be needed compared to the previous management. Pizzas burnt all on the edges. I haven't been there since this summer but the problems are still there 🆘😪. I don't know, we'll see the bill soon 🤐🤐🤐
05/01/2025: We happened upon it by chance and also at the last moment but, we were welcomed and pampered until our departure, by Angelo (the owner) who showed us the beauties, the flavors and the history of his land. Splendid structure, convenient parking just outside the city but, we like it that way, excellent food in the restaurant/pizzeria with wood oven inside the structure, more comfortable than this 😋🤗

01/06/2025: Despite the awareness of the difficulties in the restaurant sector, we would have expected more attention, considering the high prices. The mussels pepper was good, but the first courses (mussels and clams) arrived without clams, in small portions and very salty. After reporting it, we asked for two salads from the menu, which however were not available. The staff showed obvious annoyance and we decided to leave. A constructive criticism, with the hope that it will serve to improve.
04/05/2025: Stopped because everything was closed on Sunday evening, welcoming and friendly staff, good food, modern location and excellent dishes both in presentation and quality. Advised.

01/06/2025: I never give a one-star review, but this place deserves even less. We arrive, it's hot, it's June 1st, we see seats outside. We ask for a table outside... "we don't set up outside"... We sit inside. Hot. We order, wine and chips arrive immediately. More people arrive.... Can we sit outside?... The seats are set... Even though the seats inside are still free. The waiter arrives, we ask, but can we sit outside? No... We made an exception... In the meantime, exceptions become the constant. IS THIS THE END?!?! ... Noooo... People arrive... Take-away pizzas that go away... People served... Always the ones from outside... After more than an hour... Not even a pizza. After yet another person gets a seat outside.... We get up and go pay to leave.... And we discover that our pizza order had been forgotten... The owner... Gives me the bill... Full... Of chips, wine and a WARMING COVER CHARGE.... NOT EVEN A SIGN OF APOLOGY.
A PLACE NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED, FOR IMMENS INCOMPETENCE AND CUSTOMER CARE.
I BELIEVE THAT MY EUROS ARE THE SAME AS THE PRIVILEGED ONES WHO ENJOYED A BEAUTIFUL EVENING OUTSIDE AND WERE SERVED BEFORE ME.
01/05/2025: We arrived at 7pm, the restaurant was empty and they told us, that they will start at 8pm. When we arrived at 8pm, they told us that they are full and that we must come at 9pm. I got the feeling that non-Italian tourists are not welcome here.
