Wonderful discovery this morning before heading to the beach while passing through Ginosa. My partner and I stopped in for a quick breakfast, but we found our summer hangout. Carafa Caffè in Ginosa has an exceptional selection of artisanal croissants. I'll share one with you in a photo, but there's truly something for everyone, and besides being beautiful, they're delicious and high-quality. The staff is truly friendly and professional, something hard to find. A happy note for us newspaper-loving types: here, in addition to local papers, you can also find the sports newspaper, which is hard to find in any other bar in Ginosa. We'll definitely be back to try their special aperitivos. Sunday started off well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this delightful little oasis, where I felt pampered. The specialties offered were delicious, high-quality, and meticulously crafted! I thoroughly enjoyed the aperitif, accompanied by focaccia, meatballs, and bruschetta...in short, everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive! Fair and fair prices! I highly recommend it to everyone!
