The best gluten-free pasticciotto I've ever eaten!
The pastry shop is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the workroom is open to the public.
And many gluten-free products.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
07/09/2025: We purposely went to this pastry shop to try their pasticciotti, and I must say we weren't disappointed! They were delicious. The staff was incredibly kind, even though they were closing, and they served us. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: I hadn't been back to this restaurant in a while, even though I had fond memories of it. Yesterday I decided to return, and I was even more thrilled. My husband and I ordered raw seafood (very fresh and delicate), a first course: pasta with sea urchins and red prawns (a delight for the palate, exquisite, fruity, and creamy), a fried prawn and calamari dish (equally delicious, golden brown and not rubbery), and a peach sorbet (delicious and delicate).
The staff and owner were very kind and helpful. The location was welcoming, elegant, and intimate. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: At Conte Cavour we had pizza; it had been recommended, but unfortunately, we found it quite tough.
Personally, I had trouble cutting and chewing it.
Nothing inedible; we definitely would have preferred a softer crust.
In any case, the place is very beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
We'll probably return and try their specialties.

Personally, I had trouble cutting and chewing it.
Nothing inedible; we definitely would have preferred a softer crust.
In any case, the place is very beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
We'll probably return and try their specialties.

22/10/2025: We went on Saturday evening with some friends and delighted our palates with the pizzas... Truly excellent and, above all, easy to digest... Very light... Congratulations, truly excellent.

09/09/2025: We went to the Madonna dell'Iconella Festival thinking there would be a "party" and therefore food, but it was just a procession with the statue and some beautiful fireworks. 😅 So, hungry, we tried to find a few places downtown and stumbled upon this lovely place.
And what luck! We ate fried food, pizza, pinsa, and excellent meat! So every cloud has a silver lining! If you're passing through, definitely come here!

07/09/2025: We celebrated our baby's baptism here, and it was a perfect choice. The food was truly excellent; all our guests appreciated the quality and variety of the dishes. The waiters were kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need, helping make the day even more enjoyable. A special thank you also for the cake: not only delicious, but even more beautiful than the one I sent as a sample! We were truly satisfied and I recommend this masseria to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept place with impeccable service.
07/09/2025: We chose this restaurant for our son's baptism and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and always available. The dishes were all excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients.

09/06/2025: We had our wedding reception in this estate, perfect in every way. Kind and always available staff, fantastic and impeccable cuisine in all the service. Praiseworthy Michele and Marta who make you feel at home from the first moment, always available and ready to listen to every little request.
5 stars are too few for the service received. Highly recommended, thanks again for everything.

05/10/2025: I'm sorry to say this, but compared to a few years ago, the quality of pizza has significantly declined. Lately, I've always found pizza with very dry, thin dough, and very little sauce and even less mozzarella. I hope this review helps us improve, because Verlaine pizza used to be a guarantee of excellence.

Poor-quality products, definitely handed over to us from some table. Absolutely not. Raw, low-quality food. No respect for those who work and spend money on food!!!

16/08/2025: Craving Chinese cuisine and with practically no choice in the area, we tried a few dishes from this all-you-eat Chinese/sushi restaurant, but unfortunately we were disappointed: burnt rice noodles and tasteless soy and rice noodles with prawns.
15/08/2025: The sushi was decent except that I found some hairs of DUBIATE origin in the meat ravioli…

14/07/2025: Ristorante di pesce curato e con un menu vario a prezzi onesti. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi e secondi, disponibilità di poter scegliere anche qualcosa fuori menù con il pescato del giorno. Noi siamo stati con amici e bambini, devo dire che ci hanno trattato veramente bene, come detto i prezzi sono onesti e la qualità del pesce è buona. Tornerò sicuramente all'osteria del tempo perso se dovessi tornare in vacanza in Salento.

21/12/2024: Anche dalle chiacchiere con amico in loco questo posto in continua evoluzione merita rispetto ed allegorie. È un posto che approccio con dei dubbi che tuttavia spariscono presto per una importantissima carta dei vini.. poi subito parte un show fatto di gusto e bontà. Gli ultimi dubbi svaniscono quando arriva sul tavolo il tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi. Tutti ricercati e di nicchia. Veramente uno dei migliori taglieri mangiati. Forse solo in Emilia ne ho mangiato di migliori. Ottimi i primi ricavati nel giusto gusto e con delicatezze sorprendenti. Forse luogo troppo affollato di ragazzini.
08/09/2024: Siamo stati in zona per un matrimonio e ci è stato consigliato per un pranzo veloce prima di raggiungere l'hotel. Abbiamo mangiato meglio che al ricevimento di nozze in un ristorante rinomato, la pasta al Negramaro è stata superba e le birre erano ottime e la scelta di alcolici e superalcolici molto ampia. Il personale gentilissimo e molto simpatico, se dovessi tornare da queste parti diventerà sicuramente una tappa fissa.
