20/05/2025: A very good restaurant, with many delicious dishes, including pizza from the wood-fired oven. Locals love to eat here, which speaks volumes about the Vesuvio 3. Located just outside Torre dell' Orso, it's easy to reach and has plenty of parking. Take the coastal road south towards Otranto for 3 kilometers, then turn right at the first traffic light and continue for about 200 meters. We haven't found similar restaurants of this quality in the town itself. The overall ambiance also seems very well-maintained, and in the summer, there's a separate pool, which is interesting. We were there in May 2025. Highly recommended. One of the waitresses (Fernanda) also speaks German. Thank you for your advice. ;-))))

10/11/2024: I found the typical Sardinian dishes repeatedly tasted during my 35 years spent on the Island. The culurgionis with butter and sage and with ragù are exceptional. The sliced ​​sheep with rocket and parmesan cheese is also excellent. We concluded with the classic sebada and a delicious homemade mirto.

17/05/2025: We stayed there with our caravan for five days at the end of April. It's a lovely little farm with a campsite and bungalows. It's a great atmosphere in a quiet environment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very busy on May Day, and the food was excellent and good value for money. The restrooms are clean but basic. We used it to explore the heel of the boot and from there we drove to the ferry in Brindisi for the crossing to Greece. Good transport links and easily accessible, even for large trailers (12 m).

14/04/2025: We were passing through on Palm Sunday, excellent service, gourmet portions, prices much higher than normal for a farmhouse. For a vegetable appetizer, a bowl of fried food, a first course and a second course, all based on meat with water and 1/2 of wine, approximately €65.00 per person. It will be Cracco's era.

29/04/2025: Non prendete assolutamente la frittura di calamari e gamberi.. Surgelata e di taglio piccolo. Orribile, calamari e gamberi piccoli e pienissimo di olio e pastella... ( Più pastella che pesce). Con 13 € uno si aspetta una signora frittura mista. Prezzi esagerati qualità pessima

Abbiamo solo chiesto come effettuare una prenotazione , ma con molta maleducazione ci è stato riferito di non accettare prenotazioni. Mettendoci in coda al momento dell arrivo aspettando il nostro turno , dopo mezz ora di coda scopriamo che era tutto prenotato. Non vorrei aggiungere altro . Non consigliato

06/05/2025: First time in 2018. My MILLA (pitbull), wasn't even a year old. Maximum availability from the lido staff for our 4-legged friends and for us 2-legged ones. Returned in 2019, same courtesy, hospitality and friendliness. Returned again in 2022 and what can I say... fantastic days, always a lot of kindness and friendliness from the staff of the establishment. A hug to all the staff of the establishment. We will be back soon.

18/04/2025: The location is undoubtedly beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was not up to par. I went there last summer with some friends, attracted by the positive reviews, but we were disappointed. The sunbeds were too close to each other, so much so that it felt like a crowded area rather than a place to relax. The toilets were poorly maintained and often without paper or soap, and the showers also left a lot to be desired, with weak and cold water jets. The bar had a good variety of snacks but the prices were definitely above average, especially considering the quality. We also tried to ask for information on some extra services, but the staff seemed hasty and unfriendly. In short, a place with potential but managed in a way that pays little attention to customers. In all likelihood, we won't be back.
