02/08/2024: I kept walking by this place and finally sipped in with my wife and mother-in-law. The staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. We started with a free plates of crudo, my 22 month old daughter ate half of them. They were as fresh as you can get. I tried their daily special, it was very unique. Pasta mixed with lemon zest topped with strachatella then tuna tartar. A mix of Belgium, Salento, and Sorrento. It was a perfect combination and every flavor complimented the other. The wines by the glass were outstanding and paired perfectly with the food. This is a great little place right on the street where you can sit outside and listen to music while eating, we’ll definitely be back!
02/08/2024: After the experience of a dinner in this very pleasant place where we tasted excellent fish dishes, we returned to taste the beautiful seafood sandwiches and some delicacies that we had seen served at other tables... Amazing, very tasty!!

02/09/2024: Excellent service, excellent food, I recommend the fish starter, 5 courses of raw meat plus a large plate of cooked meat, a delicacy, cost 38 euros but it was worth it all. Our favorite place of all, so much so that we returned, I highly recommend... 5 stars all earned

Frankly we were largely disappointed.
€80 that I feel was "stolen".
Apart from the decent linguine with scampi and the sufficient grouper ravioli, you can't pay €12 for the carbonara mezze sleeves, a disaster (better to leave this dish in Rome) and above all the octopus salad: €18, a steal, cooked bad, soaked, unseasoned, and placed in a lot of curly lettuce.
We come from a seaside city and we know what an octopus salad is (fresh at that).
You can't serve such low quality dishes and cook poorly and charge so much for them.

03/08/2024: Siamo tornati in questo locale dopo alcuni mesi, questa volta abbiamo preferito prenotare considerando il periodo. Il menu è molto vario, offre principalmente pietanze a base di pesce e pizze che dall'aspetto sembravano molto buone. Solitamente in questo locale il servizio è molto rapido, nell'ultima occasione forse c'è stato qualche intoppo che ha rallentato i tempi. Probabilmente servirebbe un'altra persona per prendere gli ordini, per evitare lunghe attese. Tutto sommato, i piatti sono gustosi, ben preparati e con ottime materie prime. Buoni anche i vini proposti. Una menzione particolare al proprietario (o gestore) che ci ha offerto gli amari. Da consigliare!

06/08/2024: First evening, I ask for a popsicle, such a beautiful ice cream shop should have artisanal ones but nothing, I take a lemon granita which doesn't even taste like lemon but has a vague mint taste, the result is 3 teaspoons and I throw it away. Second evening, bowl of peach and banana fruit salad ice cream because there's no strawberry left, the peach is so hard that it can't be chewed, the result remains in the bowl. Third evening, there won't be, if this is the quality you know how to offer in the key month of your work I'd rather buy the ice cream at the Eurospin in Melendugno
06/08/2024: On holiday with my partner we stopped for lunch at Sacanfò. Clean place, young staff, super polite and really efficient.
I was struck by the goodness of the ice cream....superior level ice cream.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

02/09/2024: Elegant but accommodating location, youthful and helpful staff, very competent, exquisite dishes and generous portions with honest prices. The only restaurant in San Foca with a dedicated menu for celiacs, and a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. For us a point of reference for family events and quiet dinners with friends. Highly recommended!
31/08/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant looking at the reviews. When the first one arrives I am amazed....
Spaghetti alla guitar with clams and red prawn tartare, 20 euros.
Too bad there were two clams, I confirm only two, without shell
(I dug to find them) and a little bit of semi-frozen prawn tartare on Spaghetti with garlic and oil... obviously I sent the dish back. The waitress offered to do it again but specifying that there would be no more than three clams. I preferred to continue my dinner elsewhere.

We ordered two spaghetti with seafood and a plate of chips, 2 0.5 liter waters.
The dishes are good-looking and of sufficient quantity, the chips very generous and well fried with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Total expense €37.50, recommended rating 8/10.

01/09/2024: A disappointing place!! They served us the dry bread in a dirty cloth basket... The pasta with clams was tasteless and the sauce was watered down and seemed to have been reheated. They recommended the dish of the day (rice, potatoes and mussels). A tasteless dish with overcooked rice that looked like mush!! 😱 I strongly advise against going there! Furthermore, it is also expensive for a tavern!!

17/08/2024: Un'esperienza davvero piacevole, siamo tornati tre volte in una settimana. Piatti semplici e gustosi, servizio molto veloce, ragazzi tutti molto gentili. La proprietaria è una persona a modo, educata, molto gentile ed è molto piacevole parla con lei. È un posto accogliente, in cui ti senti un po' a casa.
14/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante per chi ama il pesce, che abbiamo trovato sempre fresco. Ottimo il personale sempre molto gentile. Nota positiva anche per chi è vegetariano perché disponibili a creare opzioni adatte a chi non mangia pesce, come orecchiette all’ortolana, crocchette di patate fatte da loro e non surgelate, burrata coi pomodorini. Prezzi adeguati a quanto mangiato.

18/08/2024: Fish fryer by the sea. Located with a very central sea view, high quality fresh fish, you can tell that it is freshly caught.
They don't make reservations, you'd better go before 8, they don't have many seats, otherwise you'll have to wait, but there is the possibility of taking away food.
Don't expect 5-star restaurant type service. They are service choices that work for the type of catering offered.
Personally I took a raw mussels and a medium mixed seafood, a slice of tuna, it's a shame I didn't try the sea urchins for the still fish, the fried foods are really very good.
Excellent price and quality, really. Including drinks, 4 of us managed to spend less than 30 euros per person.
Highly recommended.
16/08/2024: At Captain Morgan you can find very fresh fish at reasonable prices. I have been going to this place for years and I have always been satisfied, both myself and the friends I bring there to eat. Highly recommended
