18/01/2026: The beach is beautiful, and the sea is obviously clean, like everywhere else in those parts, but the bar staff is rude and arrogant. And don't tell me the customers are rude, because even though I spoke to them with the utmost politeness, I received a very rude and unprofessional response. Change the staff.

03/11/2025: Piccolo Paradiso da Mario's Restaurant, Peschici: Enchanting Views and Welcoming Service The unparalleled highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Peschici Bay, which makes every dinner, especially at sunset, a charming and romantic experience. The atmosphere is simple and informal. The menu offers cuisine focused on fresh seafood and the flavors of the Gargano. We particularly enjoyed the carefully prepared pasta dishes and grilled fish and meat. The pizzeria is also a good option. Special praise goes to the service: the team was friendly, courteous, and helpful with all guests, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Those planning to reach the restaurant by car should be aware that, especially in high season, parking in the immediate vicinity can be extremely difficult. We recommend planning your arrival well in advance.

29/10/2025: In Peschici the last week of August, looking for a nice place for dinner on our last night, trusting the reviews we chose this restaurant. The room with a table with a spectacular view of the bay, 5 stars for sure. The service was poor (we ordered 1 liter of sparkling white wine... we received still white wine... we first pointed it out to one waitress and nothing... then to the other and nothing... then she came back to tell us they had that! Fine... but maybe they should have mentioned it when we ordered it, right?). The fact of seeing the fireplace outside the room, where they cook the fish, had raised good expectations... which however were not met. Good flavors, but nothing special. Portions: for the first courses (spaghetti with clams) ok... for the second courses (prawns, mixed grill, mixed fried fish) we have found better in other places. It's a shame because for the location it's worth it. For 4 people (1 starter, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 litre of wine, 1 water and 2 cokes) we paid €142.00 including 4 place settings at €2.50 each.

03/04/2026: We truly had a wonderful time here, the fresh fish was divinely prepared. Excellent ingredients served in a tasteful, family-friendly atmosphere. We look forward to seeing De Vinum again in Milan.

22/08/2025: I had never tasted paposcia............SUPER.......highly recommended place!

14/08/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED! The paposcia is edible, but the rest is terrible. The staff is improvised... without skill or skill... we waited over an hour for the paposcia. No one bothered to apologize for the wait or even inform us of the wait time. The cover charge is €2 per person, and they only give you a paper placemat and a package of cutlery bought from a Chinese shop. In the end, we even had to wait to pay the bill. After so long, we would have expected a minimal discount out of some minimal consideration for the situation. Never again!

17/09/2025: Clean rooms, parking, excellent price, and strategic location. We organized our trip in just a few hours thanks to their recommendations for connections to the Tremiti Islands. We are so happy and satisfied!!!

11/09/2025: A quick visit. I stayed at this property for a few days and I must say I was thrilled. I was impressed when I booked by the pool and soccer field (which can also be used for tennis). I brought my children with me, and everything met our expectations. I appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times and the owners' helpfulness. Would I return? Absolutely!

01/01/2026: We stayed with Mrs. Rita. The welcome was warm, the rooms impeccable, and the sea view breathtaking. Mrs. Rita is a sweetheart, incredibly helpful and courteous. We'll definitely be back!

26/09/2025: The restaurant's seaside terrace is beautiful, and that's precisely why it draws customers. But from there on, everything goes downhill: the service is inefficient and poor quality, and the food isn't worth the price. Wrong orders, constant misunderstandings, and waiters don't know which table to bring dishes to and shout orders at customers.

18/12/2025: Puglia and Campania were our favorite destinations for a quick seaside getaway when we wandered the mountains to visit Padre Pio... And in Peschici, we managed to stay almost a week, at the Morcavallo. A hotel overlooking the sea, where practically the only barrier was the beach. I also spent a lot of time by the pool, before diving into that sky-blue sea; to the right of the promenade was a small marina that wasn't always crowded. The food at the hotel was very good; a beautiful, dusty lady, a regular guest who lived not far from Peschici, confirmed this to us. She told us that she spent up to two months at the hotel and that she wasn't originally from Puglia. She had moved near San Giovanni Rotondo with her husband, a great friend of Saint Pio, even before the friar became famous in Italy and throughout the world, and to whom they remained devoted forever. The kind lady, now a widow for some time, was astonished when she learned where we were from: her sister, who lived in the same town as us, had married one of our fellow citizens in the 1950s, a well-known local farmer and former mayor. We kept each other company for the rest of our stay, and she told us wonderful things... The owner of the Morcavallo confounded us by saying he also owned a hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo, on the avenue leading to the Sanctuary.

07/10/2025: The location was good, but the room was very spartanly furnished. The breakfast was disappointing, with few fresh options. For me, the hotel isn't worthy of a four-star rating.

31/10/2025: We always stop by for an aperitif break on our motorbikes. It's a beautiful place with a view of the Peschici sea. The owners are kind and helpful.

30/10/2025: Bruschetta is very good, but €15 for a liter of house wine is outrageous.

10/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the superlatives used to sing the praises (but which ones?) of this steakhouse. If you're thinking of eating meat, trust your instincts, not the advice of anyone behind the clearly visible meat counter, or you'll end up paying nearly €40 for a nearly inedible cut. I returned half of my steak after mentioning it to the waiter, but the price remained the same on the bill. Only after telling the cashier we were staying at a nearby B&B did they take 10% off our total bill, which still remained steep. The bombette were just okay, the mixed salad good, the house red wine decidedly subpar. There's probably better options around in and around Peschici.

05/09/2025: I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. The food is good, of good quality, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. It was completely confusing because all the dishes arrived at once, and we ate the appetizer with the meat, otherwise it would have been cold. GOOD FOOD, BUT THE ORGANIZATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

11/09/2025: We had low expectations, but we actually ate quite well. The waiter was very friendly and professional. The troccoli with clams, shrimp, and calamari were very good.

20/07/2025: I stayed there for a week with my family and had a great time. The place was great, the food was great, and the cleaning and pool were fabulous. I think I'll be back sooner or later.
