21/04/2026: Such a lucky find, I came across this gem while wondering through the back streets. It's position is excellent, quiet rustic streets, real southern Italy. The food however is even better. With a nod to local favourites the chef just elevates and some more. Service was quick but not rushed, friendly and so helpful. This is my new place to stop between Brindisi airport and my holiday home.

THEY DROVELLED OVER 25 KM TO DELIVER THE PIZZAS!! They arrived still hot, so a huge thank you to the delivery guy! And of course, they were devoured in just a few minutes, so what can I say? The cake table, located in a stunning corner of the villa, was set with a refinement that exceeded all expectations. Mr. Enzo, the restaurant manager, was exceptional: a discreet yet constant presence, capable of combining friendliness and professionalism with a rare naturalness. Always ready to listen, advise, and resolve every detail with kindness and practicality. It's thanks to him that everything flowed so smoothly and with such ease that made the evening truly special. The food was amazing from start to finish. The appetizers were rich and well-balanced: a mix of cured meats, select cheeses, rice, potatoes, and mussels, veal with tuna sauce, and many other delicacies that immediately elevated the dinner. The first courses were all excellent, but the cicatielli allo scoglio stole the show: fresh pasta cooked al dente, topped with a sea of ​​fresh seafood and a fragrant, enveloping sauce. The second courses were equally impressive: beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, authentic flavors, and generous portions. A heartfelt thank you goes to Anna, the chef, who with expert hands and a passionate heart transformed every dish into an experience. Her cuisine speaks of tradition, love for the local area, and attention to detail. And a big round of applause also goes to all the rest of the staff, always kind, smiling, and helpful.
