My best birthday party yesterday 16th June at Rubino's! 31/05/2025: An impeccable gastronomic experience! We celebrated dad's birthday with a family lunch. The rich and varied appetizer immediately won everyone over with its excellent quality. The first courses were sublime: one with scampi cream and the other with burrata. The second courses, sliced ​​tuna, Angus and fillet in primitivo, all cooked to perfection. The finish with fresh fruit and lemon sorbet gave a touch of freshness ideal to conclude the meal. All accompanied by a refined prosecco and a Five Roses rosé that enhanced each course. In addition to the excellent cuisine, the super friendly staff made the experience even more pleasant, always attentive and available with a smile. The restaurant, elegantly furnished in shades of green and bronze, creates a refined and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a special lunch in company. Impeccable service, an enchanting setting and high-quality cuisine. We will definitely be back!

25/05/2025: Regular customer of the Francavilla Fontana restaurants, on Saturday night I decided to try Suite 77. We started off badly since with a table booked at 9pm they sat us down at 9:40pm. But okay, sometimes you have to be understanding. Polite guys but a bit slow in service, probably a little more staff wouldn't hurt. Let's get to the sore point: the pizza. I've never eaten such a horrible pizza in Francavilla. Inedible at times, you couldn't tell if it was a focaccia, a piadina, a pinsa... it even seemed frozen. It's definitely a place you have to go for a sandwich or first/second courses but definitely not for pizza. Extremely disappointed, we won't be returning.

The cuisine is homemade and there is a wide choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes. The ingredients are of high quality and I believe many of the side dishes are also of local origin. An excellent value for money. I definitely recommend this fast service food place.

18/04/2025: Everything to be reviewed, the food, absent organization, you arrive and find the cutlery thrown here and there on the apparently dirty tables, menu sheets that act as old and folded placemats, unsuitable chairs there is no suitable placemat, small and counted napkins, raw pinsa tomato puree sour, useless mozzarella, cutlet that was not at all, acceptable hamburger, nice place, but certainly much much more could be done, too bad because it is located in a beautiful small ancient village
