16/05/2026: We tried this pizzeria for the first time and were a little disappointed by the staff.
The pizza dough was good and light, as was the burrata.
Only the capocollo was burnt, which we didn't like; it ruined the flavor a bit.
The staff was a little distracted and not at all attentive to customers. It's a shame, we won't be returning.
Not recommended.
10/05/2026: Super convenient digital reservation in less than 2 minutes, DELICIOUS pizza! And everyone inside is super friendly and professional.

21/04/2026: Such a lucky find, I came across this gem while wondering through the back streets. It's position is excellent, quiet rustic streets, real southern Italy. The food however is even better. With a nod to local favourites the chef just elevates and some more. Service was quick but not rushed, friendly and so helpful. This is my new place to stop between Brindisi airport and my holiday home.

13/06/2026: Honestly, I had a terrible experience with the takeout service. I ordered two pokés, and the amount of ingredients was truly meager, not to mention the fact that regardless of the protein you choose, whether meat or fish, they're very light. I'd also like to point out something else: we paid €12 and €13 for the pokés, when in reality they should have been €10 and €11, respectively, because we ordered them with white rice and not black rice, which costs €2 more per poké.
01/06/2026: A very nice and welcoming place on one of Francavilla's main streets, discovered almost by accident.
The food was excellent, and I hope to return to try more.

The room was well air-conditioned.

08/06/2026: We've been customers of the pizzeria for years and have never left disappointed. We've always enjoyed everything, from the pizzas to the fried foods. In particular, we can say we've had the best gluten-free pizza in the area. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the location is clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend it!
31/05/2026: The scrocchiarelle are delicious and incredibly light. I recommend the multigrain dough and the Nutella scrocchiarella for dessert. The staff is welcoming, patient, and reliable. Mark, the best! We'll definitely be back.

01/05/2026: The pizza is very good, and we go there often. Last time, however, I was hit with a price shock, having paid 10 euros for bresaola, parmesan, and white arugula (so not an add-on, but a reduction)!!! That's practically the price of a gourmet pizza. Honestly, I was shocked, but I have no complaints about the pizza. In my opinion, you shouldn't charge for reductions, but rather for additions. 10 euros for a pizza in Francavilla is a lot, in my opinion. We're not in Milan, and besides, they're also local.
Take this advice because otherwise, you risk people going elsewhere. Obviously, each place does what it wants.
